I have been having the same issue with my Gionee S10 lite for the past 3years and has made me to drop that phone. About 30 seconds after recharging, you will see series of alerts without messages indicating deductions made for messages you never made. The said deductions range from N50 to N500 per SMS depending on the amount recharged until your balance comes to zero within a space of three minutes. The destinations for the SMS are all foreign numbers. I have been to the service providers all to no avail. I have altered the SMS center settings in my phone without any changes. I have finally abandoned the phone for them because they were designed to scam people of their hard earned money.

There are four kinds of Marriages recognized under Nigerian Law viz: (a)court marriage (b) christian Marriage; (c) Customary marriage and (d) Islamic Marriage. The Governor of Ebonyi State has done very well in the area of infrastructural developments since he came in to office in 2015 but he has killed the civil and public service in the state. I think I am in a position to comment on this topic. I am from Ebonyi State but lived in Aba for 34years before relocating to Abakaliki. Ebonyi State has since the Democratic dispensation been lucky in the leadership. Governor Sam Egwu paid serious attention on human development and economic empowerment at the expense of any other Thing. Martin Elechi focused on rural development, empowerment, provision of public utilities at the rural and urban areas. Dave Umahi has focused on rural and urban infrastructure particularly on roads, development of the State capital Abakaliki though at the expense of the civil service, human development and empowerment with heavy taxation. Generally they all have done well.

The deputy Governor was just being escorted out of harms way by the police. If they had not taken him out, he may have been lynched. He cannot be arrested or prosecuted. He enjoys constitutional immunity.
