You have already made a promise to her..see through that promise of getting her a phone then afterwards, find subtle means of relieving yourself from the entanglement you are in. I once had a friend who went through very similar scenario.. I know it might take a toll on your business or finance but pls, see through this last promise you made and let her find a work while awaiting lock down to be lifted..
