Nigerian football star, Mikel Obi’s wife, Olga Allegra fired back at an Instagram user who said she's on a babymama level after she gushed over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.

Yesterday, there were reports that billionaire, Femi Otedola will be running for governor of lagos state come 2019.

One of his fake Twitter accounts even shared a statement 'confirming' the oil magnate was running for office, making lots of people believe the reports which he has now stated is untrue.

Below is a statement from the business man himself denying it. It was posted on his real Twitter page.

"My attention has been drawn to a news piece where false information from a parody account was posted. I am a man of the people and I will always be on the side of the masses but I am stating clearly via this medium that I am not running for office.

The Governor of Lagos State is doing a commendable job and Lagosians should be proud of him.

Fake accounts in my name have to have the word "parody" in their bio/profile to exist. @verified has recently paused verifications so, until I get the blue tick, please always ensure to read the bio/profile section of accounts that appear to be mine."

Some people have taken advantage of the fact that Otedola is now on social media and using fake accounts in his name to deceive people.

Former big brother Naija housemate, Cynthia Nwadiora, AKA Cee-C became an ambassador to two brands yesterday, House of Lunnettes which TBoss is already an ambassador, and one of Nigeria's biggest betting company, Naira Bet.

Recall that while she was in the house, Naira Bet founder, Akin Alabi said she looks like someone he'd like to employ.

Well, according to her management team, he did more than just employ her. They revealed that she is now a NairaBet ambassador, and Ubi Franklin made the meeting possible and the it all happened.

Niger Tornadoes FC have been thrown into mourning following the death of their defender, Hussaini Isah.

Hussaini lost his life during a motorcycle accident along Maitumbi road, Minna, Niger State, minutes after playing in his club’s match against Kwara United.

“With sorrow heart, we painfully announced the sudden exit of our dedicated and humble defender Hussaini Isah, who lost his life this Monday evening.
The defender who just returned to the team after a match suspension due to yellow card accumulation was hit by a reckless motorcycle rider popularly called okada along Maitumbi road, Minna, Niger State.”

the club wrote on their Twitter handle on Monday.

The accident occurred in front of their family house. He left behind his parents, siblings and his wife, whom he married, two months ago.

He is second player to lose his life in a road accident this year following Chinedu Udoji’s road crash in February.

Meghan Markle ’s father Thomas was supposed to walk his daughter down the aisle at the royal wedding, but has pulled out just days before the big day.

With just days to go until her wedding to Prince Harry, Meghan was hit with devastating news about her father.

According to TMZ, Thomas Markle has revealed he won't be walking her down the aisle on Saturday - after he confessed to suffering a heart attack six days ago.

"This is a deeply personal moment for Ms. Markle in the days before her wedding," a Kensington Palace spokesman said.

He continued: "She and Prince Harry ask again for understanding and respect to be extended to Mr. Markle in this difficult situation."

Despite his poor health, Meghan's dad had checked himself out of the hospital so he could still attend the wedding.

He was due to meet the Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and Camilla and Prince William and his wife Kate before the big day.

But now it's claimed he's decided to pull out over the furore after he was caught setting up his own staged paparazzi photos.

He told the US gossip site that he meant "no harm" to Meghan or the Royal Family when he set up a photoshoot in an internet cafe as part of a deal said to be worth £100,000.

Thomas claimed the photoshoot wasn't "principally about money" and instead he wanted to "help recast his image".

He claimed he's been "ambushed by paparazzi who have photographed him in the most unflattering circumstances" over the last year.


He says pictures of him "buying beer, looking disheveled and reclusive" made him "look like a lush".

Thomas also revealed that since Meghan started dating Prince Harry he's been offered "between $50,000 and $100k for interviews" and turned them all down.

He now "deeply regrets" the photo shoot and said he "decided not to go because he doesn't want to embarrass the Royal Family or his daughter".

Last week, news was rife on social media that the winner of the just concluded big brother Naija competition, Miracle, had a sugar mummy named Juliet.

A twitter handle which has since been deleted, made the allegations.

Miracle's brother, Captain Igbokwe, has now reacted to the allegation via his Instagram live.

According to him, the woman known as Juliet is actually their Aunty and that it is disrespectful for anyone to allege that Miracle has anything amorous to do with his own Aunt.

He also laughed over claims by Tweet Oracle that their family mistreated him after all he did.

Nina has now taken to Instagram to apologize saying she didn't know Bobrisky had issues with Toyin and she also doesn't like making enemies.

Most women appreciate the little things their men do for them no matter what.

Zonal Police PRO, Dolapo Badmus, shared a photo of her husband in the kitchen making breakfast for her and poured encomium on him.

According to her, she had a busy day and slept late, only for her to wake up and see her husband cooking for her.

Big brother Naija 2018 winner, Miracle Igbokwe was received alongside Nina, BamBam and Teddy A this afternoon in Imo state, by governor Rochas Okorocha.

Governor Rochas promised to sponsor Miracle throughout his aviation school, a plot of land and 2million naira.

Nina was also promised 2million naira.
