These days, Tinubu's fiercest opposition comes from his own party and he's not actively winning over new voters. That's how you know he's not winning the election in 2027.

Tinubu will not win Kano even if Kwankwaso becomes his Vice. Tinubu is actually a poor strategist with no good Northern advisers given how he has handled his Northern advantage.

It's literally there in the article. Shettima went on a private visit. How did an internal communication from a President to his Vice which he intended not to make "public" find its way to the media space?

So why is it then in public if it wasn't deliberately leaked? As made clear in the article, Shettima actually went on his accord, but Tinubu sensing he has been outdone, quickly leaked a false narrative that he sent Shettima.

Shettima went privately on his own accord but Tinubu is smartly trying to take the glory. There is no love lost between them now. Time for pretenses is over.

Tinubu trying desperately to milk Buhari’s support base after spending the past years demonising him and sidelining all his allies from the CPC bloc. Same way he went to Katsina and dishonestly said he was missing Buhari. Not even having Buhari as a Vice will save Tinubu from the wrath of the North.

APC are clutching at straws to give themselves some form of consolation. Even the actions of a troll having fun on twitter are now something worth celebrating. What is coming is heavy!

Tinubu really did Ganduje dirty all just to accommodate Kwankwaso. Ganduje was shown his corrupt files and asked to resign or be disgraced. What a way to treat a loyalist! The Unity b.eggars are coming out of their shells. Now you want the whole South to unite but when it was time for appointments, it was an all Yoruba affair. Tinubu missed the opportunity to unite the South, yet he went and opened a battlefront with the North. Very poor strategy.

Obi contesting as an independent candidate will only hurt Tinubu because Southern votes will be splitted. Tinubu got 5.6m votes in the North out of his total 8.3m in 2023. Northerners will now give those numbers to their son, Atiku. Meanwhile, Tinubu is still not popular in the South. Obi will always win him 10 times out of 10. Makinde will contest under PDP further shrinking Tinubu's numbers in the Southwest.

Tinubu's campaign in the North will be lacklustre and led by charlatans with no electoral value. The President cannot continue to disrespect the VP and not expect backlash. Northeast will be a clean sweep for the opposition.

What's the update? Is Tinubu done begging Kwankwaso to be his Vice? I hear Kwankwaso's demands keep increasing with every concessions granted. Tinubu is desperate.

I told people close to me in the political circle,few weeks after PBAT was sworn in as president that if he refuse to go after Buhari cabal,he is going to regret it.It didn't make any sense for PBAT to spare buharis men when he knew PMB and his inner circle nv supported him to be president.

Didn't he? He actually went after Buhari’s men. Hadi Sirika is under trial. Even Yahaya Bello was hounded until he capitulated. He would have done more if he could. None of Buhari’s men are in Tinubu’s government even though Buhari had a lot of Tinubu’s men in his government. Even El-Rufai who worked for his re-election, was cast aside. Tinubu failed to reconcile the party and embarked upon vendetta.

I don't think the President and his wife recognises how disgusting Nigerians perceive this naming of every commissioned project after themselves to be. It's in very bad taste and screams of self-praise, megalomania, sycophancy and low self-esteem.
