Its just the handbooks were handed out and the students must have been advised to go thru the handbook with their parents before signing the terms and conditions.

These students know the rules and the consequences and any disagreements should have been sorted out before they put down their signature.
If u wait till a couple of years before suing or bringing up any disagreements then i think its too late.

the way the lawyers go loss the case like wrapper ehn. seriously the school has its rules and regulations, failure to abide by the rules comes with consequences. most people dont take time to go through the school's handbook, the rules there are evn more stringent that then ones they enforce. Now any aggrieved party seeking redress must first go through the school's handbook before deciding whether the case can be won in court or not

It's not by force to go to private own schools.
