Divers installed on d PC not matching the OS - Update your drivers.

Vius, worms, etc - Look for a better antivius and scan your system.

Crappy hardware - upgrade

If you are good with p5 and you are not afraid to take risk like I did, you can create your own stock rom your self!

Yeah you can always create your own stock rom using MTKdroid tools from a perfectly working device. I'm preparing a tutorial on that..I will post it soon

Sometimes things like this can be simple hardware problems. Just check your battery & battery contact properly first. See if its still in good condition. if not you might need to flash it.
