gwafaeziokwu: These guys are cold and heartless. May be their cultures do not value human lives. 11,000 souls lost and an educated person opened his mouth to say "only 6 states".
When a country lose 11,000 people in a short while during peace time then that country is a failed state. The number one job of a state is to keep the inhabitants safe from all their enemies both foreign and domestic. By allowing 11,000 Nigerians to be murdered in cold blood under their watch, this government has lost legitimacy.
Zoo is an understatement. And when did IPOB start caring about Northerners being killed? That must be the joke of the century. Mazi Kanu and his supporters have consistently told us in his broadcasts how they will burn the zoo down and make Nigeria worse than Somalia. So why are you guys suddenly showing concern for people killed? Nigeria has been fighting an insurgency since 2009 and you are here saying we are in a season of peacetime. Really? And stop don’t quoting figures of 11,000 killed. Figures that were pulled from the sky from one of those sponsored NGOs working to destabilise Nigeria. |

Arthurity1: His threats of war might be dumb and uncalled for, but face the truth NIGERIA IS A ZOO!!! Is this how a nation should be? Killings, banditry, terrorism, nepotism, corruption, human rights abuse, severe economic collapse all unchecked, my brother na how e suppose be? Everyday we are on a steady decline, no good news. We have gotten to the point where nothing happening is now a good thing, because it's all bad news and despair! We are steady reaching the likes of Venezuela and Afghanistan, failed states! Know the truth and know peace that NIGERIAN IS A LAWLESS ZOO!!! He and his group have been calling Nigeria a zoo well before the insecurity got this bad. And the banditry and terrorism is confined to about 6 states about of the 36 states. Majority of the states are pretty safe and are far from the evil. All the other things you listed like corruption, economic downturn, human rights abuse etc also happens is the so called developed countries and nobody calls them a zoo. Nigeria has its problems and they are many and poor leadership is mostly responsible. And it cuts across all ethnic groups. But Mazi Kanu and his IPOB group thrive on bigotry and hate towards the two other major ethnic groups. His speeches are laced with so much hate for those ethnic groups and it not surprising that majority of those groups now dislike him and his group with a passion. He has made so many enemies that he shouldn’t have made and it makes his job of forming alliances a huge task. He could have chosen a different strategy but he knew it was a win win for him to bash Fulanis and Yorubas as a means to grow his followers, and to threaten war in order to revenge for 1967. Very bad strategy. |

Any group that consistently calls Nigeria a zoo, abuses other tribes and threatens to wage war against the country if they don’t get what they are asking for don’t deserve to be on a negotiation table. You can’t negotiate with such people.
A new leader of the Biafra agitation will arise in a few years with more diplomacy and tact. This IPOB lot are damaged goods. |

KwaraRat: Buhari defended the massacre in one of his early press conferences when he stated that ''can you imagine touching an officer's uniform'' in reference to the viral video of a young shiite protester conversing with an army officer when they blocked the road to Zaria.
There is also evidence that an order was communicated to the 1st Division Commander to sack Zaria with the ROE being: ''Eliminate with Extreme Vengeance''. This communication was leaked a few days after the massacre during the height of foolish support by the majority populace on the Army's ''proactive'' action to rid Zaria and Nigeria of another Boko tier insurgency. Just post the proof here. As I said, the Commander In Chief (CiC) is ultimately responsible for any action carried out by the army, whether good or bad. Jonathan cannot be absolved of any fault if those El Zakzaky's son's were killed illegally. |

Politics › Re: Reno Omokri Lied, GEJ Regime Killed 3 El-Zakzaky's Sons - Sahara Reporters by amc: 1:05pm On Aug 06, 2021 |
KwaraRat: Not true.
They were killed by trigger happy soldiers as the IMN made their annual procession through Kaduna. When the crowd approached the checkpoint and refused to disperse and insisted on passing through the solder opened fire.
Jonathan never gave the order from Abuja and the shootings were spontaneous and carried out by the soldiers on their own. This is unlike the direct order from Buhari to soldeirs to sack Shiite settlements in Zaria under the operational engagement of ''eradicating with extreme vengeance''.
Because GEJ was then President, doesn't in any way make him culpable for every single unauthorized and unlawful killings by the Nigerian security forces. When did Buhari give the order from Abuja to kill El Zakzaky's sons? Do you have any proof of this claim? Whether Jonathan or Buhari, whoever was the Commander In Chief of the armed forces when those people were killed is responsible. |

Buhari's inglorious regime has killed millions of Nigerians more than any other administration in history. Only Hitler can rival Buhari in terms of killings. In fact the number of Nigerians that has committed suicide under this brutal regime surpasses the number of Nigerians that died during the civil war. Buhari is a devil in human form that derives joy in watching people getting slaughtered in their large numbers. Only God can help us You funny die. Killed millions? Where? Who did the counting? |

BY SAHARAREPORTERS, NEW YORK
OCT 23, 2020
Nigerians living in Austria have attacked Ambassador Vivian Okeke.
Okeke was attacked at the country’s embassy in Vienna.
In video clips that surfaced online, the envoy was safeguarded by the police from the angry mob.
They were heard chanting in the video, “End Buhari ole, end SARS, Buhari should stop killing our people.”
The attack on Okeke might not be unconnected with the killings of #EndSARS protesters in Lagos.
SaharaReporters recalled that men in army uniform on Tuesday opened fire on unarmed protesters at Lekki Toll Gate area of Lagos, killing over 10 persons and injuring dozens in the process.
The incident has generated a global uproar, with many calling for justice for victims of extrajudicial killings. |

Samunique: One thing still baffles me, how can we have so many intellectually sound people in Nigeria , and yet handed over the affairs of this great country to someone like Buhari ?
Just look at how he's messed up everything !!! Maybe that’s what the doctor ordered at the time. Nigeria was swimming under huge corruption with impunity under Goodluck Jonathan and most Nigerians were looking for a corruption fighter to come and clean up the mess. 2019 was an opportunity to change Buhari but the main opposition party made the huge mistake of presenting another corrupt person worse that GEJ as their candidate. The rest is history. Watch how the same opposition part will present the same crook again in 2023 and then would be wondering why they didn’t win when elections are over. |
