larot78:That's 2.96, if you want to hear the truth from me I would have said go for a fresh bsc. But if you're bent on still applying for Msc follow what I told you previously, you will be fine, also try and see if you can take the English test in short anything that will be an addition to your application documents. Try and prepare yourself, get your motivation letter in order if you can employ professional touch do so. Another fact remains as the year rolls by the competition for admission keeps getting tougher because you're competing with a lot of people world wide. Any way I wish you luck You can check the conversion using this site https://msingermany.co.in/german-grade-calculator/ |
larot78:What was your final CGPA? that will determine because 3.5 is second class upper same is 4.49. it's your CGPA that will determine but yet again you need to put in efforts in packaging your application in my opinion start very early enough. I don't know if this winter is possible because most schools application window are about to wind up. Be ready to receive loads and loads of rejection letters from schools for MSc (this is the bitter truth), if you still decide to apply for MSc aim at schools with open admission (no restriction) but you can easily get BSC courses.... I hope this answer is useful |
Shercorp:Check your mail |
Modella44:Check your mail I have already sent the contact if the translators, call her and speak with her she will tell you what to do? |
Modella44:The current challenge you're facing regarding travelling is also the same thing I'm facing. . Unless you have relative or family that can do it on your behalf and I'm not even certain if that is possible. The rate for the translation is 2000 per page for academic documents and 1500 for birth certificate. It's a fixed price ![]() |
Modella44:Yes it can only be done in Abuja, I think I received it exactly a week after the deadline. I'd send you the contact is the translator via email |
Modella44:Yeah go ahead and apply there's still time, the thing is you will get admission once you meet up with the requirements. The next thing that comes after admission letter is translation of your documents to Italian followed by authentication of your documents at the ministry of education and foreign affairs (this can be done concurrently) then you proceed to do your Pre-enrollment at the embassy(for now the embassy is not open yet). The DOV (declaration of value) is issued by the embassy don't worry about that now. It's a long journey so be mentally prepared ![]() |
Modella44:In what area do you want me to help? |
Kaycevit:All academic documents, the translator I contacted is Mrs Zita her contact is somewhere in this thread |
Levelzguy:Yes I have paid the first installment (I got admission). The program I applied for is Sustainable Agriculture |
Levelzguy:I have only done translation... I'm yet to authenticate my documents at MOE & MFA. As a result of the inter-state travel ban |
Levelzguy:Did you apply to Padua? |
decode:Ok no problem thanks for pointing it out |
anchex101:Every year DAAD brings out a brochure of the courses that are eligible for their scholarship funding. You will need to download the brochure and check the specific requirements of both the school and DAAD Stipendium. (This brochure is available on DAAD website) I will post the screenshot for you to understand. Meanwhile deadline for DAAD EPOS scholarship for 2020/2021 has passed so plan towards next year. Another option is to check if the university offers any form of scholarship (which I didn't since most universities are tuition free) Also be on the lookout for PTDF scholarship funding and funding from other scholarship bodies
|
mrrandomguy:Nobody has done pre-enrollment usually previous years it's usually done between June and July Calm down |
Please I wanna ask a question. If a person gets a tuition waiver and an additional scholarship funding to be paid yearly by the school for the total duration of the study does the person still need to attach statement of account of €6000 for the visa interview? |
Onlinebar:I don't know how competitive it is, it is always stated in the website so it's there for you to see. Your motivation letter has to be sound enough to argue why you want a switch from Geology to Computer Science/Engineering but anything is possible keep trying. |
lekkan:Ask the question here https://www.nairaland.com/1349729/nigerian-students-germany..how-survive that's the appropriate thread some people have also answered some questions regarding that You can also check this thread https://www.nairaland.com/5818148/life-munich-germany The OP is schooling in Deggendorf |
Vlibray:Congratulations, at last the wait for AL is over. I also got admitted too into SIA Program. I wish you all the best |
annex1:All right thanks.. I wish you good luck in your journey. Your page done dey give me morale, following already |
annex1:Did you write general or academic? I wrote academic test and my score is similar to yours can I use it? |
Danielhouston:Thanks DanielHouston, your posts are really educative ![]() |
Vlibray:Expect feedback in June. (My friends that applied last year got feedback in June) I wanted to apply but I left it due to this embassy wahala |
GreatSage:Yes all universities require it, except you wanna do Studienkolleg before entering 100 level in Germany and it's entirely in German |
. Unless you have relative or family that can do it on your behalf and I'm not even certain if that is possible.
