Why did allah choose all his "prophets" from the Jewish lineage?

This is what I really want to know.

How come only Muhammed the supposed last and greatest prophet is chosen from the Arab stock?

Why were all others Jewish? Why didn't Allah interchange his prophets in between these races?

How come this God (Yahweh still speaks to these other people, but not to Arabs) why did Allah stopped talking immediately Muhammed died?
And, if Allah is the God who sent these other prophets, why did Allah command the Arabs under the Tutelage of Muhammed to so hate and kill the same Jews and Christians whom he sent these other prophets to?
