please my brothers and sisters, is it right for a muslim to watch football matches especially the EPL games on tv?

I want to know if there is any contradiction as regarding watching football matches because, me, i am a soccer lover and every weekends, i go to watch the EPL matches. I'm a fan of Chelsea fc. Though i always watch mine with caution, i leave when it is time for Sallat. So please, is there more to this as regarding islamic views for watching football for entartainment?

Now i know we have greedy Nigerians among us. I checked my e-mail inbox and i saw almost 30 people who requested for the stuff. I wonder how some people want to make money in a crude way. I also wonder how people think that mere punching buttons on ATM matchine will just fetch them money without inserting a card. Even if there will be such trick, it will b in 50 years to come.
