CrimeLagos Worker Kills His Boss, flees With Hiscar, barely Amonth After Being Employed by Anderlis(op): 9:08am On Mar 08, 2017
Precious Victor, 20, was reportedly employed by an Information and Communications Technology consultant, Mr. Kayode Oso (pictured), about a month ago to manage a bar he opened on Akinremi Street, Ikeja, Lagos State. The deceased reportedly retired to the bar every day after closing from work. .

However, Victor was said to have invited two of his friends, identified as Kelechi Kalu and Ahmed Abubakar, to the bar on Saturday. The 53-year-old had entered the pub as usual when an argument ensued between him and Victor, who called in his friends.

The three men allegedly beat the father of four to a pulp before stabbing him in different parts of the body. They reportedly locked Oso’s remains in the bar and drove in his car to a hotel in the Abule Egba area. .

Victor and Abubakar reportedly changed their blood stained clothes and returned to the bar as if nothing happened. However, a customer, who had noticed when they left the premises with the blood stained clothes, raised the alarm, leading to their arrest.

A family friend said that the suspects had attacked the victim in his office after demanding money and Oso’s ATM card. He explained that efforts by Oso to beg for his life fell on deaf ears. .

He said, “When Oso got to the shop that day, he met the three men but didn’t suspect anything. He had entered when the three men attacked him. They demanded money, his ATM card and the key to a car he parked on the premises.

When he told them he didn’t have money and was not using any ATM card, which was true, they beat him and stabbed him up to death.” The third suspect, Kelechi Kalu, is on the run and had been declared wanted by the police.

PoliticsHow Dasuki’s Aide, Others Used 5 Firms To Divert N36.8bn —EFCC by Anderlis(op): 4:56am On Mar 08, 2017
ABUJA—The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, yesterday, narrated before the Federal High Court in Abuja, how Colonel Nicholas Ashinze, who was special assistant to the detained National Security Adviser, NSA, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), used five companies to divert public funds to the tune of N36.8 billion.

The anti-graft agency told the court that Ashinze perpetrated the fraud in connivance with an Austrian, Wolfgang Reinl, as well as two other defendants, Edidiong Idiong and Sagir D. Mohammed.

It gave names of the five companies that allegedly served as conduit pipes for the illegal diversion of funds from office of the NSA under Dasuki, as Geonel Integrated Services Limited, Unity Continental Nigeria Limited, Helpline Organization, Vibrant Resource Limited and Sologic Integrated Services Limited.

According to the agency, the fraud was allegedly committed between 2014 and 2015.

All the defendants, including the five companies are currently answering to a 13-count criminal charge before trial Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the high court.

The court commenced hearing on the matter, yesterday, with a lead investigator at the EFCC, Mr. Hassan Saidu, testifying against the defendants.

Led in evidence by the prosecution counsel, Offen Uket, the witness told the court that the N36.8 billion was sequentially released to the defendants from an account of ONSA domiciled in the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN.

Saidu told the court that the EFCC made some recoveries after it executed a search warrant issued against the defendants. Aside from tendering the warrant which the court admitted into evidence, the witness, listed some of the recovered items, including documents showing how the funds were wired to the five companies via electronic transfers.

One of the items admitted and marked Exhibit 2C by the court, contained list of companies, their banks, account numbers of each of the companies and amount transferred to each of the five companies.

“When we went through exhibit 2C, we got some information about the companies and the banks listed and the various amounts that were transferred to the accounts of the various companies.

“From the information, we asked Heritage/Enterprise bank for details of the transaction, they obliged us and after the analysis of the account, we found out that N3.125b was transferred to the account of Geonel Integrated Services with Heritage from the CBN.

“We discovered that Unity Continental got N120m from ONSA account in CBN on the 22nd of April 2014.

“Same day, the sum of N550million was transferred from the ONSA account in CBN in favour of Law Partners and Associates account with Zenith bank on 22 April 2014.

“Another N500million was transferred from Geonel with Heritage/Enterprise to Helpline account on April 24, 2014”.

More so, the witness said N100million was transferred from Heritage/Enterprise bank to GTB account of Vibrant Resources Ltd on 23 April, while on the same day, Sologic Integrated, got N120million from Geonel’s account at Heritage/Enterprise.

