Jobs/Vacancies / Don't Be A Slave Of A Job by amunites19(m): 3:06pm On Oct 09, 2019
Having a good Job is important in a person’s life in order to have a peace of mind about being able to take care of basics need of life, but for a person who don’t have Job a person and looking for a Job must have find an alternative way of having incomes no matter how small it is.
Having an income no matter how small it is will help the person not be too desperate, impatient, or too eager in searching for Jobs and will help him in carefully selecting an appropriate Job, it may also leads him in to something very big which will make him not need the Job at the end and even give an opportunity to give others Jobs.
To find something for making small is easy and difficult, the simplest way is person to use his hubbies like if you like watching football in view centers or stadium think of something that people will like to use like drinks, jerseys………. find a boy to work together with, for street person do survey of what is needed by people and start small.
Don’t allow yourself to be manipulated by Jobs, anything that can bring income is a bae, don’t be a slave. Look for a jobs if you get take it and do your best which is easy to have capital and be doing something but don’t wait for Job and be doing nothing.

Only God can provide not human being ones a human put himself in that position he only takes a task that he can not achieved.

Yes, we known and we are grateful, the only thing the coach could have done was to made substitutions when the pressure was too much around 80mins of the play in order to bring fresh legs and to slow the game, but generally the coach was good and professional too because we did not hear any crises happened in the super eagle's camp like before he managed the team well.
Crime / Re: 7 People Arrested For Importing Physically Challenged Kids To Beg In Lagos. by amunites19(m): 2:42pm On Jun 07, 2018
Sometimes it surprises me they way Hausa people are treated in south but when I saw bulk number of beggars then I understood the reason, it will take a long time before Hausa people gain their dignity back in south all because of beggars. But majority of those beggars are not from Nigeria because they resemble Hausa people that is why they are all taken as Hausa.
Politics / Side Effect Of Anti Cruption War To Common People by amunites19(m): 12:32pm On May 17, 2018
When there is corruption there will be more money available in circulations, because if money is stolen some part of it will be shared to people and some will be spent in some things that will bring jobs to common people like in constructions of houses and so on, which will automatically provide jobs to common people so money will be in circulations, but when all the leakages are sealed there will be no much money in circulations among people, so the side effect of anti corruption war is an increase of temporary poverty among common people. As Pharmacists say medicine also has its side effect.
As poverty level increases there is tendency that level of Arm robbery, Yahoo-Yahoo, Kidnapping, Arm bandits, Terrorism and all kind of different crimes will also increases, because if there is anything that human being cannot be patient about is food, man must eat. It is true that there is no excuse for committing crimes but government must try to reduce it to minimal level through orientations, training and so on.
Government must find way of helping people to reduce poverty by finding ways which money will be reaching to the common people in order to reduce pain of poverty and suffering during fight against corruption through the like of creating jobs, poverty alleviation programs, skills acquisitions through training and empowering through given loans. Infrastructure development can go hand in hand with poverty alleviation, people in poverty can not wait with food till infrastructural development is finish.
All the developed and developing countries eradicated poverty through huge investment in SMEs by the support of their government and it will not be exceptional for us.

Politics / Re: Donald Trump Condemns Killings Of Nigerian Christians in Meeting with Buhari by amunites19(m): 5:50pm On May 01, 2018
I saw that in white house's official broadcast they talked about protection for all faiths, this is like only Trump's speech grin
Politics / Re: "Trump Wants To Divide Nigeria" - MSSN by amunites19(m): 4:09pm On May 01, 2018
I don't known the reasons why Trump used Christians instead of Nigerians because alot of Muslims are also killed in Zamfara and in many other Bokoharam attacks, and there are also few Muslims who are indigens from Benue, Adamawa and other north central tribes, I am weak if the almighty CIA, FBI..... did not known this or are they collecting their datas from secondry sources instead of primary sources?

The way he put it some people from other part of the world can think that; it is a fight between Nigerian Muslims and Nigerian Christians. Also Government should put more effort in protecting the life of all Nigerians.

But according to Whitehouse' official broadcast they talked about protection for all faiths, it looks like Trump only speak for himself.

