Majorly, to ghost solely depends on you and your LGI. This mostly requires financial agreement between you two.

You can as well do it directly from camp by meeting those in charge posting or ICT as they are always aware of LGA with easy arrangements of such and linking you with the LGA's LGI.

Note that everything boils down to kudi, ego, owo, molu, MONEY.....

Maybe I was privileged go be a CLO in my PPA and I work with my LI during clearance. I was given a photo gallery of last year's corpers in Kano and I can tell you that most corps members are resident in town. in fact, you can count corpers posted to your local government but I can't do the same here. I have a friend serving in Kiru and they are not up to 20 Corp members posted to that local government, A16. The issue of U-report came as a sudden and I can tell you, it's already going down.

The number of villages overriding that of towns is the key, hence, the percentage can't be 70% but 45%'

I wont generalize but you must know that there must be some few exceptions

I am sorry but aren't few exceptions and I will like to quickly contribute so that intending Kano PCM will not preempt too much and when they eventually find themselves here, disappointment won't be their lot and as a result sending words to you.

» 70% of corpers cannot find themselves in town as Kano has 44 LGAs while only 8 (Nasarawa, Kano Municipal, Ungogo, Dala, Fagae, Tarauni, and two others I can't remember now) constitue the major towns and the rest 36 are villages.

» It is widely known here that Kano have been battling with little/no power supply for quite a while now and the villages are not exempted.

» My village LGA (Bunkure) here, our LGI has made it mandatory since the last two months to bring along our you-report while failure to do so is no clearance and this I confirmed from surrounding village LGAs like , Kibiya, Rano, Tudun-Wada and co. to be the same.

Every other thing I concur, ranging from security, low cost of living, provision of lodges, no cds at villages, etc.

I made a grave mistake on Saturday evening to patronize this company for a journey to Kano due to the scarcity of other company's buses and had to settle for them at the expense of Ifeayinchukwu, another option available.

Don't let me bore you with my epistle, will just highlight my ugly experience:

- Delayed take off: The bus left the Oyingbo park at 9pm while I have been there since 4pm and no bus have been rolled out prior to that.

- Overloading and Overcrowding: After filling the storage compartment, they beckon on the little space behing the back sit and the floor of the bus meant for passage for the passengers. Not minding they have taken over the room for attachments, they further allow mumerous attachments and they sat/stand on the loads (Kaaya). We had to show grievances when they wanted to block the back door with more loads.

- Breakdown: This is the worst of it and an eyesore as the bus brokedown 7 times during the journey. Two or three hours ride and 30 to 45 minutes repair, a mechanic was assigned to accompany the bus though.

- After paying #7, 200, they failed to convey us to our final destination Sabon-Gerri, Kano but stopped at their park in Kaduna while the driver and accompanying staffs disappeared. We with no loads in the storage compartment had to transport ourselves to under the bridge where we connect a taxi to complete our journey while those with had to wait till only God knows.

- The journey to Kano which they stopped at Kaduna took us 33hours; we got to Kaduna 6:00am on Monday.

- We saw two of their buses abandoned on the road; one at Owo, Ondo State and the other at Kaduna.

Alas, all these and many more bring about the new name BAD WAY .
