Yes it is possible to apply for any Italian scholarship even while still in Nigeria. But since they do not accept our documents but only their own documents, you have to take your financial documents (yours or your parents own depending on who is sponsoring you) to the embassy to do what you guys call FAMILY INCOME DECLARATION, just as you do DOV too. If you don't make a formal request for it, separate from your visa, it would not be done.

Most schools refer to this document as ISEE (if I am not mistaken) but some of us that failed to do it via the Italian embassy in Nigeria, were lucky that their government office called CAF, in the city we lived in here in Italy, accepted to do it for us... they call it PARIFICATO or something like that.

All scholarship body in Italy will definitely ask you for the ISEE document so it is better you attach it, and you will be a stone throw from being accepted almost automatically. Our African income is always substantially lesser than their own, they almost always consider us.

What else do you want to ask me? Are you satisfied with my answer? If you are not, then I will have to ask you whether you have done the ISEE document yet, which is known as DECLARATION OF FAMILY INCOME?

No I haven't done it I don't even know what documents I need to do the declaration of family income
I Saw a post saying I need to attach rental agreement of where I stay including bank balance of accounts
then finally sworn affidavit showing family composition etc of which I don't know if all these are truly what we are to get

My parents are the ones sponsoring me cos I just finished service and do not have a job yet. But I want to know when I request for the family income declaration at the embassy and the amount is smaller than the amount for visa interview won't it be a red flag or disqualify me from getting the visa when I finally apply for the visa? Because the regional scholarship opens ending of July

Please what documents are required and how do I prepare them to prevent confusion or complication because to be honest I really need this scholarship. Please can I mail you?

Since there are conflicting opinions to be on a safer side mail the admissions office or admissions officer for the course your going for to be extra sure.

No courier is working. Don't waste your money. I sent my documents to Estonia since March 27 through FedEx and they didn't tell me that lock down will affect transit. Till today the document has not left Nigeria.

A Nigerian got the full excellence scholarship coincidentally we applied for the same course (Sustainable Agriculture). I got the full tuition waiver.

This is a wise move from them.

All things being equal this Covid-19 will slow down a lot of things and also cause both the consular office and the universities to adjust their schedule.

It's good news for those who haven't gotten admission or started other processes IMO

Who will renew it for him? No passport office will renew this him. You passport is damage. So, be prepared for an additional fee to get another passport.

Renewal and changing which ever way you want to put it it's still involves getting a new one

The best thing to do is to renew your passport. If you're not in Lagos, the process can be done within one day or latest one - two weeks

People can be very greedy and jealous of what another person has...

I don't know o. The best thing to do is to check the requirements for each course and mail the course coordinator to ask if they will advice you to apply. Most courses & schools require 2.5, a good number require 2.7 scale. A school might consider taking you if the course you're applying to is open admission. But for restricted admission it is highly unlikely.

What I have learnt is that this journey na per head so the best option to take is to mail the course coordinator to be clarified
