First off, that video may be admissible evidence in a law court to support a criminal case of currency abuse. I’d question the intellectual capacity of the individual that made and posted this video as well for a number of other reasons.

While her being upset is justified, she literally just admitted to spraying money. What's the allure of putting oneself into trouble and risk jail time just to pass a message online? 🤔
