So, Ojudu expected the President to tell Osinbajo not to contest. Who does that? No disciplined military man will ever support Osinbajo with his relationship with Tinubu. It is the highest level of betrayal. Supposing you are right, can you tell us why Charles Omole lied and in whose interest is that unfortunate twist? |

It's just like PitaObi saying he wants to contest against Abacha... we all know Obi is Abacha's boy and Abacha made him who he is. Politics › Re: ADC: We Are Concerned Obi, Atiku Not Working Together Ahead Of 2027 by Amumaigwe: 9:49am On Dec 13, 2025 |
EponObi: You are not being truthful to yourself. If you say/think your Obi didn't play 2023 election rolling out dollars to anyone, he should take the same approach and leave all these noise. If he can't convince and woo delegates with his words, track records, shared interest, he should leave the entire ADC circle. In politics, it's give and take. In fact, if he can't work with that principle he should leave the entire political arena because he will only waste his time and that of his followers.
Where in the world is money not spent in politics? Go and ask Trump how many billions of dollars he and his affiliated political groups spent in the last election. You must think national politics is boys scout.
He should go to the party where he will be given automatic ticket without primaries because LP has stated they won't do that again.
Why should Atiku or anyone bow out or give Obi the ticket? Why? Because he has two heads? There are too many babies in that your camp. Even if you want to contest the SUG presidency, it's foolery to expect everyone to bury their ambition and just give you the position.
You want to become the president of Nigeria but you don't want to play politics. No be juju be that.
Someone up there rightly said that na una his followers cage Obi. You've woven this fake messianic narrative around him so much he is afraid of going off script. He was once a governor and he did all these dirty politics of clinching party ticket two times.
Forming who he isn't has been the Achilles heel of Obi. Let him leave the game entirely if he can't play by the rule.
If you people really love Nigeria like you always claim and are serious about chasing Tinubu, you will advice Obi to leave politics so his votes can go to other serious candidates.
Like 2023, you will divide una votes again in 2027 and cry about rigging. Just watch. Your lamentations reek of frustration. What would you really have Obi do? Every politician has an interest and has a principle or strategy to fulfill his ambitions. Obi is playing his political game according to strategy and you are hrre vomiting venoms everywhere. |
Politics › Re: ADC: We Are Concerned Obi, Atiku Not Working Together Ahead Of 2027 by Amumaigwe: 9:32am On Dec 13, 2025 |
ZombieTAMER: Obi is such a naive politician
an ant that thinks himself an elephant
This man singlehandedly made Tinubu president in 2023 with his greed and naivity
He can't even win any political parties primaries in Nigeria and he knows it.. tell me how such a man can win a general election
This was the reason he left the PDP in 2023, before the primaries because he had already seen the hand writing on the wall , Ran straight to labour and got a free ticket..a party that has no party agents in hundreds of polling units all over the country and they wants to win election in Nigeria...
If Obi was a smart politician, he would have been a VP today, impacting the economy and gearing up to take over from ATiku... but that ship has sailed...
let me make it clear, if the opposition don't work together in 2027, no one can defeat the APC , the ruling party has failed in governance but excelled in playing politics of election winning....
So whoever has Obis contact should tell him, petty discussion about zoning will not work, everyone will test popularity in the ring, and he would come short..
let common sense lead Atiku wouldn't have chosen Obi as running mate in 2023 because he didn't really think Obi could pull that number of votes he did pull using the platform of an obscure party. Atiku believed that SE was a settled PDP block vote regardless and went ahead to choose money bag Okowa for the VP slot thinking he was playing smart. With hind sight, all the people that felt Okowa was the man for the position are all sorry and are now blaming Obi for Atiku's loss as though there was any binding pact he had with Obi before the election. |
Politics › Re: Is Begging Not Part Of Muslim Culture? - Peter Obi by Amumaigwe: 4:19pm On Dec 11, 2025 |
Putindbutt: This is not the first time Peter Obi has made controversial remarks about Muslims. Shortly before the presidential election, Obi was captured on audio asking Oyedepo to help mobilise Christian voters, particularly in the north-central states of Kwara, Kogi, and Niger. In the conversation, he described the election as a religious war. At one point, he said: “Daddy, I need you to speak to your people in the south-west and Kwara, the Christians in the south-west and Kwara. This is a religious war. Like I keep saying: if this works, you people will never regret the support.” A religious bigot to the core. May sense fall on you. Obi asked a rhetorical question to buttress his belief that Islam is really not synonymous with begging as Nigeria's case seem to suggest with the Alimajiri system. But you guys are free to twist it to suit any narrative of your choosing. If you vote Obi, you win. If you don't vote him, only you will still loose. Obi gains or looses nothing if he becomes president. He has said again and again that he is not desperate to become president, but to see Nigeria work. Suit yourselves. |

Politics › Re: 2027: End Of The Political Road For These Politicians ? by Amumaigwe: 5:14pm On Dec 10, 2025 |
BlakKluKluxKlan: In Nigeria, political acumen and sagacity has always been .ascribed to northern politicians. I personally do not know the truth or otherwise if this notion but I've always thought that it probably seems so because achieving unity of purpose comes easy for them coupled perhaps with deep respect to leadership as per their culture.
However, the unfolding political events seem to have put a lie to that or could it be that they have met more than their match in the Jagaban ?
With the APC dominating the political landscape with the majority of States controlled, senators and HoR members.
I strongly believe that the trio of Atiku Abubakar (the Dubai landlord), El Rufai (the over-conceited noisaker) and Peter Obi (the political novice and Gbajue chief, will be politically retired in 2027.
Atiku shot himself in the foot in 2023:with his arrogance, over-confidence in not picking Wine as his vice plus refusing to ask the then temporary chairman of PDP, Iyorchia Ayu, to resign in accordance with earlier agreement.
With PDP now in complete disarray and ADC in near comatose and unsure what to do with themselves, I see no credible opposition to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the master planner and astute political strategist. He seems to have replicated the strategy he deployed to take the reigns of political leadership over the AD leaders in the SE to decimate all the parties in the Nigerian political horizon. In the case of the other two pretenders, that both of them failed woefully to win their respective words for the ADC in the recent elections indicates they are no longer of any electoral value.
And I dare say that any successful coup d'etat to remove Tinubu will spell the end of this contraption called Nigeria . I hope their retirement from politics will also rub off on your living condition. |

You just survived life imprisonment here in Nigeria, but still went to UK to repeat same offence , no it is a generational curse The UK offence for which he is undergoing trial was committed before the Nigerian sex offence. Since he has been discharged and acquitted of the latter allegations, it may follow that the earlier ones he is accused of in UK may also follow same trend. Isn't it? |
