noleflendum:False. Obi contesting alone will be a disadvantage to Tinubu except if the intention is to rig him out. The biggest delusion by some Obidients is thinking Nigeria is the south, facts available shows the north produced 60-65% votes in the last three elections cycle. NW and NE produced 48%. Tinubu can no longer get 5.6m votes in the North in 2027 and every vote lost by Tinubu is a vote gained by Atiku. The North has largely aligned but the South will not align under Tinubu. In as much as I want Obi in ADC, if he leaves, he shares paltry southern votes with Tinubu unlike in 2023. |

Factcheck0001:Okay, no wahala. I thought you people claimed Southern Kaduna and Northern christians will now vote Tinubu. Why is the APC still scared of Obi. Southern Kaduna voted Obi last election and that has not changed. They will also not vote Tinubu under any circumstances. |
APC's strategy is to hound Obi and eventually rig him out brazenly with force and in Wike's words, "heaven will not fall". This is where the need for a coalition arise. Tinubu is obviously not scared of Obi as an individual because rigging plans have been perfected against him but he's scared of the coalition. |
madridguy:Tables turn, hope you know? Is this how APC intends to win the election? It is this undemocratic desire of Tinubu to suppress all opposition that has made the coalition popular amongst Nigerians. Tinubu cannot bully his way into power. You can only win presidential elections by consensus. |
CuteTj:Lol. Yes. Elrufai is a better strategist than Tinubu and 2027 will prove that. He gave APC the Muslim-Muslim idea and galvanised northerners for Tinubu. That was the reason why Tinubu got 5.6m votes in the North. He made Tinubu president and he will unmake him. What elections have Aregbesola, Elrufai and David Mark lost? The first two are two-term governors and Aregbe was Tinubu's campaign director in the two gubernatorial elections that he won. Infact, Tinubu lost Lagos and Osun largely due to Aregbe's influence. David Mark won every single senatorial election he ever contested until he got bored and retired. Tinubu is not all that. His god-complex is only a thing in Yorubaland. |
lezan:Isn't this what Nigerians against subsidy removal have always been sceptical about? The governors have always embezzled funds and subsidy was the only direct benefit for most citizens. You take out benefits that previously acrued to the citizens and handed them over to the governors and then turn around to blame the citizens. What is the Federal government doing with its own share of the allocation? |

Lol. Can this man please stop? This is becoming pathetic. |
But NgeneUkwenu said Kano is already in the bag. What now happened? Jarvis and Peller would pull more numbers than Tinubu did in Kano today.
|
Lol. 2023 campaign pictures. Tinubu didn't even inform the Kano State APC he was coming. Mr. use and dump is now chasing after Kwankwaso after using Ganduje and Co. Here's the real video of Tinubu in Kano today. Rarara would pull more numbers.
|
EvilMerodack:Going by your logic, Tinubu is also irrelevant. He lost Lagos and Osun due to Aregbesola factor despite being on the ballot as a candidate. Elrufai was not on the ballot in 2023 in Kaduna. He won his gubernatorial elections with over a million votes both in his first and second terms. After 2027, come back let's compare numbers. |
Tinubu's biggest mistake was betting against Elrufai and counting him out. The coalition is the brainchild of the gamechanger, Nasir Elrufai. Lessons will be learnt! |
The reception in Kano today was too cold for a sitting President. Rarara would pull better numbers. No Ganduje nor Kwankwaso in sight. The North is gone! See video of the cold reception below.

PDP is beginning to entice Obi into the party all out of the blue. Obi will be very naïve to fall for it. The coalition has really made APC and their lackeys in PDP and LP jittery. Nenadi Usman also just got appointed as interim chairman of the LP in the aftermath of Wike's meeting with Abure. They have asked him to mellow down so they can lure Obi back to LP or PDP and deal with him fair and square. Obi is better off with the coalition. Real strategists are the drivers of the coalition. |

Same way PDP is beginning to entice Obi into the party all out of the blue. Obi will be very naïve to fall for it. The coalition has really made APC and their lackeys in PDP and LP jittery. Real strategists are the drivers of the coalition. Politics is 95% brainwork and the coalition are not short of brainboxes. |
Op relax. Ever heard of Scale of Preference? It would soon get to Awujale's turn. He would reportedly be present for the 8th day prayer on Sunday but make no mistakes, the West will remember! |
The desperation and panic is now palpable. Arrogance have gone out the window now that the handwriting can be clearly seen on the wall. Tinubu is now hopping from one Northern state to another and has suddenly remembered the North for yet another elitist appointment saddled with cronyism. What happened to the Lagos boys? Unfortunately, it's a little too late. Where are the Southern appointees? Yet another strategic mistake. Focus on the South Tinubu, the North is gone! |

In Akwa Ibom, Tinubu recognises Umo Eno as leader of the State but in Rivers, Wike is the leader not Fubara. In Rivers, Fubara is an ingrate who betrayed his master but in Kaduna, Uba Sani is a patriot. Posterity will not be on the side of the deceitful. |
The death of any single individual is a lesson for the rest of humanity. Buhari died fulfilled at 82 and on a personal level, he lived an exemplary life with millions of admirers across the country. He was never covetous and lived a life of contentment. His life and times will also serve as a lesson for younger generations to imbue. His legacies live on. May God grant him paradise.

Tenisam:So dark the con of man. Well, he's making sure that Nigerians won't have the dilemma of deciding what Monument to name after him in the aftermath of his demise. |
joelbooks:This is not official and Federal Government did not sanction it. The Second Niger bridge still remain known as the Second Niger Bridge officially. |
What a man Buhari was. He commissioned a lot of projects and named none after himself. He rebuffed the moves by Southeast governors to name the second Niger Bridge after him. He even rejected it when Umahi went ahead to name the Ebonyi International Airport after him. This is in huge contrast to Tinubu who has been naming every new and existing National Monument after himself. Infact, his first commissioned project was "The World's Largest Portrait", a portrait of himself on June 12th, one year after his swearing-in. Buhari and Tinubu are not the same.

Mr President has seen the handwriting on the wall and is now putting in an insane workrate but it's a little too late. The North remembers! “Unless betrayed, our loyalty and fidelity to friends are permanent and pensionable. Unless reconciled, our opposition and enmity to traitors are permanent and pensionable.” - Nasir El-Rufai |
The non-sycophants who truly know him and worked closely with him have nothing palatable to say about him. "Vote for who you know. Don't vote for who you don't know" - Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to APC delegates, 2022. |
Good one Sir Kashim. With Kwankwaso still dragging his feet in joining the APC despite Tinubu sacking Ganduje to entice him, the President may now have no choice than to stick with Shettima for 2027. But the damage is already done. Mutual trust is gone! |
OkayDaddy:OkayDaddy, but remember that I am not the one that would be needing 5.6m votes from another region in order to make me president. Tinubu will still come cap in hand. |
After all the kowtowing to Tinubu? Anyways, he'll just end up doing his honeymoon in Nigeria. He just added a new bride. Most of these men will remain in the APC and secretly work against the party. If Tinubu had anything against Elrufai, he would have come for him too, but the man is squeaky clean! |
