PoliticsRe: Shettima Demands Full Transparency In Nigeria’s Privatisation Process by AMINDA: 7:32am On Jul 03, 2025
Peakdesign23:
A cool headed man that is not really distracted or moved. Nice one chief.
APC minions are back to famzing Shettima after Kwankwaso declined their offer despite the beggings by Tinubu. Tell Tinubu to give Kwankwaso more concessions, removing Ganduje is not enough.
PoliticsRe: ADC First Litmus Test To Cross. Anambra And Osun State Governorship Election. by AMINDA: 7:28am On Jul 03, 2025
No. The ADC is not expecting any major upset before 2027. Most of the aspirants that will contest this by-elections are prominent members of the ADC but in their respective political parties. ADC is not a merger, it's a coalition.
PoliticsRe: ADC Vs APC, I Pray We Don't Kill The Serpent While Welcoming The Devil by AMINDA: 7:23am On Jul 03, 2025
Don't worry op. If that happens, we can always kill the devil again. For now, we are focusing on the serpent before us.
PoliticsRe: ADC Will Win Every Single State In Nigeria. by AMINDA: 6:39am On Jul 03, 2025
It is possible but please leave Ekiti and Ondo for Tinubu. ADC is led by a seasoned General and Military Strategist, David Alechenu Bonaventure Mark while the APC currently has no chairman. Whoever they appoint, can never withstand Mark.

Yesterday, A fake venue was dropped as bait and, like clockwork, Wike took it. He deployed his boys to shut it down flexing muscle where no show was ever planned. While they guarded empty chairs and locked gates, the real players moved quietly to the actual venue. Mission accomplished, no noise, no resistance.

Tinubu and Wike really think they can play David Mark like some ogogoro sidekick? Big mistake. That's the difference a Military Strategist can bring. Tinubu cannot win this battle. The formation is too strong.

PoliticsRe: Wike Alone Chased Atiku And Co From PDP To ADC…. by AMINDA: 6:23am On Jul 03, 2025
Yes. Wike can have the party. You don't muddy yourself in the gutter with a pig. A political party is only as relevant as the calibre of people in it.

Yet again, Tinubu's strategy of using Wike and resources of state to destroy PDP, the largest opposition party has turned out to be a strategic mistake. It has United all opposition parties under one umbrella, hence making the ADC a major threat. So much for a master strategist.
PoliticsRe: Name One Credible Politician From The Coalition by AMINDA: 6:19am On Jul 03, 2025
Ddeliverer007:
1. Peter Obi
2. Datti Baba-Ahemed.
3. Rotimi Amaechi
4. Aregbesola
5. Elrufia
6. The great Nigerian students.
7. We the people.
Touché. All these people are a million times more credible than Tinubu.
PoliticsRe: What I Noticed After The Unveiling Of ADC by AMINDA: 6:14am On Jul 03, 2025
DoTheNeedful:
Any alliance that would not make Obi the presidential candidate is a fraud by the North.

The North has a way of hoodwinking the South when they don't have the power. If Obi accepts the VP position, this evil cycle will not end. By 2031 or 2035, another Northerner will form an alliance with the SW against Obi to keep power in the North.

If the alliance is genuinely about the supposed Tinubu's bad governance, then they should make Obi their presidential candidate.

