Hello everyone
Please help, I'm in a fix here.
Olasunkanmi mailed me this evening to prepare for a telephone interview this Friday in one of their branches here in Aba.
I was dropped after the final stage of the entry-level position I applied for, that was last month.
The mail just said telephone interview invite at the venue with date and time. No details regarding the position I'll be interviewed for.
What should I expect? |

eseh1: Hello pls I havnt been able to proceed with the test...though the assessment pAge opened and if I click on d answer and move to do next page, d same pag I just finish with keep coming back. Am using my fone though...do u think I should try using another browser? The link said you may use your phone, but the only phone browser I trust is Chrome and Firefox and using this, you have to use a 2GB RAM and above Android device so as to prevent these pages from reloading and disrupting your work(I don't know about other OS though), IMO. I used my PC to prevent stories that touch. Copy the test link and send to your mail, each candidate has a unique test link. Get a pc, log into your mail box and click the link you sent to yourself. Your test will continue from where you stopped, I assure you. Remember to enable cookies on your PC browser or the link won't work. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: How Much Do They Pay Sales Associates In Sterling Bank? by AlexisM16: 12:09pm On Jul 16, 2016 |
A friend of mine rejected this job last week cos according to the chat she had with the manager after providing guarantor's form and other necessary details, she was told that if she can just get a minimum of 6 million naira every month, then her job is guaranteed and she has nothing to worry about!!!
The salary is above 100k but 6million per month?
Really? From where? Her panties?
Anyways, she accepted a teller job with Zenith bank that pays 80k, at least, she would look forward to month end without having her heart in her mouth.
I'd have preferred Zenith anyways cos that's a growth-oriented bank with international presence. The brand and valuable experience matters, so, you guys should make an informed decision shaa |

That was wot I got after everything,is it a regret mail, AlexosM16 PS: For those that succeeded, there will be a success message in your screen immediately after clicking the submit button, two people just finished theirs right now, so it's confirmed (see as I just dey look them with one Kain bad eyes ) Guys, exactly the same mail I got, afterwhich I was sent a separate regret mail. I knew and was expecting a regret mail cos someone got flash success mail on his PC immediately after completing the second situational judgement test. He said he's gotten a reply (completely different from the ones I got)and a congratulatory mail, that the next stage is a video chat according to his mail, I don forget the details shaa but I'm trying to see if I can re-register with another email but someone said my credentials will match the previous one submitted and that meant automatic disqualification for me, so... I'm moving on. |

Thanks guys, I really needed clarification in this. Good morning. diablo91: The 5million naira option is for a minimum of 180 days, so if you know anyone that has a careless 5million naira he/she does not need you can go ahead. But if you have 2 accounts with 4million naira each, the people giving you the 4 million can as well open accounts in the name of their family members and get more volume of people to give you the required 10, in which the money would be kept for a shorter time rather than 180 days. tinch: It must be the minimum of 10 accounts with at least 200k in each however, you can get more than that. Yes you can equally get just one account of 5M but it will be a fixed deposit. I will advise you to spread that 4m into accounts...just An opinion |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Access Bank Calling For Aptitude Test (entry-level) (2014) by AlexisM16: 10:53pm On Jun 15, 2016 |
diablo91: Lets say the person, wants to deposit 50k, which is the minimum , you tell the person to pay in an extra like 4k, so that by the time any charges are removed, it would never go below 50k on each account. Its important meeting the 2million naira target and also important not letting the individual accounts fall below 50k, otherwise the account would be invalid, so what would be considered are the number of valid accounts you have, and if its less than 10, it means you did not meet up, furthermore for those opening accounts in other cities, ensure the individuals put the code on the account opening form, else you just helped another prayerful banker meet his/her target lol...Good luck everyone, your going to have so much fun in this part. What if the accounts I get are less than 10 but over or exactly 2million? I thought someone said I could just get a single account of 5million instead? Must it be up to 10 accounts? What if 7 or 2 accounts pay in 4 million each? Please respond. |

Wiztonero: This is my longest post on this thread. I was a part of the recruitment process from the beginning. I started in Abj with the aptitude test in which I scored 90% and 70% respectively in Maths and English. I scaled through to the final interview at Lagos after which I was told to get the 10 accounts. I failed to meet the target. So even though I performed excellently well during all the stages of the recruitment process, I am not in training school because I failed to get the 2 million. Therefore, my advice to anyone considering beginning or continuing this process is simple: if you know you can't get the two mill, just forget about working with Access Bank. The most painful part is that I lost the small 20k job I was doing because of travelling to partake in the test, so now I am back go square zero. If I had known, I wouldn't have bothered. The good news is they just paid me my transport stipend today. But I would gladly forfeit it for a place in training school. When did all these happen to you? Were you supposed to go with this previous batch of May 25th? Were you asked to submit your account number for the stipend? What if it's not an Access bank account, hope that won't be a problem cos I was promises stipends also but my final interview is in a week's time. I thought they'd pay us before we leave the building? |

tinch: You are a little bit selfish tho If you were intelligent and not this daft, you wouldn't call me selfish as I clearly posted my question on a public forum for all to see. I would have just mailed the guy if I was your definition of selfish. Besides, how many questions which you were asked have you answered? Your mentions and you obviously ignoring those quoting you speaks volume of your ingrained selfishness. I wanted the answer for everyone and fashioned the question the way an interviewer would have asked it. Next time read your posts before hitting the send button and don't be an arsè about your remarks. Oh, and the question I asked wasn't even directed at you! Jeez! |
