Concerning the deadline, the 8weeks is an ideal situation to help you in case of any issues with your documents and to fasten your admission process. You can still send it within the 2 weeks you have now.

As regards the toelf if you are really interested in the course , add the registration document with the print out of the mail sent to you by the course coordinator then include a written note to explain it. You can also add epl from your school here if you have it

Concerning certification , use high Court, make sure the certifying stamp appears on all page of the documents.

For posting , if you are in Lagos , contact guys here sending to uniassist otherwise use DHL or TNT since the deadline is close. DHl is between 17k to 20k the last time I used them

Did your documents get to them before the deadline? If it did there's nothing to worry about because they will forward it to the school if it didn't then delete that application and replace with another one....

Yes. My documents have been with them since winter this year, so I didn't have to send documents for all my summer applications. My problem is I paid for my last summer application I made after the deadline.

My question is: from experience do you know if uniassist has ever forwarded application for an applicant that paid after the deadline ?

I already have my evaluation report from uniassist for other courses I applied for this summer. But I made payment recently for a course like three days after the course deadline. I just realized it today. Should I withdraw the money and use it for other courses I intend to apply for or just leave it with the hope that they will still forward it? It is still showing " processing not yet started" .

Anybody who has experience this before should advise me, I don't want this people plant flowers with my 30€ biko

As regards the VO rooms, my brother it's just a thing of grace, the one everyone seems to dread might be so friendly to you all through. Yesterday my VO just noticed she has no reason to keep asking me several questions as she already noticed I have been there before, which was why you saw more of personal questions, even when she asked about facts I know about Germany, I was busy dishing out points while she was just nodding in affirmation before she stopped me as she wouldn't be able to type everything if I keep pouring it out, Lol.

As regards working and having graduated long ago, she only asked where I worked and why I waited this long before taking a decision for further studies and I told her it was my career plans to work first before enrolling for further studies. There was nothing like presenting a payslip or employment letter.

Arrived there at 5.30 am. At 6.15am one of the security guys verified the appointment and stamped the appointment letters.

Lined up at 6.30am
One guy helped in arranging the documents and ushered us in. ( Either it's not Paulinus or Paulinus was misrepresented. The man was *nice*).

Whats are your names ?
What Visa are you applying for ?
V.O goes through my documents.
V.O Asked me to arrange them in a particular sequence using a list she gave me.

Gave me 3 copies of data protection documents to sign (returned 2 copies to her)

Gave me one printout and asked me to confirm my details on the form and sign.

V.O asked if I'm going for masters or bachelors.
V.O collected the VISA fees and gave me receipt.
What School and course ?
Asked me to explain troubleshooting.
V.O took my biometrics
V.O starts asking questions.
V.O asked if I've funded ? Answered in the affirmative and showed her coracle confirmation.. says she's never seen coracle before. Told her it's like fintiba.

Before asking questions she told me she didnt want stories.... just concise answers and straight to the point.

Why Germany ?
Asked for 5 facts about Germany
Why not Nigeria ? (tried comparing Nigeria education system with Germany... V.O says she didnt want comparisons)
Why not U.S or U.K
What are the products Germany exports ?
Mention automobiles produced in Germany
(Included textile and clothings in the list, vo looked surprised said shes just hearing that for the first time)
Asked for my bachelors thesis (she asked further questions about outcome of the research)
Asked what's the plan after the masters.. (told her I'm coming back to take up a senior role in my company .. asked how much am I earning )
Asked what type of company and what they do..
That concludes the interview. my office will get back to you.

PS: The V.O was nice, wasn't too fast and didnt interjects.. she listens to responses then type the responses in. Was interviewed by the lady on low cut with tinted hair.. think she was in counter 2

Hey bro. You are a good man.

You can even bring her to Germany while still studying through REUNION VISA. Germany is making family reunion easier, as I heard. I know someone who did that. But that person got married before getting Visa oo.

But let's consider your case. Know what you intend to fill in numerous registration when you get to Germany. Would you fill single or married knowing fully well that you would be single in your visa details? That shouldn't be a problem only that I have no idea of how that would look. May, in the end, not be an issue.

But then, what is generally needed is another blocked account amount for your wife and A1 level in German language plus other normal documents. So, she would have to start German class after your departure against that. A1 is easy to get, so no issues. Another important aspect is that you must provide evidence of accommodation for both of you here in Germany upon this Reunion application. This accommodation is 12sq-mtrs per person. So, for both of you, it's 24sq-mtrs. I think it is 6sq-mtrs for kids if you have any.

For more info, visit the German embassy website. But know that it is Family reunion you need and your wife will even be eligible to work in Germany. And it is even advisable to do it while a student (maybe after you settle down well, say after your first year).

What if I decide to use the registry for sharp court marriage so the date would be before my visa abd my married marital status would reflect on my visa information , how do I go about it since my international passport is already bearing single as marital status. And this would not affect my getting a visa, like looking desperate to the VO considering the proximity of the marriage date

Concerning family ties in Nigeria does it make sense to present my court marriage certificate, I did the marriage recently and the date on the certificate shows that it is after I got my admission letter.

I thought I was supposed to print out and sign the filled application form from uniassist website. But after filling the form on their site there is no place where my signature is needed on the pdf form/print. Did I miss something, I am planning to send the form to uniassist tomorrow . My fiancee studied nursing (Bsc ), a registered nurse RN and I am planning to take her to DE after I get there and settle down a bit. What's the prospects of nursing as a career in DE. I have been receiving different advice with regard to the easiest way to do it. Goodmorning guys, for people that wishes to send their documents to Germany at a minimized cost you can try Aramax. They are quite affordable and and efficient because i used them, my document got to Uni assist in 3 days and I paid 8k.

Thanks my brother. I am based in delta state. Can I go to high court in Delta State to certify my university degree and Waec certificate that I'm sending to uniassist? OR must I do it at the German embassy. I have been reading the threads here but haven't gotten clarification on this and the deadline is fast approaching July 15th, pls help a brother.

Who has info about how dragnet mark their questions. I heard performance in each section matters. Like if you score the whole 300 in the other three sections but score zero or something really low in one section, you won't pass. Any concrete info on this?