Southerners are very short-sighted!
We know your type. You still won't vote Obi if he were the only candidate on the ballot. Vote your Tinubu in peace. Tinubu is not the "Southern candidate", he's the "Muslim-Muslim candidate." You can't win by religion in 2023 and now attempt to win by region in 2027.
PoliticsRe: Festus Keyamo Reacts To The New ADC Coalition by AMINDA: 5:59am On Jul 03, 2025
Sannisege:
lol we all know there are usually no real elections in SS states and results are usually written there. Now all the people who write the results are in APC. Let’s see what Atiku can pull in SS without any sitting Governor to help him. Shebi governors defecting don’t matter abi?
Continue to cope. Obi had no governor in the Southsouth, who wrote the results for him in all the states he won in 2023? If Tinubu’s only remaining silver bullet is relying on governors to write results for him, then he's toast.
PoliticsRe: Festus Keyamo Reacts To The New ADC Coalition by AMINDA: 5:25am On Jul 03, 2025
opes:
El-Rufai’s son and Senator Ndume, the coalition party is ready, you can now leave the APC and join.
Elrufai's son will not decamp with his people's mandate. He will see out his term in the APC. That's honour. The same cannot be said of Pastor Eno and Governor Sheriff.
PoliticsRe: Festus Keyamo Reacts To The New ADC Coalition by AMINDA:
They are all jittery. Keyamo has left his aviation ministry and has gone back to his traditional role of campaign spokesman, all just to tell us that APC isn't bothered. We don't believe you! Imagine APC still believing that governors decamping to their party without the people's support is a gamechanger in big 2025. We will all learn politics together.
PoliticsRe: How Tinubu Destroyed His 2027 Reelection Chances - Lesson For Next President by AMINDA:
I keep saying that Tinubu lost his re-election bid the day he humiliated Elrufai and let him slip from his grip. Asides from Elrufai being a very formidable foe, you don't do that to someone whom gave his all for you. At least, not to a respected politician from another region. It was treachery and betrayal and should not be coming from a President. That move singlehandedly made the North to distrust Tinubu. Even Northerners who didn't like Elrufai became sympathetic to him. Tinubu's re-election campaign promises will be viewed with same distrust because he has now earned a reputation as someone who never keeps his word. A costly mistake!
PoliticsRe: APGA’s Only Senator, Enyinnaya Abaribe Spotted At Coalition Unveiling by AMINDA: 4:49am On Jul 03, 2025
obawinner:
The northern political leader are building a political party for their interest, the regular nzobu nzobu south east will think their the oligarch have their interest in mind. Not sooner than later, eyes will be cleared, then another round of we have been marginalized.
Rinse and repeat.
Stale! In who's interest is Tinubu currently ruling Nigeria?
PoliticsRe: APGA’s Only Senator, Enyinnaya Abaribe Spotted At Coalition Unveiling by AMINDA: 4:48am On Jul 03, 2025
APC will soon become a regional party for just Tinubu and his Lagos boys while ADC will become the real pan-Nigerian party. A handshake across the Niger and beyond!

PoliticsRe: In Less Than 4 Months El-rufai Has Moved From APC To SDP To ADA, & Now ADC. by AMINDA:
Yes. That was all part of the strategy. He left Tinubu and his camp second-guessing his every move until the dying minute and gave them no room to scuttle it as they are known to do. All the while, they were chasing shadows while he was working on the main thing underground. He kept opposition alive and made Tinubu restless, reason why Tinubu started his re-election campaign after just 2 years into his tenure. When you meet a swordsman, you draw your sword.. It was a political leg-over!
PoliticsRe: ADC Is Not Close To A Threat To President Tinubu's Reelection by AMINDA: 10:33pm On Jul 02, 2025
Yet another thread? It's seriously giving, "hey everyone! Look how unbothered I am" vibes. If you feel the ADC is no treat to Tinubu, you didn't have to open several threads to tell us so.
PoliticsRe: Presidency Must Remain In the South Till 2031 - Olabode George by AMINDA: 10:05pm On Jul 02, 2025
Nigeria has grown beyond all these threats. He should first sort out his issues with Wike.

Northerners gave Tinubu 5.6m votes, gave Atiku 6.9m votes and still gave Kwankwaso 1.4m votes. This is not inclusive of the numbers that Obi got in the Northcentral (mostly votes from Northern christians but still North by the way).

Tinubu won only because the North jettisoned their own son, Atiku to keep the pact with the South. I ain't saying anything but you can do the maths. No-one should be getting arrogant at this point in time. It's too early. Politicians are behind closed doors doing serious horse-trading, allow the politicians to do their permutations. The number one goal is to first rescue Nigeria from the grip of Tinubu and we must put our best foot forward.
PoliticsRe: Fear Grips Tinubu’s Camp As Opposition Coalition Gains Popularity by AMINDA: 9:46pm On Jul 02, 2025
The arrogance is turning into annoyance and soon, it will be regret and then comes resignation.
PoliticsRe: Why Are Agbadocrats Crying Over This Picture? by AMINDA: 9:43pm On Jul 02, 2025
flokii:
Take a look at the so called coalition for instance.. they already made it clear that 2031 is no go area for Southerner, which mug.us like Obi, Kenneth Okonkwo and likes hurriedly agreed to.. the desperate Agulu man even packaged proposal for one term Presidency.

Now compare to what Northerners did in PDP in 2023 and what Wike rejected for PDP in 2027.. yet Wike is the bad person while the coalition members are saints.