Saidu also told the court that Law Partners and Associates also received another payment which was not captured in exhibit 2C, to the tune of N450mllion on May 5, 2014.

“It was transferred from Geonel’s account domiciled in Heritage/ Enterprise bank. This was the only transaction not captured in exhibit 2c”, the witness added.

“We found out that exhibit 2c was prepared 3 days after the N3.125m was given value in the account of Geonel. We also found out that N2.5b was transferred from CBN to Geonel’s account on Feb 16, 2015″ the witness added.

“Similarly my lord, we found out that this N3.125b was for a purported contract given to Geonel as mobilisation fee in securing 22 dams in Nigeria while the N2.5B was for full and final payment for the purported contract”.

He said the contract was awarded from the ONSA to Geonel Integrated Services.

The witness further told the court that EFCC investigations revealed that Unity Continental Nigeria Ltd was owned by Sagir Mohammed (3rd defendant) who he said was a course mate and friend to the former NSA Sambo Dasuki.

“Law Partners and Associates belongs to Barrister Edidion Idiong, a friend and associate to Dasuki. Helpline Organization is owned by Bello Fadili, who was formerly second in command to Dasuki.

“Vibrant Resources belongs to Abubakar Dasuki, junior brother to Dasuki qhile SOLOGIC Integrated Services Nig Ltd belongs to Bello Ibiyemi Abayemi, son of Bello Fadili”.

“After execution of the search warrant on December 28, 2015, on the next day, we asked the 1st defendant (Ashinze) whether he would make statement in relation to the items recovered from his house at No 67 Vision Estate Apo Abuja, he accepted; and he recorded the statement in my presence and my colleague”, he added.

Meanwhile, the defendants vehemently opposed admissibility of Ashinze’s statement, even as the court adjourned ruling on the issue till March 21.

PoliticsNigerians Have Started Seeing Apc’s Change — Sen Ojudu by Anderlis(op): 3:45am On Mar 08, 2017
Senator Babafemi Ojudu represented Ekiti Central senatorial district in the Senate between 2011 and 2015. He is currently the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Political Matters. In this chat, he bares his mind on burning national issues especially as regards the president’s health and steps being taken by the Buhari administration to bring the country out of recession. Excerpts:

What is your reaction to controversies over the president’s continued absence from the country?

The controversy is most unnecessary. He has done what is required by the law. The constitution envisaged this situation and stipulated how it should be handled.

The President, as a honourable person, has complied with the provisions of the law by transmitting a letter to the National Assembly informing the members that he will be going on vacation and also handed over the reins of power to his deputy to serve in acting capacity till he returns.

Again, when it was necessary for him to extend the trip following doctor’s advice, he also wrote to the National Assembly and communicated same to Nigerians. So, I sincerely believe that he has complied with the provisions of the law.

Nigerians want to hear him talk to them?

I do not know exactly what those who are asking for that want to know. As Nigerians, they have their right to express their opinion and make demands of their President. What point they are seeking to make with a broadcast from a President who has admitted he has a medical condition which he has to take care of I do not know.

Should the Doctrine of Necessity be applied in this case?

What will they say necessitates that?
We all have to familiarise ourselves with what the law says on this issue. I do not think the situation demands that.

What is the difference between the present situation and what happened during the Yar‘Adua years?

No similarity as I can see. During the time of Yar’Adua, there was a vacuum. The then President failed to transmit power to the Vice President, and Nigerians were not told where he was.

In this case, President Buhari has complied with the dictate of the Constitution, and we all know that he is in Nigeria House in London where associates, family, and friends do go to visit him.

Nigerians are saying the APC has failed, do you think so?

It is true that things are hard. It is not difficult to know why it is so as we are all aware that the last government and previous governments in the country didn’t put in place a structure that would have provided a cushion for the drastic fall we experienced in the price of oil when this government came into being.

As soon as the government came into being, oil price went down from $110 to $29, and daily export dropped from 2.2 million barrels per day to 1 million barrels. As at December 2015, the country could boast of foreign exchange earnings of $1.2 billion per day.

By February 2016 it had drastically dropped to $400 million per day. Even in a family economy, if earnings dropped from N1000 to N300 a month there is no way the family can be comfortable.

