Most of d fruits produced in Nigeria gets wasted due to their perish ability especially vegetables like pepper tomato etc. I mean u should learn how u can covert them into paste, dry powder which can last longer. U buy during glut, process/repackage and sell during off season. It's an area most Nigerians are not looking at. I know of many students who started this during their undergraduate days 3-4 years ago and are in money now even without nafdac certification.
