Spring onions

When it’s hot, add the remaining chopped onion, fry till translucent…
Now, add the minced garlic, sauté till fragrant..
Add 1 maggi cube
, stir, then begin to add the chopped veggies, starting with the carrots, saute for 2 minutes….
Now, add the chopped peppers, continue to sauté for 2-3minutes….
Now, gradually add the mince… Sauté till the mince loses its pinkness and is brown all over…
This should take 5-6 minutes, then add the chopped spring onions, saute for a minute…
Now, slowly add the stew into the mince, combine thoroughly
Turn the heat down, leave to simmer for a further 3 minutes..

You are getting me wrong. My own idea is that marriage is an institution that needs to be protected. Not running out of marriage at the slightest disagreement. The videos this lady saw were recorded before their marriage, technically, the guy was single then and has not committed any offense in the presence of law. The fact that they were preparing for marriage does not mean that they were married. Can a woman go to court and ask the magistrate to separate them because her now husband was flirting before they got married? Do you think the magistrate will listen to such excuse for divorce?

The marriage is an institution that needs to be protected and guided jealously by both the man and the woman. Not that a woman will be threatening divorce just because the husband used to have several bedmates before marriage.

I am against divorce in any form except the marriage is becoming life threatening, only the living has spouse.
True talk my bro...there no perfect being anywhere to err is human...

Hahahahaha...I just listened to 'to be a man' by flavour yesterday sef. Nice beat.
I really do like straightforward people. A Nigerian man would not take the same mess he wants his wife to accommodate. grin grin Ride on please. You have set a standard for yourself which I actually like in people, stick to it.
Brownie bringing it here is being your typical average Naija woman that has been drummed into her head since childhood that you cannot just confront your husband on 'sensitive' issues like this, you have to meander your way, beat about the bush, give off passive aggressive signs, twist yourself, act like a good wife meanwhile you are boiling like a volcano inside grin, and most importantly pretend to the whole world everything is alright.grin
Guess am not an average Naija woman going by this your description....if am the op by now we would have been editing the terms and agreement of the for better for worse

Na her papa house we dey go straight. I must get a refund for my bad investment. cheesy cheesy

Seriously though, I know the last thing I would do is bring the matter here for strangers to dissect. First thing first, She must give me an explanation, (why brownie10 hasn't requested for one from her DH still baffles me) whether I will continue with the marriage or not afterwards should be clear by now. smiley

I don't do mushy mushy love o. My love dey calculate balance sheet and socioeconomic viability. grin[/quote]

I think this is just your opinion. In Westeros, royalty and nobility has little to do with stature.

Tyrion has already served as Hand of the King in lieu of his father, and while he was there he successfully kept both the King AND the Queen Mother in line, and made his man, Bronn, captain of the Gold Cloaks; all that was left to Jeoffery and Cersei was the King's Guard. And to that impressive CV, also add sending Myrcella to Dorne to appease the Dornish, strengthening the city's defences, rallying the patch-work force left to him and successfully holding King's Landing against Stannis Baratheon until aid arrived from Highgarden. Until Tywin Lannister made his triumphant entry back to the city, Tyrion was effectively ruling - and he didn't need anyone's respect to do it.
I agree with you on this..d imp would make a good king..

Something just occurred to me...

Isn't it funny that the most epic battle in the show is one that NEVER even happened in the books?

Or is it that that battle will still happen in the books? And if so, is it just me or isn't that a carefully crafted message to us concerning a certain beloved character? cheesy
Let's keep our fingers crossed..

Theory About Melisandre

She didn't give false information. She will see the Bolton banners burn and she will walk the battlements at Winterfell. But it won't be Stannis that leads her there. It will be Jon Snow. His watch would end only with his death. And he's sure as Bleep dead now! Nothing in the Night's Watch vows saythe vows carry over after resurrection though.

HealthRe: Does Breastmilk Go Bad In The bosom? by Amis(f): 5:34pm On May 31, 2015
Pamcrest:
grin Op, forget that internet n listen to true life stories from mothers n their experiences...

Brest milk can go "bad" in d bosom, when a nursing mother fails to either breastfeed d baby or pump d milk out after a long period of time. As milk gathers in d breasts it weighs down d breast n must be let out somehow, otherwise it forms an abscess in d breast n other complications can ensue therefrom. If u taste such milk, u will notice d foul taste and smell!! No mother will give that to their baby.
So a working mother usually expresses milk for d baby before going to work (keep it refrigerated), comes to breastfeed him during her lunch time (where possible) and when she gets home after work, ensures d baby remain on breast milk for the night. This method helps both mother n baby!
My humble submission
My dear it's not true...my baby start teething some months ago...and he totally refuses breastfeeding so I switched to exclusive pumping..my last pumping session is usually 9pm and the next is 5am that's a good 8 hours difference and guess what..I pump and give it to my baby.

hmmn...smh
Dear,i dont post for the purpose of posting but for advice n answers to WHAT I AM SURE OF.The enzyme is called lipase-which is responsible for breaking down fats in the milk.when it reacte excessively with the milk,it gets sour
Hi kasimaramma2 ure getting this mixed up..fine this enzyme called lipase affect breastmilk if it's presence is high but it only affect breastmilk that is stored for future use..and this can even be rectify by scalding the milk before use...Lipase won't affect milk still in the bosom.

adanduka:
Please ma, do you feed your baby the 6hours plus foremilk or you expressed it and fed the baby the hindmilk?
@adanduka..yes I fed my baby the 6hrs foremilk after my pumping session so with that the foremilk is mixed with the more nutritional milk...you can distinguish both because foremilk is lighter
HealthRe: Does Breastmilk Go Bad In The bosom? by Amis(f): 3:37pm On May 31, 2015
Breastmilk still in the bosom can't go bad...am a breastfeeding mum n sometimes go on without bosom feeding or pumping for my little one in 5 to 6hrs...d only implication that I have seen is that its produces a lot of foremilk which doesn't contain much nutrient...so in that instance I pump for longer period to be able to pump all the foremilk out...because baby wont be able to suck for that long period and end up with the foremilk...not that the foremilk isn't good but with less utritional value..studies even show that freshly pumped breastmilk is good within room temperature for 4 to. 6hrs so I don't know why milk within the bosom will go bad within the same hours.