It is this situation the Buhari government came into but with a resolve to right the wrongs of the past by aggressively fighting corruption and recovering as much as it could from those who have looted the resources of the country; dialogue with the Niger Delta people to ensure seamless production and export of crude while looking at their welfare and coming up with development projects for the region.

The government has also vigorously pursued diversification of the economy so that the nation will depend less on income from crude oil. Agricultural production has been revved up, and the government has mounted campaigns to discourage Nigerians from depending on imported goods.

All of these take time to mature. Nigerians have started seeing the effects of these policies, and very soon it shall be hallelujah. There are concerns that many APC leaders, who worked for the party in 2015 are yet to be taken care of while some PDP chieftains are still occupying key positions in this administration. How true is that?

Yes, there are concerns. This is being sorted out. Our party members will smile soon. What step is the presidency taking to address the xenophobic attacks in South Africa and ensure the safety of Nigerians over there?

The foreign ministry and the minister are working hard at it. The details of the actions taken so far you can obtain from the office of the minister. All I know is that the government is concerned, and Hon Abike Dabiri Eruwa who is the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Diaspora Matters is also on top of the situation.

How soon will Nigerians benefit from the change promised by your party? Nigerians are already benefitting in many ways. Corruption is being frontally attacked. Though not yet fully wiped out it has been drastically reduced. Peace is gradually being achieved in the North East and the Niger Delta.

The Social Investment program of the government is on course, and many unemployed Nigeria are being absorbed under the npower component of it.

The one meal a day school feeding programme has taken off in nine states and the conditional cash transfer for the poor of the poor has also taken off in some states of the federation. Work is going on for the commencement of rail roads linking Lagos to Kano and Lagos to Calabar.

The Acting President recently launched a programme on the ease of doing business in Nigeria. This will reduce the bureaucratic bottlenecks that both Nigerians and foreigners experiences in setting up and doing businesses in Nigeria.

The second Niger Bridge is under construction, and many other critical road arteries across Nigeria have been awarded for construction. We only need to be patient for all these programmes to mature and give a new lease of life to Nigerians.

PropertiesKnow Your Right As A Tenant by Anderlis(op): 1:11pm On Mar 07, 2017
Whenever you enter a lease or tenant agreement you should know there as certain obligations you must carry out as a tenant and also there certain obligations your landlord must oblige to. In most cases landlords tend to push their obligations to their tenants whereby trying to indemnify themselves of their lawful responsibilities. Well, most tenants are only aware of external and internal repairs agreement but there are most obligations to the landlord to fulfil and more obligations to fulfil as a tenant.

These obligations are either implied by law while others are expressly negotiated and entered into by the landlord and tenant.

Implied Covenant

These are rights and obligations belonging to the parties whether they are expressly agreed or not. The rights and obligations are provision of the law and they are binding on one as landlord or tenant.

Express Covenant

Those rights and obligations which are expressly discussed and agreed upon by the landlord and the tenant. Therefore, they are rights and obligations negotiated by the landlord and tenant.

Implied Covenants of the Landlord
These are rights of the tenant and must be carried out by the land. These rights are binding on the landlord by law and they are not expressly discussed and agreed.

Rights of the Tenants

Quiet Enjoyment of the Property
This simply means that the tenant should be allowed to use the property for the purpose(s) it was leased or let to him. On expiration of tenancy due to effluxion of time and the tenant is not ready to leave the house for some reasons, the landlord has to follow due legal process to recover his property from the tenant and if he decides to use forceful means he can be sued for breach of quiet enjoyment.

Exclusive Possession

This means that only the tenant excluding the landlord shall be in control of the property let to him. Even if the landlord wants to carry out repairs he should the tenant advance notice to allow him come in and carry out the repairs.

Not to Derogate from Grant

The landlord should not frustrate the tenant in the use of the leased property. If the house or shop is leased or let to tenant for business, the landlord is not allowed to hinder the tenant directly or indirectly from using it for the business. For instance if a property is let for music business the landlord shall not complain about noise from the property.

The Property Should be fit for Human Habitation

The property should be fit for human habitation and not for animals, depending on the parties’ agreement. Therefore the landlord has to make the property comfortable for habitation, where the landlord refuses to do so the tenant can carry out such repairs and subtract the money from his rent.

