Nigeria borrowed to pay salaries when oil was sold at $120/barrel and production was high. Compare that with the present when oil was sold at $42/ barrel and production is low. Between these government who is more responsible and prudent. Even if PMB share the whole serve to Nigerians, people like you will still insult him. As if Nigeria was heaven during the last Regime.
