Onlydaughter:Very valid point.. listed same. Not cleaning the molars creates a huge mess shortly after brushing |
Toks2008:Garlic aggravates mouth odor, it's not a good idea. We are talking of suppressing halitosis not really sure the strong smell of garlic would help matters |
You should stop the use of hard brush, it's not great for effective cleaning of the oral cavity Change your brush once in a month if you brush twice daily Get medicated toothpaste, the ones you mentioned are gels not toothpaste Brush twice daily and be consistent with it A good mouth cleaning takes time, between 7 and 10 mins Was your tongue, the upper palate above your tongue Use your index finger to reach the both back corner of your upper teeth, lots of nasty whitish shit hangs in there, if it's there ensure you brush them up too. Repeat the process until it's clear Lastly, one single press of toothpaste on your tooth brush isn't enough to clean your mouth instead use one full length of your tooth brush size on each side of your mouth respectively. Dabur has a medicated toothpaste Colgate Sensodyn etc flouride content must be present |

What is the best means to find cash jobs just to keep body and soul together? how do illegals lay low till residency is sorted? |
[quote]@hrprof how many prior visa denials do you have before getting a french Visa? I know of one USA and France visa denials, was that the only two? |
@Danielhouston, Finding a German partner isn't feasible for everyone but for those who will.... Can one still get legal status through marriage after the initial visa with which one came into the country has expired? (I understand it's a tough journey) Do you share the popular ideology of coming back home to marry a Nigerian wife like many do? (What's your take)
