Deprofessional:There will be NO collective sanctions against Nigeria by the POTUS. The Naira to USD rate would ALSO NOT hit N2500 per USD. In reality, the situation would be resolved for the good of ALL as the United States Government would work in sync as a tag team with the Nigerian Government and the Nigerian military forces and intelligence teams to ensure that the menace of the 3 criminal major elements such as the following right BELOW is eliminated from the forests of the North, Middle Belt, and the South of Nigeria. 1] The highly IRRESPONSIBLE foreign Fula militia bandits from other countries in the West African Sahel. 2] The Lakurawa bandits of Tuareg origins of Niger Republic and Mali. 3] The jihadi gangs such as BH which is affiliated to ISWAP, and JNIM jihadi group of Tuareg origins affiliated to Al-Qaeda (but is headquartered in Mali). These last two jihadi gangs are operating right in Nigeria. |

2mch:Succinctly stated. Kwankwaso is actually a minority Fula and NOT part of the majority indigenous Hausa people of Kano State and the North West of Nigeria. His father was the village head or Sarkin Fulani of Kwankwaso in Kano State as revealed by the United States-based academic Farooq Kperogi. When Kwankwaso became the Governor of Kano State, the Hausas accused him of betrayal for making another Fula the Deputy-Governor and other Commissioners in his cabinet too. With my deep insights about global geopolitical dynamics, other political parties and the APC (which has been trying to woo Kwankwaso) MUST ensure that a Fula doesn't become the new President of Nigeria once the current Nigerian President Tinubu leaves office otherwise the problems caused by the illegal influx of foreign Fula militia from the West African Sahel countries will continue. The Hausas who are the legit indigenous people of ALL the North West Hausa States MUST be empowered to take back their lands and political power from the minority Fulas who have planted themselves as Governors, Commissioners in all the Hausa States! Even Bola Tinubu's Ministers from the North West States unknown to him are all the minority Fulas. The Hausa males and females too have vowed in viral videos which I have seen myself that they are NOT happy with the cheating by the minority foreign Fulas of Berber paternal ancestry from Morocco and will NOT be voting for Fula politicians again because of the murders of Hausas by Fula bandits over the decades leading to the Fulas even changing Hausa villages to Fula names after the invasions by foreign Fula militia. The DSS and other Intel agencies have failed in informing President Tinubu about these FACTS and he has to start forging alliances with the real and more dominant Hausas over the minority Fulas. NO single Hausa man has EVER been the President of Nigeria contrary to misleading information out there. |

buckeyemedia:Indeed, I would have responded much earlier BUT my post which you quoted got hit and deleted by this low-budget NL AI spam bot. It had NO overt hate speech in it yet it got deleted. It's an epitome of very ineffectual bot. I'm glad you quoted my original post on time before it got deleted though. Back to your question... You have to be careful with some of the results you get from Googling or AI tools BECAUSE some people who are NOT well-informed posted highly misleading information online in the past stating incorrectly that Ganduje is a "Hausa" when he is infact a Fula. Therefore, Umar Ganduje who speaks fluent Fulfude is a Fula by ancestry and he stated clearly in the past that his paternal and maternal grandparents are Fulanis. https://scannewsnigeria.com/politics/kano-emirates-im-more-fulani-than-noisemakers-says-ganduje/ Here's a link right BELOW containing two-pages you can ALSO read. https://scannewsnigeria.com/politics/kano-emirates-im-more-fulani-than-noisemakers-says-ganduje/ Kano Emirates: I’m more Fulani than noisemakers, says Ganduje |