If SW like, they should abandon PBAT and betray him just like M.K.O Abiola.. by the time the country spoil pata.pata, na everybody go suffer am.
They are already targeting all the State,-owned assets to sell to their friends and croonies.
You don't even care about the plight of the people in the country. You just want the satisfaction that comes with the feeling that your tribal man is in power. Neither tribe, religion nor region will be the front burners for Nigerians in 2027. Nigerians will be voting their survival.
PoliticsRe: Why Are Agbadocrats Crying Over This Picture? by AMINDA: 9:28pm On Jul 02, 2025
flokii:
Just imagine the disgrace for those fake pastors that used their pulpits to launch campaign of calumny for the Agulu man, claiming the election was a fight between Christians and Muslims, I can imagine the shame they are feeling right now.
The Igbos are scheming to throw Nigeria right back into the hands of Fulani supremacist just like they did in the 60s'. The same way they got outsmarted by Fulanis/North is the same way Atiku and El-rufai will outsmart them after using them.

Yorubas better wise up and not fall for this trap.. Nigeria must survive and we are on that path to survival.
Now you are dogwhistling but it was Tinubu himself who broke the pact with the North while some Southwesterners cheered him on. It's on record that Northerners gave Tinubu 5.6m votes, gave Atiku 6.9m votes and still gave Kwankwaso 1.4m votes. This is not inclusive of the numbers that Obi got in the Northcentral (mostly votes from Northern christians but still North by the way).

Tinubu won only because the North jettisoned their own son, Atiku to keep the pact with the South. Until betrayed, a Northerner will always keep his word. It is a religious obligation with serious implications if broken.
PoliticsRe: 2027: Deji Adeyanju Dumps Sowore For Coalition by AMINDA: 9:20pm On Jul 02, 2025
Goo0dHardDick:
Every sensible Nigerian ought to queue behind ADC as this very moment to save Nigeria from the drug lord and his gang of thieves.

Even though I never liked El rufia the imp, we should all put our differences aside and support obi. He is the best man for the job under ADC. Anything aside this, tinubu will win again with massive rigging
Say what you will about Elrufai but he always triumphs over his enemies no matter how long it tarries. He loves passionately and gives his all for his friends. A highly intelligent and dependable ally with insane workrate but a very formidable foe. Plus, he has never lost a political battle. Yes, he has taken a few hits but always bounces back like a round ball.

He lives true to his name, "Nasir" (the Victorious). Tinubu lost his re-election bid the day he let Elrufai slip through his fingers. Elrufai singlehandedly kept opposition alive until this day. He's the real "master strategist", not Tinubu. Read his book, "The Accidental Public Servant" and you will become a fan. Elrufai is a very liberal Northerner and also the most unjustly misunderstood.

PoliticsRe: "Ignore Peter Obi at your peril" - Aisha Yesufu warns opposition coalition by AMINDA: 8:22pm On Jul 02, 2025
This one should go and sit down. No one would handover ticket to anyone on a platter. All interested contestants will slug it out and the most popular candidate will win. APC's primaries at inception in 2014 had Buhari, Atiku, Kwankwaso, Sam Ndah Isaiah contesting and Buhari won in a keenly contested but free and fair primaries.

Anyone aggrieved with the outcome of the primaries can go vote Tinubu if they so wish.
PoliticsRe: I have never believed Tinubu is a material to govern Nigeria - Amaechi quits APC by AMINDA: 8:09pm On Jul 02, 2025
These are just the "external" implosion. Watch out for the internal implosion within the APC. Tinubu and his lagos boys can have the party while Wike holds on to the carcass of PDP. Nigerians have moved on. Instead of uniting, Tinubu's leadership style is divisive. He would have functioned well as a regional leader but his authoritarian and sit-tight mentality would put him at the bottom of the totem pole if the selection process will be based on merit.

Politicstoday:
All Buhari aides and my ministers are in today's coalition meeting. Tinubu really dealt with them
In hindsight, he dealt with himself. For a supposed master strategist, he got all of his political strategies wrong from day one and to add insult to injury, failed woefully at governance. A double jeopardy!
PoliticsRe: ADC Team Looks Formidable - Ganduje's Ex-Aide, Dawisu Hails Coalition by AMINDA:
Ganduje is still pretending to be cool with Tinubu but deep in his heart, he's seething. Yet another ally humiliated by Tinubu for his own selfish ambition. What if Kwankwaso ends up not coming to the APC? Even if he does, Will it really be worth it? The momentum of the coalition might just have saved Shettima from being dropped. I don't think Tinubu will dare it anymore. But the damage is already done, trust is gone! In 2027, the level of antiparty that would happen within the APC will be unprecedented.

PoliticsRe: Politically Expired People Can’t See Tinubu’s Good Works — Wike by AMINDA: 7:23pm On Jul 02, 2025

Tell your Tinubu that he cannot rely on factions and litigation to continue in power. He must subject himself to a democratic electoral process and he will be convincingly defeated. It's inevitable.
