You're digging deeper when you're in a hole. What's the sense in an Apples-to-oranges comparison? Why compare AMD and Intel chipsets with different IPCs, different features etc? What generation are you comparing against?

Try to stick to the topic instead of dissembling. a Quad core i7 is better than a dual core i5 for gaming, and the delta is even more prominent in games where the CPU is more likely to be the bottleneck than the GPU

Even in 2010 when this argument started, several high profile games were making full use of multicore processors. High profile, mainstream games like GTA 4, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 and several others. Aside this, gaming hardware is bought with an eye to the future, and by then most new games were being made to take advantage of quad core processors.

But that's in 2010. To come out and claim in 2016 that games don't take advantage of quad core processors is just laughable, especially in an age where new graphics APIs like Direct X12 and Vulkan are specifically geared towards improving CPU usage, in an age where multiple high profile games are CPU limited on older rigs, and in an age where the current gen PS4 and Xbox 1 are both sporting 8 core CPUs with games optimized to use a minimum of 6 of those cores.


I suggest you do more research.

WHY WERE VATSA AND THE OTHERS SHOT?
In his landmark contribution to Nigerian military literature, titled "The
