Veteran singer, Duncan Mighty has take to his Instagram page to call out Magnito for excluding him from the music video of their new song, titled “Genevieve”.

According to Duncan Mighty, Magnito came to him with the song, with no beat, hook or vibe, he then worked on it, and also flew down to Lagos for the video shoot.

Singer MC Galaxy has finally apologized after being slammed for asking girls to go nude on his Instagram live video for N50,000.

This is coming after actress Toyin Abraham lampooned him saying;

"Dear MC Galaxy, what you did asking girls to go naked for 50k is despicable, debasing, and bad in every way. You just further strengthen the believe that the easiest way women can get things is to sell their bodies. I sincerely can't fathom what you need or gain from this despicable act when you could have checked in on porn sites. I am not trying to be a moral judge, I am the least qualified to judge a fellow human, but just the way you used your influence and platform for this woman-debasing act, I am also using mine to stand against an act ridiculing women and further prove that some men are scum. An upcoming artiste, Uche Novia has taken to Instagram to reveal how a stray bullet got stuck in his son’s hand for 28 days without his knowledge.

According to him, when the boy complained of pains, they took him to a bone doctor who started treating him and adjusting his bones.

They didn't know it was a bullet inside until they did a scan. Read his story below...

"He carried a bullet in his hand for 28 days

I have a testimony:
Okay y'all must have seen me post one or two things about my boy, Rocky. The incident happened on the 7th of February, I just got back from work when I heard him scream so loud. I rushed out and saw him crying and holding his right hand. We all thought something had cut his hand maybe while he was playing with the cup he was using to drink water. We rushed him to a local Bone doctor close to the house. The man did his best to adjust the bone and asked us to wait till the wound heals then we can come to fix the bone properly. All these while we thought we were treating bone. Not until few days ago we decided to do a scan and we found out a stray bullet almost hit this boy somewhere else but instead of hitting somewhere else, it hit his hand. We just did a minor surgery yesterday and a bullet was taken out. It could only be God. God did this for us and we are forever grateful.
No matter how careful u think u are are if God does not have ur back, forget it!"

A 14-year-old girl has told an FCT High Court in Maitama how Emmanuel Matthew, a pastor of the Winners Chapel, raped her when she was seven years old in 2012.

The girl said this while testifying as the fifth prosecution witness, during the hearing of the case on Thursday.

She explained that Matthew forcibly inserted his finger in her private parts and also that of her schoolmate.

NAN reports that the defendant is also the Proprietor of Emmabeth Academy, Mpape, Abuja, where the victim attended in 2012.

The victim also alleged that the defendant sexually assaulted her elder sister who was nine years old at the time.

Ejike Orji, the prosecuting counsel, averred that the victim had attended Emmabeth Academy, Mpape, run by the defendant.

In 2012, the Police charged Matthew to court on a six-count charge bordering on inducement and rape.

The prosecutor said the offence contravenes sections 283 and 285 of the Penal Code.

“Sometime in March 20, 2012, at Emmabeth Academy, Mpape, Abuja Matthew induced and raped the victim who was seven years old, her elder sister and another pupil of the school," he said.

In her evidence in chief, the victim recalled the name of the school to be “Emmabeth Academy Nursery/ Primary School, Mpape Abuja’’.

She said: “I was in school and Pastor Emmanuel took me inside his office and put his fingers into my private parts severally.

“He did that to me and my senior sister and the other girl. He later gave my sister N10."

When interrogated further by the prosecutor, she said the defendant went ahead to remove his trousers and inserted his penis into the private part of the other girl.

She said she narrated the incident to her mother, who immediately reported the matter to her pastor.

According to her, the mother and her pastor only warned the defendant of the repercussion of his actions.

The victim further explained that the defendant invited policemen three days after the incident to arrest the mother and her pastor, adding that the police became abreast of the matter through her mother’s statement.

She said the police immediately took over the matter by taking the three of them (children) to the hospital for examinations.

When asked to state the colour of the underwear the defendant wore during the alleged incident, the victim said she could not remember because the incident happened seven years ago.

The witness also said she could not remembered the name of the hospital they were taken to for examination, adding that she remembered that a doctor examined them.

Justice Hussein Baba-Yusuf then adjourned until May 30 for continuation.

Suspected kidnappers have abducted the mother of Super Eagles’ midfielder, Samuel Kalu.

Mrs. Kalu was driving with some of her children along the Okpulu Umuobo area of Aba, Abia State, last week when the unidentified gunmen blocked her vehicle, ordered the children out of the car and took her away.

A source close to the family said the kidnappers initially demanded a N50 million ransom, but later increased it, as they believe they would get more from the Girondins Bordeaux star.

An Abuja Customary court has finally granted actress Tonto Dikeh full custody of her 3-year-old son, King Andre, and given her former husband, Mr Churchill conditional visitation rights.

Speaking to the actress’ legal rep, Barrister Ukechukwu C Uju-Azorji, he confirmed that An Abuja customary court gave actress Tonto full custody of her and Churchill’s son after being sued by her former husband and father of the said child.

The Barrister described the case as a very hectic and dramatic one.

He stated that there was a time Mr Churchill’s Attorney filled a N200k case against Tonto to foot the bill for Churchill’s transport to attend the court as they felt Tonto was using King Andre’s school runs as a tactic to drag the case thereby making Mr Churchill spend so much money to travel to and from Ghana to attend to court.



But Tonto Dikeh won that case and she was not made to pay.

Asked whether he is aware that there is a speculation that Tonto has denied Churchill the visitation rights which he was legal awarded.

He stated that the visitation rights were based on some conditions which Mr Churchill has failed to meet.

He stated that Mr Churchill failed to pay for child support and some part of King’s expenses. He also stated that Mr Churchill was instructed by the court to pay for a confidant who will supervise the visits after Tonto evidently proved to the court that she cannot trust Churchill around King alone at his young age.

Asked what evidence really did Tonto prove? Mr Azorji stated;

“We gave the court physical evidence that the man can be very diabolical and he doesn’t have the child’s interest at heart. Even in court, one of the judges said it seems the man is more interested in getting back at Tonto and not necessarily his interest for the child”.

He said Churchill was told to pay N200K monthly for Andre’s upkeep which he hasn’t. He also said Churchill agreed to pay Andre’s school fees directly to the school but he stopped after paying once and they have emails from the school to back their claim.

Asked if he doesn’t feel Tonto is breaching court rules by not allowing Churchill visit King Andre .....

Seems actress Tonto Dikeh is still not allowing her ex-husband, Churchill Olakunle access to their son Andre, according to his birthday post for his 3rd birthday.
