Some of those things are not feasible in a foreign university, like in he US. Example is photocopy. Most departments have copiers for students and the library is loaded with photocopiers, printers and scanners. Laundry too, most apartments have machines that washes and dries. Most students do not iron due to the nature of their wears.ETc.

I am a bit close to God (avoid mentioning title and being modest). I tried sometime to get some young people talk or as question about this issue of sex and related terms. They avoided doing that and kept asking about marriage and business. I knew it was a problem for people their age. About three young people met me sometime later and were confessing to me that they are involved in sex/masturbation and they are supposed to be serious christians. I counselled them, prayed with them on the way out.

Now to the topic: until I got married I had no girlfriend and sex was not an issue. I faced my studies squarely. My personal belief was that my work is learning since my parents were working to pay the fees. I also attended a church that encourage people to pray before they choose life partners. Those decisions not to get involved have paid off for me now. I am very thankful for my past decisions. Masturbation/sex/cheating is a choice. If you decide not to do it you will not do it. I was once away from my wife for some time and despite the fact that I sometime feel lie doing it with someone/masturbating, I decided not to. It has not happened once and it will not happen in Jesus name.

If you know you have a great destiny you will not do it. Don't mind whether your partner is doing it or not you just don't do it. There is reward for every deed both devine and otherwise. make up your mind.

Nothing will happen. In fact that energy can be channeled to something more productive for one's life. Students and teenagers having sex are punishing their future. That energy could have been channeled into studying, learning a profitable trade or doing something more productive that will be an asset in the future. When you employ based on merit what you get is good schools.
During interview what language do you use to interview the teachers.
Even the teachers in government schools know their colleagues who are not GOOD.
And you want them to allow those bad, unintelligent teachers teaching in the same school with them to scatter the head of their children with connection illiterate teaching that does no one any good?
Government should conduct fresh interviews for the teachers,ask them to bring their certificates. Then verify that they are qualified.

People should not teach in private schools but people should take their children to private schools to be taught properly. By who??

Talking about FLAMBOUYANT lifestyle of church leaders, I think the poverty of the environment and what happens in other sectors outside the church caused it.I am currently out of Africa, and just this morning in the sunday school we had cookies,cakes,coffee, etc on the table right before us as we discussed. We did not touch a quarter of it up to the time we ended the teaching/discussion. On my way home i was thinking of doing something similar when I get back to Nigeria. I then remembered a programme we had in Nigeria recently, the food ought to go round but the poverty of the people have made some to take 3x extra and hide somewhere, so some people complained they have not eaten and it was exhausted. The poverty of our people is major problem. In some places around the world, food is not an issue at all and all are same.
In Cape Town I understand the VC uses one of the pool cars to move around and it can be changed by the transport dept. After work he finds his way home. No official car. But in Nigeria you know its different, these things affects the church and impact it too. Nigerian pastors believe enjoying more than others is the in thing. He is careful to send his kids to great/big schools.
But abroad, even the public schools are very standardised, so any one who goes there has great things upstairs.Down here on Nigeria, we know the state of our public primary and secondary schools.
