Do you mean he is younger or he is older? You sound really unintelligent.

Happy birthday anyway.
You are a joker ! Other coup plotters killed the president. ( ifeajuna & chukwuma, dimka ).

stagger: Have you ever heard of Tunde Thompson and Nduka Irabor and how Decree 4 was used to put these two journalists in jail until Buhari was removed from power and IBB freed them?
Have you ever heard of ESSENCO? (I am sure you were not born then; I am talking of 1984). Do you know how import licenses were issued to cronies of government to bring in essential foodstuff because it was cheaper to import goods than to manufacture them locally, thanks to useless policies of his government?
What of the ill-advised 1984 price controls which crippled many local companies forever?
Who were the beneficiaries of PTF contracts under Buhari's watch?
OP, some of us were very much alive and not babies when Buhari was in power. You cannot pull the wool over our eyes.
You are desperately digging to find Buhari's fault when your incumbent corrupt leader has 18 pages of the most despicable heinous crimes against the people of Nigeria as reported by his mentor and Godfather ObJ.

What they mean is that all OBJ said was true but the sniper issue may be a little inaccurate.

What I also confirmed is that OBJ cannot be anywhere near Mandela. Imagine he is unable to forgive al- Mustapha even though;

1. Al- Mustapha spent more years in prison than OBJ did.
2. Al- Mustapha was discharged by a court of law thru a legal process ( actually v. Long one) while OBJ was just pardoned .
And you are correct. GEJ and Buhari are not alike. It was Buhari that said and I quote "christians should vote for Christians, muslims should vote for muslims and Total islam law in the entire country (a country where half of its population are not muslim)
You can learn more from Soyinka about him
http://saharareporters.com/news-page/crimes-buhari-wole-soyinka
So yes, you are correct. It is a huge insult to put GEJ and Buhari in the same sentence therefore, I apologize to GEJ for insulting him.
Just listen to your desperate and ignorant self. So In your hate inspired lies about Buhari It was he who said" Christians should vote for Christians and Muslims shoul vote for Muslims " and as we saw Buhari went on to choose PASTOR BAKARE as his running mate ? What drugs are smoking ? As for the old man Soyinka we all know his opinion about GEJ and his domestic appendage , why don't you quote those as well?
you are an 1diot pretending to be American on NL whose sole purpose is running around giving the stup1dest political comments. You said and I quote "GEJ is the most corrupt man to ever rule over Nigeria" when it is a KNOWN FACT GEJ is not anywhere close to the corruption emitted by any of the men listed. Abacha alone milked the entire nation dry.

So yes, you are correct. It is a huge insult to put GEJ and Buhari in the same sentence therefore, I apologize to GEJ for insulting him.
Why are you so scared of Buhari , bringing him inside a purely PDP affair and confusion? And please stop comparing Buhari , the only selfless nationalist in Nigerian leadership and politics to the mental midget we are stuck with now.

What you said about Obasanjo in your short "open letter " may well be true but what Obasajo said about Jonathan is also true.

WRONG is always WRONG no matter who did It.

Kingspin: We know all this cheap and sometimes, childish media propagandas enough so, it left for matured men/women to catch it. Let their toy soldiers do the wandering. The persons and groups chanting he is not doing it well base on selfish interest, how much has they done in their capacities both past and present. 2015, is around the corner, voters be wise! If it not about national interest, 'FORGET IT'. As for me, i am not ready to join the wagons of deceivers. What about you?
You have so far avoided all the corruption questions. Is it okay for GEJ to be corrupt and support corruption because others did. It in the past. Is it wrong for us as Nigerian citizens and stakeholders in the Nigerian project to complain and point out breech of promise which the president took at his swearing in?
Politics › Re: Co-ordinated Political Attacks On GEJ 2015 by AnanseK(m): 2:44pm On Dec 14, 2013
Kingspin: Is it why the North brought Bokoharam to kill innocent Nigerians. This govt is not the first in Nigeria. You think with the nature of our political environment that it going to be easy over night to try men like IBB, 0BJ and co. The judiciary is in a mess, join politics . Grabing power by all means is not the issue. When SOUTH AFRICA was about to break up, their influencers men/women and particular all the political parties at the last minute signed an MOU that changed South Africa till date. And other than we (Nigeria)all agree, nothin we work in this nation. Something struck my mind on the South Africa issue and believe me bombs were going off than in that Country as it also doing in Nigeria currently but, hear this the ANC party insisted that the agreement is not subject to change, ignore or disown once an agreement is reach and signed by all parties involved including the incumbent government than. Meaning that all should STAND by any agreement reached. This last line took my mind back to Aburi Accord of 1967 signed outside the shore of this country. But, in Aburi we did not STAND. Probably, things would have change for this country, if Nigeria had stand by that jointly signed agreement. Becos it still the same problems till tomorrow . My point is this, the best way forward in the country is for us all to equally, sincerely and fairly come to a roundtable and agree.
You did not make any sense here at all. What are you really trying to say?
Politics › Re: Jonathan Remains PDP's Candidate For 2015 Elections - Tukur by AnanseK(m): 2:34pm On Dec 14, 2013
The 5 decamping governors are vindicated when they said there is no democracy in PDP. The man who will conduct the party primary election, the party chairman Tukur has already selected the 2015 candidate for the party. Who is looking for dictatorship? Go and see Tukur .

