Melvyn11: None of those players where called world class at that time. Stop rewritten history to make a point. Falcao that was courted by top clubs in Europe before his devastating injury isn't world class? To answer your question I have eyes and I have been watching football for almost my whole life and I don't need pundits to tell me about world class players before I can identify them and name them, and I'm a football coach though I don't intend to go professional but I read books to supplement my knowledge of the game. I'm even preparing for a game later today |

Al-Hāfidh ibn Rajab al-Hambāli [may Allāh have mercy on him] said:
“From amongst the signs of beneficial knowledge are that it causes the seeker of knowledge to flee from the worldly-life and its splendors; from leadership, fame and praise. The seeker of beneficial knowledge is one who does not claim to have knowledge; nor does he use it to act arrogantly towards anyone; nor does he describe anyone as being ignorant, except those who oppose the guidance and example of the Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ and its people [i.e., followers].”

He was not a beast anything he was surrounded by world class players around that time and they helped masked his flaws. I watched his game against Juventus to see what the hype was all about and immediately I discovered he was a fraud surrounded by good players. |

You know I'm always ready to dish out the hard truths about your religion with proofs in the form of verses from your Qur'an (a book I first learned how to read as a 6 year old) and your prophet's Sunnah.
Let me know when you have the balls to face the hard truths about Islam. That takes a lot of courage and intelligence. You're not saying anything new that hasn't been refuted by Orthodox Muslim scholars past and present you're a small fry, Google Abdullah al-Qassimi who was far more knowledgeable than you in Islamic studies he apostated wrote books against Islam and he was refuted by Shaykh AbdurRahman as-Sa'di. So, stop acting as if you are uncovering something hidden with your 6year old claim of Quranic knowledge |

Every mallam with him kettle, abeg.
I believe in Jesus Christ. You believe in Otem. He believes in Allah.
It is possible to argue without calling someone else enslaved. If you cannot, don't argue at all. This is akin to bisexual people calling straight people biphobic simply because they won't date bisexuals.
As long as one does not exhibit extremism and isn't a danger to others in society, let him or her be.
If you want religious discourses, go to the religion section, please. Sometimes one need to expose frauds for who they are so that unsuspecting victims won't be Hoodwinked by their polemics |

gensteejay: Ọmó ọ̀dẹ̀. You didn't say anything reasonable. As always.
When you're ready to learn the real history of your religion, I would be glad to state how all the practices of Christianity are of paganistic roots.
Is it the Easter celebration copied from goddess Histar that's original? Is it the days of the week? Is it the months of the year? Is it the fasting your pastors do? Is it the cross?
Is it the concept of hell (from pagan god El)? Is it the resurrection of fictitious Jesus?
None of them is original. All of them were common practices of pagans (animists) predating Christianity, not to talk of their younger brother, Islam.
Enough said. Do all Christians celebrate these festivities? Orthodox Christian scholars have said that the festivities you mentioned are all paganistic in origin you're not saying anything new. |

When you start believing your own lies as enlightment, you're more likely to misinform rather than educate. Delusions, lies, half-truths, conceitedness are the hallmarks of 21st wokeness. The tyranny of the minority is far worse than the tyranny of the majority because in the case of the former sympathy is easily drawn to their cause while their evil spread covertly like a cancerous tumor but as for the latter their evil draws an outright condemnation and can be fought against because none is sympathetic to their evil |

timay: Reminds me of Lingard. Every coach both club and country are usually forced to play him because of his work rate and immense pressing ability.
Players like that will only shine when they are young and agile after a while the steam will drop and they usually don't have anything to offer because they are usually not that good technically. They only got by with their agility and work rate Mason Mount is a technically adept player forget the hustling and bustling aspect of his game, he can pass, shoot, dribble, and a goal threat from setpiece. |
