24 Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them. 2 For their heart studieth destruction, and their lips talk of mischief. 3 Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: 4 And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches. 5 A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength. 6 For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety. 7 Wisdom is too high for a fool: he openeth not his mouth in the gate. 8 He that deviseth to do evil shall be called a mischievous person. 9 The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men. 10 If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. 11 If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; 12 If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works? 13 My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: 14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off. 15 Lay not wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; spoil not his resting place: 16 For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief. 17 Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth: 18 Lest the Lord see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him. 19 Fret not thyself because of evil men, neither be thou envious at the wicked: 20 For there shall be no reward to the evil man; the candle of the wicked shall be put out. 21 My son, fear thou the Lord and the king: and meddle not with them that are given to change: 22 For their calamity shall rise suddenly; and who knoweth the ruin of them both? 23 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment. 24 He that saith unto the wicked, Thou are righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him: 25 But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them. 26 Every man shall kiss his lips that giveth a right answer. 27 Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house. 28 Be not a witness against thy neighbour without cause; and deceive not with thy lips. 29 Say not, I will do so to him as he hath done to me: I will render to the man according to his work. 30 I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding; 31 And, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, and nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down. 32 Then I saw, and considered it well: I looked upon it, and received instruction. 33 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: 34 So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth; and thy want as an armed man. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQW_Kw5h39Q |

Hello, today my story is about “the lame warrior” and we are starting right now. Welcome back. Praise is my name. Remember to subscribe to my Youtube channel. “the lame warrior” One millennium years ago, their lived a good warrior. The good warrior was kind to everyone and always gave the victory to his people through fights. The problem was that the kind hearted warrior was lame. He was lame on both feet but he was powerful. His power for war could not cater for his lameness. What a life! The lame warrior had a maid at home who assists his wife. The maid told him she knew a Baba somewhere where she came from who could help him and free him from his lameness. The man laughed and said what type of baba is that self? After a second thought, the lame man was happy and immediately went to the Baba. The Baba told the lame man to go back to his house and lock himself inside for 7 days. That was all. The baba did not ask the man for money, clothe, favour or anything. The lame warrior went home and did as the baba said. He did not come out of his house for 7 days. After 7 days the lame man became well on his two feet. His lameness left him. No drug. No money. No jumping. No injection. No hospital admission. No water. No special garment. No drip. No surgical operation. Nothing. Just by staying at home for 7 days. The question now is can you stay at home for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, 35 days, 42 days, 49 days, 56 days, 63 days, 70 days, 77 days, 84 days or more days? If and only if you can stay at home you will not catch COVID-19 and COVID-19 will not catch you. Just stay at home safely. Jo ko si ile re. Ma gbe body e jade. Do it. Praise is my name. I love this beautiful response sir. You are correct. density and weight go hand in hand. This a principle with applications. Please go to my youtube channel, watch other videos and subscribe. I am happy and I love you. gbadexy: |
You are correct. But if 10 bars of gold are at different edges and an aluminium slate or slates of aluminium form the the other covers it will not sink once it is not leaking. Its a principle with applications. Please go to my youtube channel, watch other videos and subscribe. I am happy and I love you. 25tolife: |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXhwpRCzmuM Science students would be familiar with the “Archimedes’ principle” today. That principle can be modified into the “law of floatation” or “law of buoyancy”. How did the principle and law come about? Was it deliberate or accidental? Archimedes lived in one of the most influential cities of the ancient world called Syracuse. Archimedes together with other scientists and researchers of his time were charged with proving that a new crown made for Hieron, the king of Syracuse, was not pure gold without doing any damage to the crown? Another version said he was to find out the principle or explanation that will support the floating of the “Syracusia”, a massive ship that was to be constructed and presented as a gift to Egypt. Archimedes was sitting in a bath house one day wondering how a heavy object can float. He was inspired that an object proportionally immersed in a fluid will displace an amount of water equal to its own weight. He forgot that he was naked in the bathroom and ran to the street en route to the Kings palace shouting "Eureka!", "Eureka!" ("I have it!" in Greek). This logic is critical in the construction of ships. Heavy steel materials are placed at the base of the sheep which can displace a large volume of water. To the effect that whatever the other items used in constructing the ship it will not sink still but float. Applications of Archimedes’ principle When a glass is filled to capacity with water and ice cubes are then introduced to it, what happens? In kike manner as the water over flowed the edge when Archimedes entered his bathtub, the water in the