dxdiag:I thought as much. I appreciate your adding more insights into this thread topic. I had earlier mentioned Ogun Waterside as well in one of my posts ABOVE. The British-born Kemi Adeosun's family is from that same Ogun Waterside LGA. The Ijebu indigenes of Ogun Waterside have had cases of kidnappings by Ijaw kidnappers in the past especially during the Goodluck Jonathan years when they became very lawless engaging in illegal oil bunkering and crude oil pipelines vandalisms, several bank robberies in Lagos and Ogun States via the water ways, and armed robberies at Arepo and others parts of the creeks in Lagos, Ogun and Ondo States until 2016 when former President Muhammadu Buhari ordered Nigerian Air Force reconnaissance planes and jet fighters under the air component of "Operation Awatse" to finally bomb their locations in the creeks of Lagos, Ogun (Arepo) and Ondo States and that led to the end of their heinous crimes via the bombardments. This was immediately after the Ijaw bandits had the audacity to kidnap a First-class Oba of Iba Kingdom in Ojo from his Palace in 2016 and took him away in a speedboat to their creek hideout in Arepo, Ogun State. Akinwunmi Ambode had to appeal to Buhari and he ordered those highly effective airstrikes. The welfare of Ijaw youths in Bayelsa, Rivers and Delta States MUST be prioritized as well by their State Governors to prevent potential kidnappers from emerging along the Ijaw section of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal highway. Thinking ahead is very important to mitigate future problems. Period. |
7lives:Impressive insights. |
DeLaRue:Well said. The Ondo State long coastline in the Ilaje area has been eroding for years and I was stunned when in a documentary I saw a few years back, one of the Ilaje-Yoruba residents pointed out from the eroded ocean front to a location far out in the horizons merging with the raging Atlantic Ocean as the location of his original house which disappeared into the Atlantic Ocean. ONLY the Lagos Atlantic City project scenario can bring back those lost lands in other parts of Lagos State, Ondo State right up to the Bayelsa areas from the sea using advanced dredging equipment used by Chagoury Group. |

Adexgentle005:This is awesome! I'm only just seeing this thread and NEVER realized that such a beach exists in Ogun State. This must be in Ogun Waterside of Ogun State. I've seen fantastic long beaches in the Ondo State area of Ilaje on YouTube. Although the raging Atlantic Ocean is ALSO eroding some beach fronts due to a rise in global sea levels due to climate change. Is that Igbosere Beach an Atlantic Ocean waterfront or a Lagoon waterfront? There's a whole lot to see in Nigeria as a leisure traveler. Care MUST be taken to ensure that useless buildings or constructions are not allowed to emerge in that Igbosere Beach ⛱️ area. |

Putinofrussia:I'm on the same page with you. If Trump is gonna get militarily involved, it MUST be in Intel sharing and joint U.S. and Nigeria military operations. United States troops CANNOT unilaterally barge into Nigeria WITHOUT the knowledge of President 'Bola Tinubu's government because the United States and some of her allies contributed to a vast number of the insecurities the world is facing today from the invasion of Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, North Sudan, Somalia back in the 1990s. Now, there are 3 highly IRRESPONSIBLE groups to attack in Nigeria by Nigerian forces and any joint United States collaboration. First off, the BH and JNIM jihadi groups. Second, the foreign Fula militia bandits who have terrorized indigenous Hausa people and other Nigerian ethnic groups and communities since the late 1990s then escalating during the former President Olusegun Obasanjo's government from September 2001 with the illegal renaming of an indigenous Plateau State community into a Fulani name, etc. Third, the Lakurawa bandits are foreign Tuareg bandits terrorizing the Northern States. |
Risingblue008:It's MORE than 15 years of fighting these terror groups. The fight started in the 1980s with the Maitatsine terror sect or group with the leader Muhammed Marwa a Fulani being from Norther Cameroon. Then the Kwanta Kwanta bandits from Chad who terrorized the Borno and Yobe States axis in the late 1980s right into the 2000s, then the foreign Fula militia bandits whose cross illegally into Nigeria via the non-existent borders from the late 1990s till date to wreck havoc on Nigerian indigenous people and communities in Hausaland, Plateau, Benue, Nassarawa, Kwara States, etc, illegally changing indigenous community Hausa and Plateau names to Fula names. One of the most insidious ever jihadi groups in Nigeria is the ISWAP-affiliated BH which started operating in the early 2000s with bows and arrows, and basic guns killing people in 2006 under former President Olusegun Obasanjo's government in Panshekara in Kano and elsewhere in the North of Nigeria ONLY to get deadlier during the Umaru Yar'Adua Presidency and GEJ Presidency (after Umar Yar'Adua ordered the BH (JAS) to be massively put down by security and their founder Muhammed Yusuf died in the process). BH itself is over close to 28 years now in Nigeria. Northern Nigeria and the foreign neighbors of Chad, Niger, Mali, Northern Cameroon, etc, have been major security problems for Nigeria over many decades tbh. |
