1. Your Profile: Does not reflect that you still want to advance your educational career. You may add something like .....while harnessing my potentials and developing my career with the organization....

2. Educational Institutions: For me, i prefer to arrange my institutions from the most recent i.e Year 2015 comes first before 2014, then 2013. and with good spacing as well. The full addresses such as number, street, city of the schools are also missing. I don't want to behold a CV as intended employer and question myself, which area in Benin City did he obtain his qualification.

3. Qualifications: Same as in number 2 above in terms of the latest date to earliest, just swap the OND and WAEC for each other, still retain "Others".

4. Work Experience: The formatting is Okay but adjust the alphabets. you were using both Capital letters and Small letters. Subject Teacher: and not SUBJECT TEACHER. Also use Semi Colons. You don't write words like Waec, Neco its should be written as WAEC, NECO.

5. No Hobbies on your CV? Hmmm, interesting

6. Above all make it look fascinating, crispy with simple CV designs. you know what am talking about.

The programme is not primarily tailored for skill acquisition, it is meant to meet the shortage of school teachers in the nations schools, and volunteers are called to offer their services. Govt will appreciate the efforts of the volunteers. This programme is not primarily meant for the volunteers, it is meant for the school kids.

The way NYSC corpers were used as volunteers in the North during the election and were all lynched abi. You can as well resign your employment and take up the job as a voluteer. mstcheewww!!! Father Christmas

It is not my money. I am also not applying but I applaud the initiative because I know thousands of people who need it desperately. Some of them even have families and they subsist on less than 10k. They'd go for this and await better things. One can leave the programme anytime employment comes as it is a voluntary programme.

In as much as i appreciate the initiatives, the Government needs to step up the pay say roughly 30k, Besides, you did not mention whether the 23k does not include other logistics such as accommodation, feeding, transport e.t.c. the prices of all this things has gone up recently.

My suggestions would have been to train 500,000 persons on SMEs in terms of manufacturing and producing certain goods with an unbiased selection process. This SME initiative made China what is today.

The Govt is always looking for means to cut cost. I don't know what they are using all our money to do.
