Why not take it up with FFK? I wasn't the one who said there was Christian genocide in Nigeria barely 3 years ago and now working overtime to say there was never one in the first place. Never knew the problem was about where the service chiefs come from or the religion they profess. So does it mean the "Christian" service chiefs have stopped the genocide or there was never one even when the service chiefs were not Christians. Pick a struggle and stick to it.

With what? Wike has given Tinubu all his leverage and he's now left with next to nothing to negotiate. Even the PDP that he once laid claim to have been destroyed by him with all the governors decamping via an arrangement engineered by Tinubu himself, not Wike. His last straw of having his own man become INEC Chair did not materialise. What then would he fight with? Maybe his hold on the judiciary if it still exists.

The boycotted LG election in Rivers state was all Tinubu needed to know that Wike has fallen out with his people. Tinubu is now cozying up to Fubara instead to attempt to use his popularity for his own benefit, to the detriment of Wike of course.

Why? Enugu was a PDP state in 2023 and Peter Obi won the presidential elecrion in the state by a landslide while PDP retained the governorship. This was the case in several APC states in the North as well where Tinubu failed to win. What do you think will change in 2027? All these defections by governors to the APC has still not given Tinubu that "momentum" like the one in 2015 did. The governors are only defecting because they were promised they will be running unopposed in their states. I would be very worried if I were an Agbadorian.

As for topic Atiku didn't have any foresight as you claimed. The reason Atiku dropped woke was simply because of their differences in ideology and both of their clashing ambitions.

This is where you and Tinubu get it wrong. Pardoning indicted and convicted Northern criminals will not endear him to the hearts of Northerners. That is not the way of the North. Even the so-called "peace deal" with bandits is unpopular in the North because it's temporary, but the people have no choice because the security agents seem incapable of protecting them.

Pardon ex-convicts. Pardon terrorists and negotiate with bandits. That's where we have found ourselves today as a nation.

Tinubu's main priority is to secure second term. He has done his calculations. A sitting governor would offer him better chances at getting his ultimate goal of second term. So he would naturally do all it takes to secure whatever would benefit him more. It's simply business. If you were in Tinubu's shoes you'd probably have done same thing based on these calculations.

So, to you it's fair game for Tinubu to undermine the political ambitions of APC adherents across the states for his own ambition? Is that part of the master strategy they always talk about? Osinbajo, Ambode, Fashola, Fayemi, Aregbesola, etc. got same treatment in the SW. He has shown that he's ready to do same to Ganduje, Barau Jibrin, and other APC members in Kano just to get Kwankwaso. He did same to Omo-Agege in Delta, very nearly did same in Osun but for resistance from the APC (curious to know why he didn't desolve the Excos in Osun for resisting as he just did in Enugu). Bottomline is that anyone is expendable for his own inordinate ambition. That's not the behaviour of a leader who seeks power to use it for public good.

But watch how fast they will switch up on Wike and make him public enemy number one once the rift between him and Tinubu is confirmed. Any keen observer can sense that the back-to-back project commencement "commissioning" complete with canopies and media spotlight is just Wike trying to make up for something that has been taken away from him, his monthly media chat.

Tell that to Ambode in Lagos. As expected, it's always bad until Tinubu does it, then it becomes excusable. What happens to doing a transparent party primary? Why disqualify an aspirant from a primary if he stands half a chance. Are party primaries for incumbents against APC's constitution?

These are all signs of desperation. Tinubu has no pathway to re-election. It will become clearer heading into 2026.

As expected. Atiku this and Atiku that. We are saying the same thing. Atiku will rather lose than engage in these shady, selfish and underhand tactics just to continue to hang on to power just for power sake and without commensurate improvement in the lives of the people but to greedily amass wealth like he will live multiple lifetimes. It's the same reason why he has refused to let go of lagos two decades after governing the state. Greed is one he'll of a drug! Tinubu will throw everyone under the bus including his own kin just to win an election but Atiku will rather lose fairly and contest again next time. Choose your hero.

If Tinubu has his way, he will prefer to run unopposed. A so-called democrat and master strategist would rather encourage shady underdealings than a free and fair party primaries where all eligible candidates contest. Peter Mbah is afraid of Barth Nnaji contesting against him just as Sheriff was afraid of Omo-Agege contesting against him. They only decamped with the promise of running unopposed. Tinubu is busy doing deals that only benefits him while sabotaging loyal party members across the states.