glass will spill over when ice cubes are added to it. If the water that spilled out were weighed, it would equal the upthrust on the object. From the upthrust or upward force, the volume or average density of the object can be determined. Archimedes determined that the crown he was investigating at the time was impure gold because of the volume of the water displaced. This was arrived at because the volume was different due the various densities of the metals. Additionally, this principle is utilized in a large variety of scientific research subjects including medical, engineering, entomology, engineering, and geology. Copious articles exist on the use of Archimedes’ principle in bone volumes/densities, submarines, water-walking bugs and geology. Archimedes’ principle summary: upward force= weight of liquid displaced MNEUMONIC= Up wold (wold = weight of liquid displaced) Bottom line: You can make a discovery at any time and in any place. Hello, today we are talking about “the most brilliant girl in town” and we are starting right now. Welcome back. Praise is my name. Remember to subscribe to my Youtube channel. “the most brilliant girl in town” A girl once lived in a village called Kurigi. The girl was beautiful and brilliant. Her parents were wealthy and she got all the good things of life that she desired. Things changed for her when her parents travelled to a city and left her in the custody of her parent’s sister. Her parent’s sister did not like children or should we say she was a disciplinarian. This girl will wake in the morning and start grinding pepper, fetch water, cook, wash clothes and so on. The house chores she did daily were so demanding that she gets late to school most times. Surprisingly, this girl always comes first in her class in school. Her aunt was not happy with her for always coming first despite the hard work that she does. She will monitor her to see when she wants to study. At any such time, the aunt will send her on errand. This continued for years. The girl however, kept coming first in class. The aunt was surprised because she knows the girl does not read or study. How come she kept coming first in her class and school? What the aunt did not know was that the girl used to study in her dream. During examinations or tests the girl revises in the dream. Whatever she studies or revise in the dream usually comes out exactly as she saw it in her dream, during her tests and examinations. The amazing thing is that the girl is quiet and will not tell anyone her little secret. The question now is do you dream of success or failure? Think about that. I dream of success. Praise is my name. Remember to subscribe to my Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4WeAKdmvgQ |
Hello, today we are talking about “the woman who won the best food competition” and we are starting right now. Welcome back. Praise is my name. Remember to subscribe to my Youtube channel. “the woman who won the best food competition” A woman could not cook well for her family. Her husband and children did not like her food as such. They always complain about her food. One day she was entered in a food cooking competition by her husband. The woman felt so sad because she knew her husband did not appreciate her food. She imagined that how would outsiders like her food. She was still brooding over this when the D-day for the competition came. She prepared her egusi soup the way she knew how to do it. She used iru the local bean seed. She made pounded yam with it. Other people prepared egusi too but they used chemical seasonings. She was jittery when the food was tasted by the judges. The judges ate all her ponded yam and egusi soup. They just took a bit from that of others. Surprisingly, she was announced as the winner. The company announced that they were looking at the use of natural seasonings and not the chemicals. They said the natural was healthier. She was given a car and a house. Her husband was surprised. He thought she would start using chemical seasonings after the contest but lo and behold, natural seasonings were encouraged here. He was bitter because this was the same natural seasoning he detested and derided at home. He knelt down in public and embraced his wife with joy. He apologized to her too. The question now is who are you taking for granted? Watch it. Praise is my name. Remember to subscribe to my Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uPEk4ssZaU |
Some personalities have been motivated and moved from bad to become best. Today I bring us an exposition and catalogues of such people to inspire, motivate and gear us up for mighty exploits. Some of the people mentioned include the head of Tata Motors who wanted to sell of Tata Indica but it later became a best seller to the Tata company. Abraham Lincoln who lost many small elections and eventually won the big one and became the President of USA. Olajumoke Orisaguna the bread seller who became a model, Thomas Edison who invented the light bulb. J. K. Rowling, the publisher of the harry porter novels who many publishers turned down but she later got her stories published and it became a huge success. J.K. Rowling was very broke before her success. Your being broke and down is an opportunity to go up. Myles Munroe was called a dullard and a monkey by his teachers in school. he eventually turned around to become the best student in his set. Mohammed Buhari contested presidential election four times before he won. he did not give up! Why will you give up? What kept them going? They saw what others did not see. they were motivated people. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEDAAhe8KYo |
