There is a list attached of frontier basins to the bill. All of them were in the North.That was why some of us are speaking out. Ultra deep offshore blocks were not even in that list.
It was as if PIB said; "don't look for oil anywhere else aside Gongola basin and some other Northern Nigeria basins

When the North starts producing Nobel prize winners, Grammy winners, Olympic gold winners, and limitless human capital talent like the Southern Nigeria, then come back and discuss. But that will never happen, 1000 years from now, it's still terrorists and oppressors that the cursed North will produce. So we can't have that conversation. A dog can't go beyond its leash. The cursed terrorists North is the evil leash holding Southern greatness back. Without the South, the North is just another terrorists zone like Afghanistan or Yemen.