Thirty thausands (30,000) was deposited to my freind's zenith bank account from Ikoku branch Lagos and the guy ask me following questions: 1. Why the bank did not contact him since they have his contacts, especially if they received a complaint from the parties involved in the transaction? 2. If it is a test to check his integrity, who is testing him and why? 3. Banks should have a provision for people to be able to reverse money using soft applications or the banks to reverse the money by themselves?

Is better for HRs to adopt written test when testing a candidate about technical knowledge because the HRs mostly don't have the technical knowledge so they wouldn't known if the technical team are not manipulating the process; weither they are asking relevant questions or weither the candidate is giving right answers.
Agriculture / Re: 5 Top Benefits Of Cattle Colony by amunites19(m): 8:28am On Jan 25, 2018
Our government must protect the lives of every Nigerian and punish any body found guilty either Fulani or not, but the truth is we have to make sacrifices in order to live together, even if this country is divided we will still be neighbors forever, Fulanis travel along forests across different African countries to source for green grasses in order to feed their cows so why in Nigeria is always different from other African countries? Most of these Fulanis are not even settlers I don't think they will try to claim land ownership anywhere. There were frequent Fulani Vs Farmers fights in Northern Nigeria before the situation is addressed, Fulanis must be shifted away from Towns/Villages and the routine must continue, every time the Towns/Villages populations expand closer to the Fulanis' route the Fulanis must be shifted back in order not allow them mix together, afterall these Cows are our source of milk and meet, and as I analyse Cow-meat is consume or South more than North, so it is all our cows then lets resolve this issue once and forever.

We should stop making excuses and start contesting for an elections;
Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa became Nigerian Prime Minister at the age of 44, Cheif Oleshagun Obasanjo was Nigerian President for the first time at the age of 39, and President Muhammad Buhari became a president for the first time at the age of 41, yes it is true that they got the opportunity at that young age because the independence was not very long, but it shows that a person at that young age can manage a country like Nigeria, and if you look at France their present president is 39 years old.
People usually say "no gentleman in politics" but is wrong politics supposed to be for intelligent and gentlemen, because is gentlemen who are right full, we can't make change by sitting down and criticising only, we have to make a move before GOD can lift us, and by that time people would see if we can make difference about what we were criticising.
Any body can be a politician, if you have an interest in politics then you are politician just make a move and start doing something.

Politics / Re: The NGO Regulatory Bill: Summary & Its Implications On NGOs In Nigeria (Photos) by amunites19(m): 3:55pm On Sep 25, 2017
There is no problem in testing the drugs which NGOs use or checking of final result after a program is concluded, if there is an improvement compared with before. but the problem of fully regulating is fear of corruption where by some people can be using it for their personal interest, there are cases of selling free drugs which are not for sale in markets sourced from NGOs, or demanding money from the NGOs before they get access to do their work.

Properties / Tricks On How To Acquire A Land And Build A House For People With Low Income by amunites19(m): 10:30am On Apr 20, 2017
Acquiring of land is most difficult and most important in the process of building a house, because acquiring land need a bulk sum of money but construction of a building can be done little by little, it is not even advisable to use bulk sum of money for construction of building once, it is better been use for acquiring land.
1. First step is to find out a price of a land in the area you want to construct a building and find out the price of different sizes, knowing the
price will help person to have a target idea of the amount of money he need to save
2. Size of a land doesn’t matter, land can always be sold add money to buy bigger, when there is only money to buy 25’x25’ piece of land
just go ahead and buy, whenever there is more money buy the one attach to it or sell it add money and buy bigger
3. Buy land close to where you live or where your people live and you must always use trusted land agents, and lets the agents be keeping
you update whenever there is a land for sale
4. When you have a land of about 25’x50’ just start building it, it can be expanded when there is more money or it can always be sold at
any level of construction and the more it is develop the more it’s value increase
5. Is even better if construction is done little by little, foundation stage is one of the stages that consumes much materials, for a land of
about 25’x50; buy like two trips sand, a trip of stone, like a thousand blocks with like 15 bags cements, then you are a good to start
6. Blocks work is simpler just depends on income ; N60000 can buy about 300 blocks, 4 bags of cement and pay for a labour, as the work is
going little by little before you known building will be completed
7. The good thing about construction is when it is started, person will become in love with it any money he got some of it most go there.
Business / Re: Can CBN Sustain The Black Market Onslaught? by amunites19(m): 9:17am On Mar 05, 2017
No excuses, CBN must save us, check our neighboring countries which their economy is not strong as our own but the different between their official rate and black market mostly is about 0.01%.
Also when the different between official and black market rate is not much there would be no too much money laundering, so the people doing business outside the country would be using banks for their transactions which will provide more dollars in circulation and will reduce demand of dollars from CBN by the banks.

