The bold part which you highlighted means that the defendant ie Badeh and his lawyers feel that the prosecution did not establish a good case to warrant the defendant to open its case or defend itself so it will file what is referred to as a no-case submission. That means that the defendant feels it has no case to answer. When that is done, the court will now rule on whether it finds a prima facie case that Badeh should in fact defend himself against or indeed, the prosecution did a shoddy job and the case should therefore be thrown out.

And so? Why do we have courts? It is clearly a labour/industrial issue and if he feels he has been unjustly suspended then he should go through the proper route not engage trigger-happy police urchins that will cause mayhem and chaos in a work environment. They had all the time in the world to build their evidences but if by now, they still claim they are investigating matters since 2014, they sgould let the man be and when they are ready, they can play a return match.

All these tests you talked about can be performed by lab scientists, radiologists ,agrees. Unfortunately for you, NYSC didn't ask for a lab result .they asked for a fitness report which only a doctor can issue
