Yes, you can do a top up degree, and use it for admission. However, I will suggest that you use a free WES tool to simulate what your GPA would be on the scale of 4.0. You can do this by inputting you scores in your transcript in the spaces provided in the tools. If you can a have a minimum of 2.7/4.0 or at worst 2.5/4.0, from the free tool, you can now search for schools that offer admission for the range of GPA for your desired program. Having found one, a WES evaluation can be ordered for. This method will save time and money. Be ready to write the GRE, and a very good Statement of Purpose. In the interim, you can google search, 'schools in USA that admit 2.5/4.0 GPA into master's program', you may be amazed about the result that you would get.

You are talking theory. It seems you have not been into the importation business. Try and do it for one full year, you will have bags of experiences and your statement above will no longer apply. It is not that simple as you present it.

Going through the recent reviews,it's very annoying that people no longer have confidence in the shipping companies here. Some many have been discouraged from mini importation after having one bad story or the other with one or more shipping company.

APC will likely field a Hausa/Fulani presidential candidate and a South west or South south vice Presidential candidate in the next election.

PDP will field a Hausa Fulani presidential candidate and a South East Presidential candidate in the next election.

It's as Clear as day and night.

On the contrary, APC will field a weak candidate from SW or SE and you got it right on PDP.
Meaning power will go back to North.

I doubt if Wike will move to APC but the other three are likely. Reasons
1. Ayade has lost the party structure in his state.
2. Matawalle is unhappy with South South agitations against his state control on gold.
3. The Abia godfathers are in APC now,so Ikpeazu will likely follow.

But PDP will win CrossRiver and Abia without those Governors. Again,when the new APC hierarchy will play the SW,they will turn to PDP. So the Governors APC will lose will have more weight.

APGA is the number 3 party now in Anambra state. APC is stronger than APGA there.
What PDP need is to work together,any of their top 3 candidates will win.
