I de laf! grin

Every thief in Nigeria forgot about their groundnut pyramids as soon as oil was discovered.
Because of free oil money, instead of developing we are overun by 10 million almajiri's.
10 million almajiri is more than the population of ijaw+isoko+urhobo+anioma all added together

this almajiri you make fun of are ruling your jonathan and will be president of this nation,., we can make the bet now wink mumu

Production has increased? Thats news to me (or propaganda for you). Moreover, how much arable land is not being used atm.
You also are very aware of what I mean by allegiance, allegiance to the motherland, to Africa, to Nigeria, to Black Africans first.
1st point

i never said production has increase,.,. please read my post again,,.,. i said it remained the same because the government has not invested money on the farmers to buy equipments and other things since it is not vaible and makes no sense because of the cost od production to the ratio of the selling price of groundnut and cotton

2nd point

yes i am black first before any other thing,.,.,. i am not arab which i clearly know and everyone in the north knows that

we have never called ourselves arabian

so what is your point undecided

So what has happened, be objective, why has production diminished whilst the population has increased?

Would it not have been cheaper to import this produce than being in a political union where members of a region do not deem their to Africa and Black Africans more important than external allegiances?
@1st point

who told you production has diminished huh the production still remain the same only that the selling price is not cheaper because of countries like brazil and co

@2nd point
you might be right or wrong not too sure but in what context are you using allegiance

I doubt even Kano will be able to afford salaries for more than a couple of months without oil. Most of the core North is overun by almajiri's and their sheer population of 10 million (greater than two thirds of the 224 Worlds nations) will quickly sink any ship. ND oil goes a very long way to finance all sorts of crap in Nigeria.

If these states were actually working and producing money, would they be able to afford 10 million fvcking almajiri's? The whole thing is so damn annoying! angry
They get free money and abuse it.

the so called minister is an iddiot and does not know anything

first of all how was nigeria developed,.,. was it the north that exported groundnuts and cottin which were the major export at that time before we even found oil at all,.,., exporting metric tonnes of cotton and groundnuts

secondly, the meat, pepper and tomatoes sold on the street of lagos, aba, port harcount, balysea, kwara, kogi, ebonyi, ibadan and so on,.,. who provides them,.,. or is it crude oil that we have been feeding on all this years undecided

thridly, the military that has been protecting nigeria from countries like chad, nigeria, cameroun and co is it oil that has been protecting us grin moreover has this oil cause unity or conflict in the south,.,., who has been sent to stop this militants ijaws or is it oil

lastly, is it oil that has put suya and onions on your table grin grin grin abi na oil way dey give you malu and ewu eat grin grin grin grin

abegi this man is drunk and a mumu

infact i dear say no part of the country has given up the most apart from the north and yet we do not kill people for money neither do we beg the government or threaten then for money, we do not steal for money neither do we do fraud for money

yet we are survive and better off an average nigerian even as this so called oil is not getting to us smiley

@odumchi, your venting is not encouraging, who re u angry at ? Yorubas ? There peeps are also finding difficult in the Nigerian equation. When a riot erupts in the north Igbo might b d easier identifiable victims but Yorubas die as well. Lad time in Jos they even suffered the more. So no need to vent anger on something I believe u don't even understand.

Neither is the common aboki man d problem. An average aboki is sincere and loving. The problem is the governance n clicks of cabal bent on indoctrinating peeps then leveraging on that to secure their now investment. And also radical Islam.

Now we hav a southerner in the person of GEJ, it cud hv been an Igbo if Igbos had had a credible young gov at that time. We had Kalu n chimarokee, U don't need me telling u their stock in trade.

Again obj had a thing for Igbo, I wudnt call it hatred but surely in the line of envy.

A friend of mine from Alayi in Abia State had to relocate his plastic factory to ANGOLA.
Imagine how many jobs he had to destroy, and yet you have goats here chewing grass thinking they are talking to me. undecided angry

There are MANY Igbo guys who own factories in other African countries.
But for me that is even one of the proofs we need when we make our case.
If I were Innoson, I would relocate NOW to Ghana or anywhere outside Nigeria.

The questions for Ndigbo now are:

For how long shall we allow our dreams to be rubbished just because of Nigeria?
Isn't it time we made some serious moves to secede from that country?
Should we continue in Nigeria until our youths take to crime in numbers large enough to drive us out of our home land?

Those are the questions every Igbo person should be asking himself.

We don't share world-view with most of Nigerians. Their youths can survive on dust, ours can't.
So we cannot say "is alright" and simply walk away.

I've just added a few more folks to the list of those I ignore on nairaland. cool

Onlytruth, Let's be honest with ourselves, these companies are owned and operated by Easterners and Igbo in particular. Because of the rabid hatred they have for anything Igbo they are willing to render the nation poor, with youths jobless than support anything by the Igbo. Even if Nigerians were drowning and the Igbo had the solution free them they will rather drag the East down than take the good offer. The owners of both companies should strive to get other nations in Africa and outside Africa to patronize their products and kiss Nigeria good bye. Enugu already did and I hope other Eastern states will follow through.

Now I'm convinced that you are even a mental case. If you use Igbo and hand-out in one language, you are beyond redemption.

For your information, most of us here talking to you guys are actually talking to the members of the international community who frequent this site to form opinion about Nigeria and Nigerians. By now, they know who has been drawing the country back and who it the parasite. One day, they will sit in judgment over our request for secession.

If Israel was defeated in 1948, you will not a have an Israeli made CPU today in your computer because the last time I checked, no Arab nation made one.

If you do not buy shi1tty Igbo products, then you are in fact a bigot. And they'll secede.

The point is that they instead searched for areas where they had competitive advantage. It wasn't at independence that they built their tech sector. In fact, it is only within the past 10 years that they've been able to do this.