Proverbs 23 King James Version (KJV) 23 When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee: 2 And put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite. 3 Be not desirous of his dainties: for they are deceitful meat. 4 Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom. 5 Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven. 6 Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats: 7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. 8 The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet words. 9 Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the wisdom of thy words. 10 Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless: 11 For their redeemer is mighty; he shall plead their cause with thee. 12 Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge. 13 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. 14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell. 15 My son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine. 16 Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things. 17 Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long. 18 For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off. 19 Hear thou, my son, and be wise, and guide thine heart in the way. 20 Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh: 21 For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags. 22 Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother when she is old. 23 Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding. 24 The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him. 25 Thy father and thy mother shall be glad, and she that bare thee shall rejoice. 26 My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways. 27 For a LovePeddler is a deep ditch; and a strange woman is a narrow pit. 28 She also lieth in wait as for a prey, and increaseth the transgressors among men. 29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes? 30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine. 31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. 32 At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder. 33 Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things. 34 Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast. 35 They have stricken me, shalt thou say, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not: when shall I awake? I will seek it yet again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQnveDuG3vU |

A sexual dysfunction can be defined as any type of hardship encountered during any stage or age of sexual gestures. This means it is not exclusive to the old. This include the desire for sex, sex arousal, sexual orgasm, sexual resolution and many more. Sexual dysfunction prevents couples from enjoying their sexual life. Sexual dysfunction is common in people above forty (40) years but it can occur at any age even below forty. In fact, twenty five percent (25%) of persons below age 40 have sexual dysfunction. One type of sexual dysfunction is erectile dysfunction. Others are low libido, premature ejaculation, low testosterone levels, delayed ejaculation, difficulty in reaching orgasm and so on. Erectile dysfunction may be due to physical reasons or psychological reasons. Erectile dysfunction may be heightened by stroke, obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, blood vessel clogging and so on. Erectile dysfunction may also be caused by the lifestyle of the individual. Such lifestyle factors that may lead to erectile dysfunction include smoking, taking of hard drugs, drinking of too much alcohol, side effects of prescription drugs, stress and so on. Erectile dysfunction is not due naturally to ageing. There are people above seventy (70) and even ninety (90) who are still very sexually active and do not have erectile dysfunction problem. The main difference between people who continue with the erectile dysfunction problem or condition is the ability to open up to their doctor in good time. Its vital to let your physician know at its earliest stage. Early treatment is key in handling or not being able to handle erectile dysfunction. The treatment regimens for erectile dysfunction are many. They include psychological treatment, hormonal treatment, counselling, medication (drugs), mechanical aids, herbal helps and so on. As a summation, kindly consult your family doctor for helps. Now. https://thenewkokoro.com/2020/06/21/causes-and-cure-of-male-sexual-dysfunction-erectile-dysfunction/ |

History has it that some soldiers went to war. They need to cross a bridge to enter the enemy territory. As they crossed the bridge, the commander burnt the bridge behind them (the soldiers). They had 2 options. Either to fight win and be free or fight be defeated and be killed or be made captives. Since the escape route had been burnt the soldiers fight the best they could and won. Your success is up to you! The world over, it has been observed that people who do not work for wealth ae usually not motivated to expand, increase or keep it. It seems their easy get also leaves them easily. On the other hand, children who sweat for their wealth or are a part of the building process of their parent’s wealth tend to preserve it and increase it. The ones who inherited wealth think they are lucky and believe luck will see them through The other group who did not inherit but worked for their wealth believe they need to work more to preserve it. The 2 are motivated by different things. One believe in luck – what will be will be while the other believe in their hard work. We can control effort put into a thing but we have no control over what will be will be. Bill Gates wrote that his parents rewarded them for getting things right. There is always a competition and reward for the outstanding. That approach to child training sends a message that work and effort precede results. Take control of your life and know that you are responsible for whatever happens to you. If you blame your failure on outside forces you are down and out but if you believe its up to you to succeed you will. In life, you may be rejected but know that if you will be accepted it’s up to you. Spend more time and energy developing yourself and training. Blaming external factors for your failure is a sign and symptom of loss of control and a jinx. Whatever you see as a problem in your life is up to you first to solve. It is not up to others out there. Have a motto that if you fail it’s your fault and if you succeed it’s your fault too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-hbgRcW3kA |