Tenant’s Rights under Express Covenants

Covenant to Repair

It is the right of the tenant that the landlord should bear the burden of carrying out repairs of property in case of any damages which depreciates the quality of the property. Where a landlord neglects or refuses to repair, the tenant can carry out the repairs and later ask for reimbursement from the landlord.

Covenant to Insure the Property Against Fire

Here, the liability to insure the property leased against fire is subject to express agreement. If it is expressly agreed that the property should be insured by the landlord, it becomes the landlord’s obligation and not the tenant.

Covenant not to Assign or Sublet the Property

Generally, a tenant is at liberty to transfer his interest in the leased property to a third-party either by mortgaging, subleasing it or any manner he so wishes. However, this right can be curtailed by an express agreement between the landlord and the tenant. But where the lease is silent on the issue of subletting then the tenant can sublet.

Length of Notice to Quit

Although there are laws, which govern the length of notice to be given to quit the property, the landlord and tenant notwithstanding the laws, can go on to agree on different length of notice to determine the lease/tenancy. And when it is agreed, it supersedes the legislative one.

Review of the Rent Clause

The tenant has the right just as the landlord to review the rent payable over the property. It can be reviewed upwards by the landlord and downward by the tenant. To avoid misunderstanding it is always advisable to include such a clause in the tenancy agreement.

Renewal of Tenancy

Usually a clause is inserted into the tenancy agreement, which gives that only the tenant the right to ask for the renewal of the tenancy.

Big brother disqualified kemen for sexual harrasment which is no longer news but can we take a deeper look at the parties involved and the environment it happened.

Environment

Big brother's house: let's take cognizance of the fact that big brother's house is a house of immoralities for which so many have called for the cancellation of the show as it impact not even an iota of moral lesson to the viewers and to the country at large. Housemates indulge in sexual activities of different kinds and degree, indecent dressing is a thing for viewers and housemates pleasure, smoking and drinking of alcohlic drinks just to name but a few. All this activities happens under the nose of big brother and they are acceptable in the house. Not forgetting housemates of different genders are even allowed to sleep on the same bed.

Kemen

Kemen is one of the party involved in this act and was victimized in the sense that several immoral act have been going on in the house but he was used as a scape goat just because several call of cancellation have been made. In other to kill the pressure kemen was used as an example to prove to veiwers that big brother has everything under control apparently no doubt about that "his house, his rules".

Tboss

Tboss is a housemate who walks about big brother's house naked just to seek attention in the quest of emerging as the winner of the cash prize and suv. Tboss is a housemate that when she dress she does not wear bra, she prefers her breast wagging from right to left causing all sort of sexual arousement to both viewers and the housemate.

My point being, i see no cogent reason for the disqualification of kemen because the house is based on immoralities and obviously kemen and tboss have being sleeping on the same bed for some time. Few days ago at one of their usual discussions kemen and tboss were topic of their discussion where kemen mentioned to tboss of all the advances he has made to her but she disapproved of him and he would like to know her reason and tboss gave him an answer where she mentioned a night kemen and herself slept on the same bed and he took permission from her to cuddle which she granted him and and she also said there is a way he cuddles her every night and most times she wonders if it is her breast he is always looking for but obviously not because the breast is there. So therefore a formal permission has been granted to kemen to cuddle and it was on that ground he decided to cuddle her but few nights ago and was victimized for that fact just to shut the mouth of those that are calling for the cancellation of the show.
PoliticsI'm 3 Years Older Than Him - Wife Of The New Ondo State Governor by Anderlis(op): 9:08am On Mar 04, 2017
I'm 3 years older than him. We met during NYSC. Wife of the new Ondo State Governor

Mrs. Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, the wife of Ondo State governor, Rotimi Akeredolu' made the revelation in an interview with Mary Ekah of ThisDay. When asked how she met him, the Imo State indegene said: "It’s a long story. Actually my husband was a youth corper then in Enugu. .

I was also posted to Enugu. So a friend of mine visited me and then she came along with her boyfriend who also came along with my husband. That was how we met and it was love at first sight. I think people frown at love at first sight but it worked for us.

I fell in love with his broad shoulders. Then he was really looking very cute. I can still remember what he was wearing that day. I won’t forget – a red shirt, long sleeves, and jean trousers. He was really looking great and then we were very young and restless. .