DerideGull: If there is iota of truth in the sense that the goofy letter from Sanusi Lamido Sanusi to President of Nigeria, which has been made public, does not have the facts and meant to mislead Nigerian public, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi should not stay on the post more than a day.

As for Stella Oduah, it is unfortunate that those who accused her of corruptible practices on the purchase of two cars by NCAA for the ministry of aviation do not even know the slightest connotation of the word- corruption. I am not surprised, after all, we are talking about Nigeria and Nigerians.
You see? I can tell how warped mind thinks, except that you didn't confirm that the CBN governorship should be given to stella Oduah.

solomon111: Gej is just being a good statesman by not overheating the polity unnecessarily and before time unlike our APC 'progressives'.
Who is overheating the polity?
1. The 5 PDP governors.
2. The speaker of the house (PDP.)
3. The PDP government appointed CBN governor.
4. The former PDP President and former PDP BOT chair and God father (OBJ).
The stage is left entirely for PDP to disgrace the president out of office. Watch and see.
Politics › Re: Jonathan Remains PDP's Candidate For 2015 Elections - Tukur by AnanseK(m): 7:49pm On Dec 13, 2013
GEJ is now a liability for PDP but Tukur's future depends on him so Tukur is actually fighting for his own life but I think it's too late.

Any one remember the tearful Mrs. Thatcher leaving 10 Downing Street in November 1990 ? It was all done by the Conservative party and PDP will do the same for GEJ. One and a half years later June 1992 she took her seat in the House of Lords. That may be the difference; GEJ may end up in prison.

bent on bringing down the govt of
Jonathan at all cost. I can see the old
alliance coming together again to protect
their interest and ensure that their spoils
of war, since 1970, is never taken away from them by the real owners.
Jonathan has proved to be perfectly capable of doing that himself. It was people like OBJ that have been cautioning him, but now the die is cast. Jona can only be president of Ijaw republic come 2015.

DerideGull: If it is remotely true that Sanusi Lamido Sanusi responded to NNPC that he no longer wants to talk about the wild fire he started rather idiotically, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi must be asked to resign as the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria.
But Stella Oduah must continue as the Aviation Minister. In fact she should be made the CBN governor in addition to her ministerial job. After all she is from the president's region. Isn't it ? I have completed your thinking for you.

sCun: There were Igbos, but you can't come up with any names. Your hatred for Igbos will kill you, just take time to go through your posts.
Even the hard core criminals of today are still Yorubas, Abbey Godogodo and the likes.
Goodluck in finding Igbo names, I doubt if you'll find any.
Goodluck ? What do you mean?
Nairaland General › Re: The Execution Of 'Doctor Oyenusi' A Notorious Robber by AnanseK(m): 6:42am On Dec 13, 2013
Sloan: This league of hard core thieves were Ibo, Yoruba and Edo / Benin of those days. Benson Iyamu was Edo, Anini Same. Oyenusi was Yoruba or so? There were also Ibos too and I can come back later with exact names. Capital punishment needs to be re-introduced for crimes like these, kidnapping, armed robbery, murder, high corruption, drug smuggling, oil bunkering, terrorism, gun running or smuggling, etc. Fraud must carry long jail terms of dozens of years and for big fraud, capital punishment with complete forfeiture of all assets. No plea bargains again.
Northerners have worked so hard to instill morality and justice in Nigeria. I think it is futile, even your northern kith and kin are gradually being recruited into violent gruesome crimes. ( for this few minutes don't mind the transient BH criminals whose motivation is perceived injustice, marginalization, ignorance and possibly political instigation from bad citizens). It is time the north seeks a new destiny , you northerners can never form a proper nation with these criminally minded people whether as leaders or as followers.
NB: They may want to insult me, but I have said the truth.

Obasanjo's lust for power and relevance has finally come to an end. Baba is dead! Long live the King Jonathan.

..... and King Jonathan gave the Otta farmer the biblical Naman's treatment. Afterwards Nigeria lived happy ever after.
Very sad indeed, if you really believe what you are saying about the "one eyed king Jonathan ". cry

And you still want to fight corruption by causing concusion?
You have got a warped way of reasoning. So we should fold our arms and watch GEJ and the gang destroy the country because OBJ was also corrupt. What is your yardstick/standards in leadership and morality if I may ask?
Politics › Re: Co-ordinated Political Attacks On GEJ 2015 by AnanseK(m): 9:30pm On Dec 12, 2013
DerideGull: You are a calibrated dunce. What form of corruption has GEJ refused to fight? I doubt it if you will recognize any forms of corruptions even when it is placed on the dirty ridge of your nose.
What is wrong is wrong who ever did it and GEJ is shamelessly corrupt and may end up in jail.