If CBN will also be demanding a dollar transactions reports from the banks they gave the dollar to, on who and who they sold their dollar to? I think this will really help.

Politics / Re: 6 Critical Reasons Why Northern Nigeria Remains The Poorest - Sen. Shehu Sani by amunites19(m): 12:02pm On Feb 26, 2017
Most of common northern people are good people, they are simple, humble, honest and very kind people, they can make decision and choose a leader without sentiments, and they can disown any corrupt leader. But the problem is:

1. Most of leaders from north are looters, they believe looting is not a sin, and they are always at for-front in most black-deals in Nigeria
2. Most of leaders from north can sacrifice anybody for their personal interest
3. Most of leaders from north use religion and tribe in deceiving common people and use big-man strategy to intimidate them
4. Some of the common people that take them as gods are mostly beggars who can't work hard and depend on themselves, they put all their need on them which will indirectly put pressure on the bosses and push them in finding money by all means
5. Or the so called local politicians ('Yan Jagaliya) who believe that their only profession is politics they don't do any other job, if any person didn't give them money they black list him and start character assassination against him
6. There are people who really love Islam but they don't really understand it, especially those who memorized holly Qur'an without knowing the meaning, if unlucky they come across a wrong imam who will misinterpret and use it to brainwash them.

Southerners too have their own problems may GOD help us all.
Politics / Re: Malami Queries Emefiele On Forex Fraud Allegation In CBN by amunites19(m): 11:29am On Feb 16, 2017
This dollar exchange rate is really disturbing, I believe dollar exchange rate should not supposed to be high like this, now as price of oil is high and with the amount of dollars recovering from looters, we supposed to have enough dollars in banks for direct exchange, since our external deposit reserve is increasing federal government must pump some dollars in to banks.
This exchange is what is fuelling in increase of food stuffs' prices and other commodities which is the part of the cause of hardship to people, and the much different between official rate and black market is what increasing in money laundering from other countries in to Nigeria because ones people cross with their money the money will multiply almost by 2 using black market.
Pumping enough dollars in to market to bring exchange rate down is just like poverty alleviation like N-Power and so on.
Islam for Muslims / Re: Islam Doesn't Teach Terrorism, Clarification Of The Quoted Qur'an Verses by amunites19(m): 12:46pm On Jan 27, 2017
I think there is really confusion about the verses of Qur'an that talk about Jihad, not to only to non-Muslims but to Muslims too, for my understanding for a person to really understand the Qur'an verses need to known what was the reason for a verse to be Narrate to prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) because Qur'an's verses were revealed one by one base on the happening events during prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), like the verse that talk about travelers can stop fasting during Ramadan while travelling and fast their missing ones latter after Ramadan when they finish the travel, it was revealed during Ramadan when people during prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) travelled and they were in difficult condition.
For my understanding the verses that talk about killing in Qur'an were revealed during wars and which happened that mostly it was the Muslims that were attacked first then they depend themselves, so the verses don't mean Muslims should just be killing non-Muslim (enemy) any time.
when I saw many verses that talk about Muslims should not force others to convert to Islam and I known Qur'an can never be contradicted, and prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) live together with non-Muslims, where by many of them testified how good he was, Some times it is we the Muslims that did not really understand the Qur'an.
But this is my understanding and Allah knows better and if there is anything any body understand differently feel free to explain to me. Thanks