That was like 37 years ago. He couldn’t even take me out because he didn’t have money as a youth corper. It was quite magnetic and that was it. And besides I have always said that whoever that was going to marry me must be able to sweep me off my feet completely and that was exactly what happened. .

There is a three-year age difference between us. I am older than him anyway. I was like 25 then while he was 22. It was love that really endured. I had graduated and in my place when a girl graduates from the university, suitors come from left, right and centre. .

And your parents would expect you to go for a self-made man with everything. But I have always known that there was no way I could have married a self-made man. I will rather build a home from the scratch with you because I want to have a say in my home."

Christianity EtcChristianity Has Become Magic And Fake Youths Are Eating It Up - Charlyboy by Anderlis(op): 3:47pm On Mar 03, 2017
In his new article, titled "Fake Nigerian Christians, he said: "I am not a religious kinda person. I think religion has nothing to do with survival. I kinda believe in God, but I don't believe in religion. I don't need religion to know God. I think religion is mankind's way of mumurizing mumu's.

Talk about our churches, come and see fakeness dressed in three piece suit and a Jerry curled hair. Too much fakeness swimming in Nigeria today. From fake marriages, friendships, lovers, leaders, pastors, parents, judges, breasts, pussies, dicks, politicians, leaders, to fake products everywhere, oh my world! It's like most of the things in Nigeria today are just fake. Kai… Chineke.

Most Naija Christians are a bunch of sorry ass fakers. We pray as though we were the most prayerful set of people on the face of the earth yet our hearts belongs to Babylon.

Na so dem go sidon dey look God face to do for them that which ability would have accomplished. For sermons, our fake pastors preach about miracles and breakthroughs. Our fake youths now believe that through miracles and breakthroughs, a person can get something out of nothing.

Haba… Mumu thinking, You wan reap where you no sow? Christianity has become magic and fake youths are eating it up. See how the fake Mumu congregations celebrate symbols of instant success like the riffraffs in leadership who looted us into poverty; the scammers; the 419s; the thieves in the Banking sector and MMM devotees.

What a goddamn shame that this is the type of success messages you hear from the Pulpit of different churches. You don't need any fucking pastor’s blessing to make it in life. The shout of “I receive it!” alone is not enough to bless you for that week. .

The shout of “Amen!” no matter how loud, doesn’t make God to fulfill any of your selfish wishes. No anointing oil, speaking in tongues, dry fasting, casting and binding can produce miracles where you haven't worked for it. Bleep that shit! We are a country with a lot of fake-punk-assholes prancing around like Christians."

A husband kissed his wife goodbye before being buried in a coffin under a city street – Friends and family closed the lid of the casket and dumped soil on top of it after John Edwards climbed inside the box and laid down.
The pensioner is to spend three days inside the coffin in a hole dug with a JCB outside a church in Belfast. But he will at least have the benefit of mod cons including broadband internet.
John hopes the stunt will help raise awareness for those suffering from addiction and depression. The former addict founded the charity Walking Free, which helps people who are suicidal and those with addiction.

He will live stream help and advice to addicts from inside his coffin.

“I’m a former addict and I’ve been clean and sober for 25 years,” John said.
“I’m making a very large coffin, I’m burying it in East Belfast and I’m going to live in it for three days.”

During his three-day stint in the coffin, John will be broadcasting stories of hope from his temporary underground home to help those who are struggling.

“I know this is a radical move but people are continually contacting me who are either suicidal or who know friends or family who are,” he told Belfast Live .
“My plan is to speak to them from the grave before they get there and show them hope.”

A piece of ground alongside Willowfield Parish Church, in the east of the city, was prepared for the stunt as JCBs dug a hole to accommodate a coffin.

The coffin, big enough for John to sit up and lie down in, has been kitted out with electrics and broadband. The live stream from the coffin will be broadcast on the Walking Free website and live on Facebook.
John will take calls, emails, Skype and texts from people around the world, who in turn will share their stories, live streaming through the coffin.

It is hoped the feed will reach millions around the world.

“People will communicate with me how they have navigated and overcome trauma, suicide attempts, coping with addicted children or family members as well as addiction to substance and behavior,” he said.

