My C. G. P. A is 2.38. Third class.. Thanks for the reply any hope..
That's 2.96, if you want to hear the truth from me I would have said go for a fresh bsc. But if you're bent on still applying for Msc follow what I told you previously, you will be fine, also try and see if you can take the English test in short anything that will be an addition to your application documents. Try and prepare yourself, get your motivation letter in order if you can employ professional touch do so. Another fact remains as the year rolls by the competition for admission keeps getting tougher because you're competing with a lot of people world wide.
Any way I wish you luck

Pls I am still expecting your comments Pls don't ignore m ooo
What was your final CGPA? that will determine because 3.5 is second class upper same is 4.49. it's your CGPA that will determine but yet again you need to put in efforts in packaging your application in my opinion start very early enough. I don't know if this winter is possible because most schools application window are about to wind up. Be ready to receive loads and loads of rejection letters from schools for MSc (this is the bitter truth), if you still decide to apply for MSc aim at schools with open admission (no restriction) but you can easily get BSC courses....

I hope this answer is useful

I'm really sorry for bugging you with too many questions. Must I go to Abuja in person? (asides Corona factor), or I could scan and send the documents? How much is the translation done?
The current challenge you're facing regarding travelling is also the same thing I'm facing. embarassed . Unless you have relative or family that can do it on your behalf and I'm not even certain if that is possible.
The rate for the translation is 2000 per page for academic documents and 1500 for birth certificate. It's a fixed price grin

I pray I get admitted cz I studied animal production and health. The animal Care program Padua offers is in Italian. If not, I would have preferred it. But all the same, I pray I get admitted for SA. How long did it take for your admission process?
Where can I do the translation pls? Also, is it true that the authentication can only be done at the ministry of education in Abuja? Cz I'm so far from Abuja.
Yes it can only be done in Abuja, I think I received it exactly a week after the deadline. I'd send you the contact is the translator via email

Thanks for replying. Will I still meet up if I'm just applying now?
Also, I've read series of threads on nairaland on procedures for applying to study in Italy but I don't seem to understand the whole preenrollment, Dov, this and that. Sincerely, I'm lost.
After applying and hopefully getting admitted, what's next?
Yeah go ahead and apply there's still time, the thing is you will get admission once you meet up with the requirements.
The next thing that comes after admission letter is translation of your documents to Italian followed by authentication of your documents at the ministry of education and foreign affairs (this can be done concurrently) then you proceed to do your Pre-enrollment at the embassy(for now the embassy is not open yet). The DOV (declaration of value) is issued by the embassy don't worry about that now.
It's a long journey so be mentally prepared grin

This is not correct. Though the consulate is more crowded in June, pre enrollment is actually between the last week of February and 1st week of July. So it is possible for some to have done it before the shutdown.
Ok no problem thanks for pointing it out

Please I would like to know how I can apply for a school in Germany through scholarship. I already found a school with my intended course of study, how do I go about the scholarship part as "no be everybody get money for blocking". It's a masters program. If I could get a link or something, I'd appreciate.
Every year DAAD brings out a brochure of the courses that are eligible for their scholarship funding. You will need to download the brochure and check the specific requirements of both the school and DAAD Stipendium. (This brochure is available on DAAD website) I will post the screenshot for you to understand. Meanwhile deadline for DAAD EPOS scholarship for 2020/2021 has passed so plan towards next year.
Another option is to check if the university offers any form of scholarship (which I didn't since most universities are tuition free)
Also be on the lookout for PTDF scholarship funding and funding from other scholarship bodies

Please I wanna ask a question. If a person gets a tuition waiver and an additional scholarship funding to be paid yearly by the school for the total duration of the study does the person still need to attach statement of account of €6000 for the visa interview?

please I have a degree in geology but will like to go for another degree in computer science/engineering

What are my chances and how competitive is admission
I don't know how competitive it is, it is always stated in the website so it's there for you to see.

Your motivation letter has to be sound enough to argue why you want a switch from Geology to Computer Science/Engineering but anything is possible keep trying.

I have not been able to update.

I rewrote ielts last week in that annoying state again.

I just received my result and I think I out did myself!

LRWS - 9, 8.5, 7.5, 8!

You know how I said 8 is the charm for listening? Well 9 feels even better.

I guess I should begin gathering my documents in readiness for ITA.

Bless God!
Did you write general or academic?
I wrote academic test and my score is similar to yours can I use it?
