This will make it exactly 18 months that I "actively started searching for a job", yet nothing have come out of it. All my friends are in one company or the other, but am here stock at home. Its really unfortunate that am almost clocking 26yrs of age but am still in my parent house. All my effort in landing a job have failed. I still dont know want else that I needed to do. I have submitted numerous hard and soft copy of my CV to uncountable companies, yet no reply. At times I wonder if there is something holding me back. God knows that I have tried in prayers.

I have given quite a number of individuals my cv and cover letter for appraisals and they were positive on it, so what could actually be wrong with me. Though I have written just a "handful" of aptitude test, esp dragnet (cos of my 2.2 grade) but I didnt succeed in them, the one I succeeded, we are yet to hear from them for almost a year.

Seriously, am just losing mind, as am really really broke. Am just thankful to God that am not the first son, else...
Though I have a little biz that am running, but the profit is way below what a primary sch student will manage in a month.
I just pray God come to my aid pretty soon.

I have actually lost count of my own frustration... Shell, kpmg, nigeria breweries, guiness, all the big coys... even some small small coy are not left out... My greatest regret now is that I didn't mk 2.1... as I believe that if I had 2.1, I would have been in a better place than where I am now... though it doesn't hurt me, knowing fully well that it wasn't my fault...


lt feels really bad that after applying for a job. when invites will start rolling in, you will be the only one left out.


I won't even wish my enemies to graduate with 2.2 in this country...

My broda, help me tell am. Guess he didn't read the part where I said according to the standard of the bible, as we all know that God's way is different from that of man.

The first guy have been an arm robber all hia life, the he was arrested and sentenced to death. Before he was killed, he got born again and gave his life to Christ, after which he faced the firing squad.


The second guy have been a born again all his life. then one, he went on a visit to one of his female friends, it then rained heavily that he have no choice than to sleep there... one thing led to another, he slept with the girl. in the morning as he was about leaving, he had an accident and died....



So now, will these two guys mk it to heaven judging on the standard of the bible or will neither of them make it.

you apply bootstrap css the way you apply normal css. The difference is that they have written alot of css that looks good. What you need do is go to getbootstrap.com and find out whats available. Id post a tutorial maybe. But there are so many in google.

Employers have right to decide how they want to recruit but the fact still remains that not all jobs should use grade as the only criteria!

In as much as I understand the point that you are trying to pass across, I want to tell you that in Nigeria now, if you are the type that don't have any connection or skills for entrepreneurship, then you are OYO if you didn't make 2.1... smart or not smart. I could remember someone vividly telling me that i will b shooting myself in the leg if I didn't mk 2.1 and its quite unfortunate that despite all my struggles in sch, I didn't mk it. so am saying this based on first hand exp. The frustration that comes with having a 2.2 in this labour market can mk someone contemplate suicide. no one will ask weda u r smart or not, all dey need is ur 2.1.... with 2.2, u can't even prove how smart you are cos u won't be invited for any test. but with you 2.1, you will be getting invites left right and center, such dat even if u f*up in some, you will readjust urself n nail d others. with myexperience, i won't even wish my enemies to graduate with 2.2 except they hv the connection or skills that will see them try...

Graduating with 2.2 is my greatest mistake....

I have numerous cover letter that I composed to suit the job that am applying for. but that of the CV, can you help me with that format that you said it worked magic so that I can tailor my own in such a way. I have so many PDF that explain more on CV writing and I jave re-edited my CV on several occasions... still Ntn to shw for it.

I recently got a shop in the main market within my area... I discovered that all these children bisquit moves very well in the market, esp those selling as distributors. So am seeking for help/assistance if there is anyone that link me up to any company that produces all these 5/10 naira bisquit. The companies have in mind are Yale and beloxxi.
