. My dear, nothing makes you gain weight fast than peace of mind. Once you are relaxed,always happy,eat good food then peace of mind, the weight comes naturally. You can take all the food Supplements in these world but if you don't have all these I just mentioned? Honestly, you are a nice guy. Wish most guys will consider ladies feelings this way. Maybe you should tell her that you want to get a professional who will teach her certain kind of soup,the way u like them cooked or better still take her on a romantic date and tell her calmly, I'm sure she will understand.
