Lastly, seems you dont understand what courtesy is all about. OBJ prostrating for ONI in ONI's palace is courtesy. No matter the office you hold, when you enter the kings palace, it is expected that you pay homage.
Also when oni, any Oba, any emir or any king visits a governor or president in his office, that traditional ruler is expected to reciprocate such salutation. It's called courtesy.

If OBJ, GEJ, PMB or BAT is in the villa, and oni, any emir, or any oba visits, you dont expect the president to prostrate for oni or any of the traditional ruler at the villa. This things are simple.
