@op, its possible. As far as its the same phone number (unless if its not) that is connected to your acct, money can be transfered.

You do not need to register with 737. Since the number is connected to your acct, it can be used to recharge your line and transfer money.

When I started using 737 to recharge my line and send money, I never had a pin. So it means anyone could use my phone number to make transfers..

So when I realised that, I quickly applied for use of PIN before any transaction.

So in your case, u have no ATM card and no pin. So the person simply had a free way to your acct.

Can I sue the bank? Because it's simply not my fault base on your explanations..