A lot of tips and ways for managing diabetes exists. Today we will look at a number of things that will help a diabetic patient to manage it effectively. Help number one Know that you have diabetes. Know what diabetes is and what it can do to your body. Read and gather as much information about diabetes. You can ask your doctor about all you need to know about diabetes. Check online too and clarify with health care professionals. Help number two Sleep. Insomnia does not help diabetics instead it increases their blood sugar. An antidote to insomnia may be some strenuous exercise. Sleep helps to calm all the nerves that have been overworking and even the diabetic controls need to sleep! (rest or rejuvenate) to come back and work better. The importance of sleep cannot be overemphasized in managing any disease or infection. Help number three Know your fasting blood sugar levels. The knowledge of your own blood sugar compared with the standard blood sugar will help you to be able to manage your diabetes. This will help you to know when your blood sugar is high or low. Help number four Know the type of food to eat and the ones to avoid. Food that are sugar rich should be minimized as they actually can not be totally avoided. Carbohydrates and sugary foods need to be watched and also studied in connection with their sugar content. Help number five Manage your stress. Being stressed up makes the body cells to misbehave too. Stress is a minus for managing diabetes. Try to delegate any stressful situation. Yes, stress can be delegated! Delegate whatever makes you stressed up. Don’t assume to know it all or do it all. Help number six The next help is to exercise. Wake up in the morning and walk for 30 minutes. Do same in the evening. Do that daily. That’s daily exercise. Swirl your hands as you move briskly. As a diabetic you need to exercise to burn some calories. People who are over wight seem to be more prone to diabetes. Make sure you do some aerobics whether indoors or outdoors. It is very, very, very important. Help number seven Be financially buoyant. Managing diabetes can be expensive. Hence, you need to have money for a number of things. You need money for laboratory tests, money for drugs, money for specialized food as you can’t eat some foods and money for other things including transport for frequent hospital visits. Help number eight Standardise your blood sugar testing instrument. Many people buy and have the blood sugar testing meter. But this need to be standardized after say 3 to 6 months of use. The reason is to ensure you are getting the best and accurate results. Inaccurate results will not help you as it can affect your doctors drug prescription and dosage. Help number nine Never think diabetes is the end of your life. Many who have diabetes think it will end their lives or that they will soon die. Never think that way. Just believe that you will come out of it and you will. Never think negative and don’t be weighed down just because of ordinary diabetes. Be positive. Be resolute. Conquer diabetes. These are some helps for managing your diabetes. Read them again and use them. I have another article on “Natural cure for diabetes using pawpaw leaves”. News of the death, killing, gruesome assassination and brutal killing of a medical doctor known as Dr Okpara Enoch, a consultant gynaecologist/obstetrician at FMC, Gusau, Zamfara State over the weekend came as a rude shock to all and sundry. It is quite sad because everyone was going out to the mosque and church for the first time after about 2 to 3 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown. Everyone was thanking the Almighty Creator that they scaled the COVID-19 safely. Just then this sad news came to Nigerians and to the world! The Zamfara State police command say they are investigating the incident. What is assassination? What is killing? Assassination is the act of deliberately killing anyone, a prominent person, such as a head of a country/state or head of government. An assassination may be prompted by political and military motive. This is according to a dictionary. Other words linked to assassination are manslaughter, killing, murder, parricide, genocide and so on. Killing is murder and murder is defined as unlawful killing of a human by another human. What can prompt assassination or killing? It can be prompted by disagreement and desire by one party to get an upper hand over another. It can be political rivalry, work place rivalry, land dispute, woman dispute, nothing dispute or no dispute just hate, it can be caused by misinterpretation of facts and misrepresentation. Whatever the cause, its sad to say the least for a human to take the life of another. there is no disagreement that cannot be settled amicably. there is no friction that dialogue can not solve and resolve. Lets tolerate ourselves and our diverse views. Our views surely cannot be same at all times. Let us disagree to agree. Let us even FORGIVE ourselves instead of resorting to killing. The Almighty Maker is up there watching and will judge you or judge for you. Who then is even a gynaecologist? According to Wikipedia"Gynaecology or gynecology is the medical practice dealing with the health of the female reproductive system. Outside medicine, the term means "the science of women". So Dr Okpara was a specialist in illnesses and diseases that affect women? Wonderful! He was doing a yeomans job helping the women folk stay healthy. Why then would anyone kill such a man? Our mothers are women. So he was helping our mothers with his knowledge and skill. How can someone think of murdering him? Our sisters are women. So he was helping our sisters with his job and skill. How can someone think of murdering him then? our daughters are women. Why would anyone think of hurting and assassinating such a saviour? Its sad how the society is lopsided in who they should reverence/respect and who they should not. Dr Okpara was said to be a gentle man and a good christian by all and sundry. Who wants to hurt so a harmless soul. And he was even a consultant! Wonderful! Who killed our consultant? A man that devoted many years of his life studying how to better other peoples lives. A specialist is gone. A father is gone. A brother is gone. A consultant is no more. What shall we say to his dear wife, family and friends and colleagues? Take heart. the Comforter will comfort you. We shall all depart this earth one day. When is when we are unawares. The Creator knows and will take good care of the family and friends the doctor left behind. take heart and brace up. Live your life in such a way that Dr Okpara will be happy if he was still around to see it. I guess thats the best we can do for him. Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) over to you to assist the family in whatever good way you deem proper and good. May the Almighty God Himself secure us all. Our prayers are with his family and with the government and security agents. It is well. it is well. It is well. https://thenewkokoro.com/2020/06/15/the-assassination-of-a-consultant-gynaecologist-obstetrics-dr-okpara-enoch-of-fmc-in-gusau/ |
