Na stats spoil football. The very first time I watched both De Bruyne and Salah I knew they had talent and needed environment to thrive. Players develop at different pace some are early developers while some are late bloomers, some perform regardless of playing styles though they might be less effective in a not-so-conducive style while others are system players and will only Excel in a system that suits them most, it doesn't mean that those players are not good. |

It is plain idiocy to wish that your team loses so that a manager gets fired or a team player get benched you can criticise a team's performance based on knowledge and insight but to wish the team bad is going overboard. Another I noticed is fans splitting along player lines where if your favorite player misses out you wish defeat upon the team. |

Spurs created about 5 good chances in the first half against Fulham. The transition from defense to attack is quite slow for Chelsea.
That was my first reply to your post. What's rude in that? Actually you're behaving like a child by throwing unnecessary tantrums, no offence meant just stating the obvious. |

Mason Mount created more chances (2) and completed more take-ons (3) than any other player on the pitch in the first half vs. Fulham.
When I said Mount is undroppable the other day some who think that football is soap opera were questioning that assertion, when he's in form he gives you goals and assists plus his normal hustling and bustling and when he's off form he gives you workrate |

As I already said don't let His personality fool you. If He and Trump were to have an intellectual debate on tv without any material given beforehand, He'll thoroughly wipe the Floor with Him. MAGA and Trumpism will not suddenly vanish because of Trump's ban but he has done his part to cut off the head of the snake from his platform.
It's a free world and nothing stops Trump and his supporters from building their platform and spewing their divisive agenda there. It is like you're focussing on Twitter alone and forgetting that Amazon, Apple and Google removed Parler an alternative to Twitter |

A40: So your grouse is not even that Trump has done wrong. It's whataboutism. Do you expect Jack to be as vested in other countries as he is in his own?
Do you know how many times you would be suspended if you tweeted the exact same things Trump tweeted? Even on this Nairaland aren't there rules governing what you can say and what you can't say.
Maybe if more people died in that attempted coup you would have a different opinion. No one is denying the fact that Trump is a dangerous man and from the stupidest of leaders the world has witnessed in modern era I ranked him in the same category with his counterparts in UK and Brazil but the question begging for answers is why the sudden change of tactics when it's no longer good for business? Why should tech giants arrogate powers to themselves when you know that they're partisan and can decide to do as they wish and pay lobbyists to clean up their mess? |

izzou: Leave that one abeg.
No one is justifying Trump's tweets. We are just talking about the consequences of our silence
Twitter banned Trump, but whether you like it or not, they have humiliated a sitting president of the USA.
It could be your favourite celebrity tomorrow. It could be anybody. It could be someone speaking against their privacy laws. But then, if they can humiliate a sitting president of the USA, who you (in Odumeje's voice)?
Like I said, we would have this conversation again, and it definitely won't be Trump in the centre It is not about Trump and his foolish antics that has brought him this far but about the second-order effects of this unilateral decision by tech giants and inherent inconsistency. I'm an advocate of censorship as absolute freedom is a recipe for disaster as we're witness to in recent times, my grouse is with allowing people driven by business interests to take decision that will affect billions whilst they have no skin in the game. |

HewlettPackard: This has got nothing to do with the Trump saga though, it is Yoweri Museveni not washing his dirty linens in public, because the only way the NRM can defeat Bobby Wine in Thursday's election is through rigging and other election malpractices. Don't you think the decision was strengthened further by Twitter and Facebook recent antics? Bobby has been a thorn in the flesh of the regime no doubt but the decision taken may be hinged on national security and the influence of fake news in disrupting the fragile peace Uganda is enjoying |

People like mourinho make football boring and if you have more people like him, football can also die Football is played in contrasting ways due to difference in physique, technical ability, mentality and economic reality among other reasons I can't remember, so saying counterattacking football is boring shows your shallow knowledge of football tactics and execution. |
