Hmm, na wa o. Why didn’t they give this information in detail. I’ve been calling embassy since June and the person in charge of phonecall replies “I don’t know to every question”. Also the person responding to mail didn’t give me any info on this from my questions.

I didn’t know the back of WAEC is important. Lol.
My appointment is for next week and I’ve already sent out my documents to the person tha’ll go on my behalf.

If you're going for MSC it is not needed
So tell the person not to go along with it if the person goes with it there is a risk that he will be sent back and asked to book another appointment date. I doubt if you want to be in such a situation right now so if you did not photocopy/authenticate the back don't worry yourself

Just to give little update on Italian Consulate. Trust me they are mad people.

Now if you are going for UG and Masters as well, and haven't authenticated your waec, please I beg you in God's name photocopy the back of your waec and authenticate differently. So many persons where sent back because of it today. It's not funny one bit. So if you have authenticated already please look for a blank waec, the back, photocopy two and run authenticate again. If not you won't fly.

For those that are declaring sworn affidavit for NPC attestation of age... Ensure you go with the means of ID card of the person that swore the affidavit.
Pls double check your documents again.
NB don't fall victim of those guys doing print out at the embassy they would lure to print unncessary documents.

At what point is DOV gotten? I've done pre-enrollment and the mail i got says its been forwarded to the Embassy i chose and that my school has indicated that I need DOV.

Is an appointment needed in order to pick DOV from the embassy?

Once you go for Legalization, DOV will be done for you at the same time.

I just spoke to a friend, His legalization appointment was today and he said that he was told to come back next week Thursday for his documents

Hi, vfs is currently not accepting submissions for study visa. I had gone last month and this was what I was told. Also, I sent a mail to the embassy last week and they said they are only taking appointments for re entry and family reunion.

Yes Statement of Results is accepted . After all you have authenticated it. What I don't know is if NECO is accepted

It's not my university that requested I should upload English language proficiency, universitaly(body that's in charge of pre enrollment) they demand I should upload English language proficiency

We're still saying the same thing I have submitted through universitaly over 2 weeks ago my friends and I didn't upload English test, even though we have it but they said we should not bother...
All I'm trying to say is find out from your school if it's a compulsory field if not you should be able to submit .without it since you were given admission already.

Ask your university (Italy) if you're to upload it.
University of Padua did not require us to upload anything at all, they said so during a webinar we had with them.
We just uploaded passport photograph and passport and submitted. That's all

No I haven't Legalized at the Polish Embassy yet, I will do that later

No I used the documents I had certified at high court since last year. Most of my friends used their original documents like that without Legalization I don't think PULS has any strict rules regarding legalize documents during application stage

All these should be on your university website, the reason I said so is that different regions have their specific requirements. University of Padua did 3 webinars to explain the process to us.

Once you've gotten the documents needed the next thing is to mail those documents to the CAF OFFICE that is responsible for your university

I have some background information on what and what is expected for the visa application. I have also done my authentication the only thing I haven't done is eligibility letter which I will do later. I'm here just to know if there are any changes and to be abreast with information.
The application process was straightforward and easy not much to say concerning it. I finished everything concerning the application in one day the funny thing is that I forgot about the application until I saw the admission notification in my mail box.

In brief these are what you need to present
A sworn affidavit and tenancy agreement.
The tenancy agreement can be issued either in the local government area office or the state ministry of housing of your family's place of domicile
The sworn affidavit will show the family size, DOB, occupation, and income of each member of the family as at 2018, fixed & financial assets (if any) and statement of account as at 31/12/2018.

I don't know what school you're heading to but you can mail the International admissions office if you have further questions.
