Do not mind philip Nweze as he is aways lying for and promoting his Brother Dave Nweze Umahi. Nothing is happening here and all are mere promises like APC promises.

My problem with TSTV is that they should have put their house in order before all the publicity and hope raising associated with their launching on the 1st of october. However the forces against them are behind the hacking of their system and the spate of criticism launched against them. But I believe by the beginning of 2018, the picture might be clearer and the station must have stabilised. Keep hope alive and support TSTV.

Pray and ask God for grace to overcome. Develope a thick skin to your mother's shouts and abuses. Always laugh it off and walk away. if you have a room, walk into it, lock up and do anything you find so interesting. Never deliberately do anything to hurt your mother and when you mistakenly do, don't be proud to apologize whether she accepts the apology or not. Do everything to shut out the insults and abuses and do not spend time brooding over them. Reject in your heart any negative statements or curses from your parents in your life. Find out what your parents like so much and concentrate and do them whether they appreciate it or not. If you are a christian, spend time and read your Bible. It will help you.

Buhari cannot sack or prosecute any of those corrupt people around him as he has no alternative replacements in his party. All of them are the same.

Celebrities / Re: ''I Tithe, Come And Beat Me'' - Anita Joseph Shades Daddy Freeze by Amacaco: 12:23pm On Oct 26, 2017
Tithing does not make a sinner right before God. Christ Jesus has made me right before God and I tithe in worship and appreciation to him for his love and mercy in making me know him fully. I tithe voluntarily and joyfully with my money and God is happy with me. Those who do not want to tithe should not discourage others. But if you do not know Christ, your tithing can at best bring material and not spiritual blessings to you. Honour God and also honour your father and mother.

The true position is that the cabal who are the real rulers of this country have something so strong and disgraceful against the President and he cannot do anything to them. If he dares step out of bounds, they will expose and disgrace him. He knows that and that is how it works all over the world.

@deturla:I handled my matter personally at the FIRS office at Abakaliki. All payments were made inside their office at Abakaliki. Infact you will be asked to pay into a bank account they will give you. If you don't want the stress of going to the bank, then you bring cash and get a receipt later.
Business / Re: How To Apply For A Tax Identification Number (TIN) In Nigeria by Amacaco: 2:20pm On Oct 07, 2017
It is funny when you say that TIN is free. That is what the Police will write and say that bail is free but you will be required to pay through your nose before they grant you bail at any police station. Two years ago, I was made to cough out N20,000 before I got my TIN for my company. A month ago, I paid N5,000 for TIN for another company before it was issued to me. When They asked me to come and collect a receipt for my payment, I decided to ignore them because I know it will not be a govt receipt but one printed unofficially as many government officials do these days.

Thanks a lot for this beautiful write up. Hundreds of thousands of Igbos were murdered in the North because Major Kaduna Nzeogwu from present day Delta state was the leader of the 1966 coup.. Whenever someone from Igbo speaking Delta State commits a crime they identify him as Igbo but when it comes to Biafra, they are quick to assert that there are no Igbos in Delta state. Don't mind them.

Business / Eedc And Incessant Electricity Charge Increments:enough Is Enough by Amacaco: 3:33pm On Mar 15, 2017
I was going through my electricity bill for the month of January and was surprised to discover that the electricity charge per unit has surreptitiously been increased from N27.13 to N30.93 per unit and nobody raised an eyebrow. This is against the background that as at January 2016, the rate was N16.44 per unit and this was increased to N27.13 by February 2016. I recall that this February increment was seriously opposed by many Nigerians and civil society groups but the government went ahead with the increment. Within one year we have had more than two increments and everyone kept quiet. When will this stop? Must Nigerians die before they know that enough is enough? With all the estimated bills and non distribution of prepaid meters, will these people not kill us before our time? God into your hand we commit our lives.

Politics / Re: Nigerians React Over "I Stand With Buhari" Nationwide Solidarity Rally by Amacaco: 9:14pm On Feb 01, 2017
The Police has made a serious mistake by approving the second rally in support of Buhari the same days as the one led by Tuface. There will definitely be bloody clashes between the two groups and that will give the police the excuse they need to disrupt the Tuface rally and arrest those not in support of the government.

As at Saturday 26/11/2016, we bought a bushel of rice(de-stoned) at N6650. One can get other varieties of lower quality at lower prices. Meanwhile a bushel is 25kg of 100 cups. To us at Abakaliki, it is still costly as we used to buy Bushel of good quality rice at N2500 before the recession

The CBN should talk of what they know. I am from Ebonyi State and live in Abakaliki. The truth is that by this time of the year, a 50kg bag of rice use to sell for N5000. So if it is N8000 now, it is nothing to celebrate. By April, it will go for N15000.This is harvest time for rice farmers.

The man has no justification whatsoever to keep one kobo of your money. All the excuses he is giving do not hold water. Through the bank all the details about him including his address can be accessed. Just pick him up with the police and let him do the explanations at the polie station and in court. Probably, he may continue the explanations to the prison warder and other inmates.

Politics / Re: CJN: DSS Sting Operation Assault On Judiciary by Amacaco: 6:53am On Oct 23, 2016
Some comments people make on this matter tend to show lack of proper understanding of constitutional provisions on how to deal with corruption in the judiciary.
1. To ensure the independence of the Judiciary, the NJC only is empowered to recommend the appointment, discipline and removal of Judges in the country.
2.Any petition of misconduct or corruption is forwarded to the NJC by the petitioner or through any security agency charged with the responsibility of receiving such petitions
3. the NJC sets up a panel to investigate such petitions and if found guilty, NJC recommends the judge(s) to the president or Governor for removal or retirement or for any other disciplinary action.
4. On removal from the bench, the police, DSS, or EFCC can arrest and prosecute such Judge
5. Under no circumstances should a sitting Judge be arrested or subjected to public ridicule as is currently the case as this amounts to illegality and intimidation of the Judiciary as the proper procedure has not been followed.
6. what the DSS and Executive has succeeded in doing now is to intimidate all Judges across the country and whip them into line with the whims and desires of the Executive arm and APC or be publicly disgraced. So all judgements must now favour Goverment, APC and their agents or you will be publicly arrested and accused of corruption.
7. This is not acceptable and in the interest of Nigerian people as you may be the next victim of this state of affairs especially if your opponent is close to Government or related to someone close to Government.
8. All well meaning Nigerians should condemn this irrespective of political or tribal affiliation.

Politics / Re: Prove Your Innocence In Court, AGF Malami Tells Accused Judges by Amacaco: 11:33am On Oct 17, 2016
I do not believe the Attorney General of the Federation made that statement. One of the first elementary things you are taught as a law student is that an accused is innocent until proven guilt. The onus of proof lies with the prosecution and not the defence and this burden must be discharged beyond reasonable doubt. So if the Honourable Attorney general actually made that statement, it means he is not worthy to occupy the seat as he knows nothing about law and the legal profession. It gives credence to the allegation that he has other personal vendetta to pursue.
