holahola78,for your own living expenses is 18610,hubby 6515,first child 3720,second child 2790,if your child is between 5 to 18 years, you need to show 8000 each for one year of their tuition fee, your tuition fee,3000 dollars each for you and your family transportation(flight ticket)This amount have to be in your sponsors account whether they are going with you now or not. This information is the requirements that i read from the DIAC,i know some people can get their visa too without meeting all this requirements but i consider it as a game of luck and God but to be on the safer side.I will advice you to look for a sponsor and add with your own account,it will be better.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 11:39am On Aug 03, 2013
@holahola78,i can see that you don't take my advice initially but i will continue to release the information to you to the best of my knowledge, for your own interest, don't apply and say your husband and your kids will not join you at this moment because of money,NO because you need to declare their own living expense and tuition fees for your 2 kids and this has a stipulated amount. Because of what you intend to do now and manover things that is why they said that you must make the total amount available in your sponsors account before you can go,whether they are going with you now or later. When you get in there without them, definitely they will join you and you have to declare again that you have money for yourself and that of your family. The only way you can escape all this is just to put down that you are not married which is wrong.

STUNTS007,thank you brother. Please, successful applicants,i have the entire money now for in my account for financial requirement by DIAC but my problem is that it is not up to 3 months,it is not a dumped money but was saved gradually until this month, please is it good to use it or i must wait for it to stay 3 months,my wife is the primary applicant going for diploma program.Stunts007,smile4davo and all please answer me
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 7:36am On Jul 29, 2013
STUNTS007: You can't give wat u don't have.In ur visa application, just fill the form correctly. U will be asked present employment status...tick either yes or no.If u tick yes den ur gonna provide an attached evidence,if u tick no den u won't have to bother urself.Your present employment status becomes very important when ur sponsoring itself ,if u have anoda sponsor , den it won't be necessary.

@Smile4davo,I wish u all the best. But don't forget dat did is a public forum and anyone can't have access to it even DIAC (Department of Immigration n Citizenship). If u provide fake information and ur caught....lolz,it might affect u as well as other applicants.I hope it works for u. smiley

Aussie hardly denies visas if anyone meets d health and financial obligations.
what do you mean by this? Is it necessary to provide employment documents even though that you are been sponsored.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 7:22am On Jul 29, 2013
For the successful applicants, must the total money required must be in the sponsors account for that 3 months, because i have the money but all is not stayed up to 3 months and am planning to submit my application now
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 11:51pm On Jul 28, 2013
^^^^ You don't need it if you have not worked before.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 10:44pm On Jul 28, 2013
smile4davo: In my case, I provided employment letter and a letter4rm d coy releasing me2 go and study to return and contiue working as a supervisor (na lie o who wan come back?)Lol.also d money in ur acc they need2 knw hw u got it.attach enof evidence. hope dis helps? Gd luck
Did you maintain the required amount you provided in the statement of account for at least 3 months. Some people submitted only statement of account and sponsorship letter only, so individual cases are different.

mimi1147: for those asking about the student visa English requirement
http://www.immi.gov.au/students/english-requirements.htm
yes,i am aware of this but there is no specific score set aside for post graduate applicants by the embassy apart from tafe which they said 5.5 overall.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 9:19pm On Jul 27, 2013
^^^^ they usually have more of 6 months courses, for instance certificate 6 months, diploma 6 months and advanced diploma another 6 months, toal 1.5 years. This is really difficult to get straight 2 years advanced diploma especially in the business related areas, this same thing is also bothering me.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 11:44pm On Jul 26, 2013
RedReact: It wasnt stated there; besides, Dr Juliana said she got her visa without writing the English test.
yes,if one can satisfy the university language requirement,i don't think embassy will be a problem in that case.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 11:19pm On Jul 26, 2013
I am also aware that some schools may demand higher but just want to know if there is a place it was stated in the immigration website about the minimum score
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 11:09pm On Jul 26, 2013
most university that i visited said 6.0 overall for Bsc and Masters(course work) while 6.5 is for phd and masters(research).
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 10:58pm On Jul 26, 2013
RedReact: TAFE- Minimum overall is 5.5
Pg- Minimum overall is 6.5.
I dont think the embassy can reject at all, since the candidate would have got the least score needed for admission.
Can you show me the link on the immigration website please,i have been looking for it since
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by Americanvisa: 10:26pm On Jul 26, 2013
A12345: Is it possible the embassy to refuse ones visa based on the IELTS english test that has already been accepted by the school ( i mean CoE already issued)
I think the embassy set out the minimum score for TAFE courses but no specific minimum score for Post graduate.I stand to be corrected.