Fani-Kayode Reacts As Man Shares His Old Tweet Where He Alleged Killing Of Christians In Nigeria One of the chieftains of the All Progressive Congress, APC and former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has taken to his official X account on Sunday, November 2, 2025 to react after an X user shared an old tweet that he made about the killing of Christians in Nigeria. The tweet resurfaced online after the President of the United State of America, Donald Trump designated Nigeria as Country of Particular Concern. In the tweet, Femi Fani-Kayode said that; "Nigeria has had more Christians murdered, more churches bombed and burnt and more clerics slaughtered than any other country in the world over the last 58 years". Reacting, Femi Fani-Kayode stated that the tweet was made six years ago. He said things are no longer the same. The former Minister of Aviation said in Nigeria today, more Muslims are being killed than Christians. He said the killing of Muslims in Nigeria should not be ignored https://x.com/realFFK/status/1984935134823600138?t=bQNSriab6IoFoxIzR1WUPA&s=19
'Femi Fani-Kayode is very right. Those posting randomly right from Page 1 are irresponsibly posting disinformation. As a man who is versed in advanced geopolitical dynamics, the larger proportions of communities attacked leading to the loss of lives are majorly Muslim Hausa communities of the North West of Nigeria (Zamfara, Katsina, Kaduna North, Sokoto, Kebbi, parts of Kano along the Katsina-Kano borders), etc, and the North East (Borno, Yobe, Adamawa, etc. Same with the large swathe of lands in Niger State from Shiroro to other communities right into Kwara and Kogi States. Aside from the Edo and Delta States, Northern Enugu State and the Middle Belt States (Southern Kaduna, Plateau, Benue, Nassarawa), where you have a large number of non-Muslims, the recent attacks in Kwara (Yoruba and Nupe LGAs and communities) and Kogi have been largely in Muslim communities although the Okuns (Yorubas of Kogi State are largely non-Muslims) too have been attacked by bandits who crossed from Northern Kwara State. A full-scale war MUST be declared on the foreign Fula militia bandits, the Lakurawa (Tuareg bandits) and the BH and JNIM jihadi terror groups of Kanuri and Tuareg origins respectively, with United States Intel and weapons in joint operations. The neighboring countries near Nigeria too are contributing to the insecurities in Nigeria with the influx of criminal elements from those countries such a as Chad, Niger Republic, Mali, Northern Cameroon, Burkina Faso and as far as Mauritania. The foreign Fulas and Tuaregs are in particular the major culprits here. |
Kastonkastroll:Succinctly put. I'm on the same page with you like I also rightly stated on this thread. The real enemies of Nigeria since the 1980s through to the 1990s are the so-called foreign neighbors who created breeding grounds for the spread of illicit weapons into Nigeria and the illegal crossing of terror groups into Nigeria. We had the "Kwanta Kwanta" gang from Chad who operated freely back during the military era in the late 1980s right into the 1990s and 2000s robbing luxury buses, trucks, vehicles and kidnappings people and raping women on the expressways leading to Maiduguri and other places in the Old Borno State. Banditry in modern times resurfaced in the late 1980s with these foreign Chadians followed by the invasion of foreign Fula militia bandits in the late 1990s till date into Hausaland to kidnap, rob, r*pe, and dispose the indigenous majority Hausas and Middle Belt of Nigeria folks off their ancestral homelands while renaming those communities with Fula names. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXsiP9dZVkY US President Donald Trump on Sunday repeated his threat of a military operation in Nigeria over killings of Christians, after the Nigerian presidency suggested a meeting to resolve the issue. Asked by reporters aboard Air Force One if he was considering US troops on the ground in Nigeria or air strikes, Trump replied: “Could be, I mean, a lot of things — I envisage a lot of things.” “They’re killing the Christians and killing them in very large numbers. We’re not going to allow that to happen,” he added. In an explosive post on his Truth Social platform on Saturday, Trump said that he asked the Pentagon to map out a possible plan of attack in Nigeria, one day after warning that Christianity was “facing an existential threat” in Africa’s most populous country. In his post, Trump said that if Nigeria does not stem the killings, the United States will attack and “it will be fast, vicious, and sweet, just like the terrorist thugs attack our CHERISHED Christians.” Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s spokesman Daniel Bwala told AFP on Sunday that “Nigeria is US’s partner in the global fight against terrorism. When leaders meet there would be better outcomes.” “Nigeria welcomes US support to fight terrorism as long as it respects our territorial integrity,” he said. “We do not see the (Trump’s social media post) in the literal sense,” he said. “We know that Donald Trump has his own style of communication,” he said, suggesting the post was a way to “force a sit-down between the two leaders so they can iron out a common front to fight their insecurity.” Earlier Bwala had suggested in a post on X that the two leaders could meet soon. “As for the differences as to whether terrorists in Nigeria target only Christians or in fact all faiths and no faiths, the differences if they exist, would be discussed and resolved by the two leaders when they meet in the coming days, either in State House or White House.” Bwala, who was speaking on the phone from Washington, declined to disclose details of any potential meeting. Trump posted on Friday that “thousands of Christians are being killed (and) Radical Islamists are responsible for this mass slaughter.” Nigeria has denied that Christians have been targeted by jihadist attacks more than other faiths. “The characterisation of Nigeria as religiously intolerant does not reflect our national reality,” Tinubu said on social media Saturday. https://www.channelstv.com/2025/11/03/ground-operation-air-strikes-could-be-part-of-us-attack-in-nigeria-trump/
FIRST off, there is the BH (of North East of Nigeria) and the JNIM (terror groups from Mali menace). Second, there is the very insidious foreign Fula bandits menace since the late 1990s leading to former President Obasanjo in 2009 raising an alarm about a "Fulanisation and Islamization" agenda in Nigeria and Africa. In 2014 when Goodluck Jonathan was the President, the foreign Fula militia bandits operating in Nigeria and the Sahelian countries of West Africa was declared the 4th deadliest terror group on Earth. Third, there is the Lakurawa bandits (of Tuareg origin) menace. Which of these groups ABOVE is Donald Trump specifically gonna target with airstrikes and ground forces? He has to get his FACTS right and NOT simplistically look at the issue. REAL focus MUST be on getting rid of all of these terror groups who ALSO come illegally from neighboring Sahelian countries and it MUST be done in partnership with Nigerian Goverment of President 'Bola Tinubu, the intelligence agencies and the ENTIRE gamut of the Nigerian military forces WITHOUT emasculating Nigeria because the United States is NOT blameless in all this. The fall of Muamar Gaddafi of Libya led to the proliferation of weapons and jihadi wars in Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad, Nigeria, etc, by Islamists. Enough of the Fula banditry which has been on since the 1990s. A US and Nigeria military tag team is what is urgently needed here to defeat the bandits hiding in the forests around Nigeria. |

poncedeleon:Bump. This article by Farook Kperogi confirms that Rabiu Kwankwaso is indeed a Fulani NOT a Hausa by ethnicity... Sarkin Fulani Kwankwaso meaning the king of Fulanis of Kwankwaso. However, Tinubu MUST ensure the Presidential election cycle after him doesn't hand over to a Fula ethnic minority group because the killings of difference Nigerian ethnic groups would continue . |
Procashtips:Damn! Fibroid... That's too much baggage in addition to the lie that she told about her real age tbh. While the husband would have been expecting a child within the FIRST two years of marriage, the so-called wife just misled him. In any event, there are now ways of shrinking fibroid WITHOUT surgery using different specialized supplements. It's the same with prostrate enlargement in us men (which can now be gradually shrunk without surgery using specialized supplements with saw palmetto as an active ingredient). A lot of folks MUST have learned huge lessons from your post about your friend in order to reset their brains (including the OP of this thread). I truly emphasize with your friend. I appreciate your sharing this experience of your friend on this discussion forum thread so that some impressionable folks can take note. |
