It is highly improbable to have 90+% turnout in any election

larride:
Omo Yahaya Bello dey cook fire.

How is Okene LG alone giving APC 138k votes while the rest dey get 2k, 1k votes.

Is that how populated Okene is?

Okene is densely populated but the numbers coming out may likely be cooked despite the high turnout of voters in the area, this was the template to win 2nd term and it's still playing out

Alex Keeble previews Chelsea vs Man City:

"Pochettino will likely use the 2-2 draw with Arsenal as a template, again deploying a slightly deeper line in a 4-4-2 formation that looks to block off passes through the middle, before taking advantage of transitions to race in behind City’s defence."

Guardiola on Palmer joining Chelsea: "After one or two years, he told me: I don’t want to play here".

"I said: Mahrez is leaving, you have a chance!".

"He told me: no, I want to leave!".

"I said: Ok, leave!".

"It's good for him. Good guy, really. Wish him all the best".

Another thing that made Muri lost the election in Central was the language of "Common Enemy" he used in an interview a lot of Ebiras were riled up with that remark of his I know many who didn't fancy Ododo but they changed their minds when they started heard that.

So @rec.cy and @amoto94 is the update from kogi?

Is anyone definetively in the lead?

https://www.nairaland.com/7908511/kogi-irev-data-exposes-overvoting

Edit - Ouch

This guy should be careful or they will lose to yeye bellow on technicalities.

I'm not on ground but there are alleged cases of overvoting across the state especially in KC, KE and not so in KW bit overall Ododo is projected to win about 12LGS out of 21 and get 25% spread in at least 14 LGs

Is that not the structure that PDAPC boasts of/about,Perhaps he is talking about that "structure"....

We saw how that was rendered useless in Lagos when the person who doesn't give shishi won overwhelmingly before disenfranchisement, bullying, and voters suppression came into play in the gubernatorial election....

He is a very foolish person,he's not credible enough for bayelsans to "waste" their votes on,so they had to gamble it on PDAPC who will offer them coins too ....He was the commissioner for youth development under the vote buying party, what did he do for the youths?

He graduated from my school and faculty, UniBen engine boys sabi him story when dem dey narrate how with other OG dem take shake that school in his days....

Money actually plays a part to some extent but should a candidate warms his heart to his people money or guns won't matter, in 2007, 2015 and this year elections my people shunned money and threat of violence to vote for who they wanted. 2007 election in particular it was operation powershift despite the efforts of PDP almost all the elective posts in Kogi Central were won by AC candidates.

BREAKING: Netanyahu says Macron 'had made a grave mistake, a factual and moral mistake' after criticizing civilian deaths.

"People are not interested in what happens in the society, people are just interested in what enters their hand, their pocket and their stomach. So the optics of it is that when you go there you see voting is peaceful but behind the scene, you see the buying and selling going on with tallies as you are voting you are collecting your tallies people are showing their votes to confirm.

"People don't care about what you do, what they are after is money and it is a sad one for my state because for me I wanted to prove that somebody can do this in spite of all the inducements, somebody can say no to it and stand firm because he believes that things need to be better.

"I didn't contest this election to start going to court. I particularly satisfied my conscience but I know where the problem is not in the political class but in the electorate. The electorate are not prepared; they are encouraging corruption in the society. They are encouraging the kind of electoral process we have in the society.” Amigoss this is LP candidate in Bayelsa sharing his experience

Democracy is a western concept na. Democracy doe not exist in Islam. Through the kingdom nonsense does not exist either. Isis wanted or claimed they were bringing back a caliphate - the only recognized government in Islam.

Kingship is recognized, Prophet Daud and Sulayman were both Prophets and Kings، Muawiyah bin Abu Sufyan was a king likewise Umar bin AbdulAziz.

If you have no shame, then do as you wish. Prophet Muhammad SAW

Muri and CEDO were instrumental to Bello's victory in 2019 as they kept the opposition at bay in Kogi East while Bello did his thing in KC and KW. In this election CEDO and him were sidelined I felt for CEDO in particular because he stood for Bello against his kinsmen wishes now he's being mocked by them as used and dumped, Muri has the backing of some people in the Presidency as I learnt and he played the tribal card to his advantage kudos to him. As for Dino he is not loved in KW and KC and KE are have already decided who they will vote for and that's across ethnic lines.

No victor, no vanquished. Whoever emerges let him take care of the welfare of the civil servants in the state especially those working in Local Government, he should also pivot the state from being a civil service state by ensuring adequate security and providing incentives for entrepreneurial activities.

If Hamas control centre is found under that hospital, we will know who to blame, simple.

Just like some WMD in Iraq right? 20years ago we were fed the lies that that country possessed weapons of mass destruction and as a result of that the country has become a failed state while those who perpetrated war crimes are giving speeches up and down leaving the state in shambles

Extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit on Gaza in Riyadh KSA 🇸🇦

Speech of Crown Prince Muḥammad bin Salmān bin ʿAbdul-ʿAzīz حفظه الله on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salmān bin ʿAbdul-ʿAzīz حفظه at the opening of the extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit:

➡️ We affirm our categorical rejection of the barbaric war in Gaza.

➡️ We demand an immediate cessation of military operations in Gaza, and the entry of relief aid into the Strip.

➡️ We are facing a humanitarian catastrophe that testifies to the failure of the UN Security Council to put an end to the flagrant violations of international law by Israel. This also demonstrates the double standards and the selectivity of their application.

➡️ Saudi Arabia affirms its categorical rejection of the continued aggression and occupation of the residents of Gaza.

➡️ We hold the occupation responsible for the crimes committed against the Palestinian people.

➡️ The only way to achieve security and peace is to end the occupation, siege and settlement, and for the Palestinian people to obtain their legitimate rights, and establish their independent state within the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