John, a committed Christian who has been happily married to wife Trish for 20 years, said he is both privileged and humbled to help those who’ve lost hope.

Willowfield rector David McClay said:

“John is going into the coffin on Ash Wednesday which marks the start of Lent. The season of Lent is one when Christians talk about dying to ourselves.

“But the message from the grave is one of hope – hope for those who are struggling with addictions, hope for those who feel life is hopeless, and hope of life that is eternal.

“John knows that he is going to be buried on March 1. The rest of us don’t know when we will be buried, when our lives will end – but for every Christian there is the confident hope of life forever because of what Jesus has won for us on the cross.

“He did it so that we don’t have to pay the price for our sin and guilt. John Edwards demonstrates the amazing transformation that Jesus can bring to our lives. I invite you to join in the live streaming of this event and hear for yourself.”

John’s exploits can be followed on Twitter using the hashtag #GraveChat – and is also streaming video from inside the coffin on his Facebook page.

CrimeXenophobic Attacks: Niger Delta Militants Threaten To Shutdown MTN, DSTV, Others by Anderlis(op): 8:46am On Mar 02, 2017
A coalition of Niger Delta militants on Wednesday threatened to blow up Multichoice (DSTV), MTN, Shoprite and 16 other major South African investments in Nigeria if the Federal Government failed to close them down within one month.

The militant groups, who were reacting to the ongoing xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and their businesses, gave one month ultimatum to South Africans living in Nigeria to relocate.

The threat from the militant groups namely, Niger Delta Watchdogs, Niger Delta Volunteers and Niger Delta Strike Force is contained in a copy of a letter addressed to the Office of the South African High Commission to Nigeria located at 71, Usuma Street, Off Gana Street, Abuja.

Signatories to the letter are General John Duku (Niger Delta Watchdogs), General Ekpo Ekpo (Niger Delta Volunteer) and General Hart Bradford (Niger Delta Strike Force).

In the letter titled ‘Attack and Killings of Nigerians Living in South Africa’, the militants expressed anger that the South African Police were shielding criminals and joining them (criminals) to kill Nigerians.

Apart from MTN, DSTV and Shoprite, some of the South African companies in Nigeria listed for attack by the militants are Eskom Nigeria, South African Breweries (SAB Miller), Umgeni Water, Refresh Product, LTA Construction and Protea Hotels.

Others, according to the letter, are Critical Rescue International, Global Outdoor Semces, PEP Retail Stores, Woolworths Holdings Limited, Truworths International Limited, Clover Industries, Oracle, Power Giant and Airtime.

The militants said, “Arising from the joint meeting of the Niger Delta Watchdogs, Niger Delta Volunteers and Niger Delta Strike Force held today (Wednesday) in Port Harcourt, we condemn the recent attack on Nigerians in South Africa.

“We want to state that the recent attack (on Nigerians in South Africa) will mark the end of this nonsense because we will not fold our arms and allow this to continue. We, therefore, call on the Nigerian Government to immediately close down all the businesses owned by South Africans in Nigeria.

“Failure to close down these companies within one month, we shall mobilise in full force and commence massive attack on the above mentioned South African-owned investments in Nigeria. We shall also make sure that all MTN masts and offices are brought down to naught.

“We shall strike any property and persons from South Africa within our reach; we will bring down Multichoice (DSTV), Shoprite and others. We will not fold our arms and watch you (South Africans) slaughter our people like chickens for no just cause.

“We are fully prepared; our professional fighters are already strategising, South Africans must be crushed in Nigeria; our people must be free from these wicked agents.”

PoliticsDasuki Gate: Obanikoro’s Wife Loses Abuja Mansion To FG by Anderlis(op): 8:15am On Feb 28, 2017
A Federal Capital Territory High Court, sitting in Abuja, has ordered that Alhaja Moroophat Obanikoro, the wife of a former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, should forfeit her property pending the outcome of investigations into her husband and children.

The court also rejected a prayer asking the EFCC to pay her the sum of N200m for violating her fundamental human rights. Obanikoro’s wife has, however, headed for the Appeal Court to challenge the court judgment. .

As part of investigations into the $2.1bn arms scam, involving the Office of the National Security Adviser, the EFCC had traced the transfer of about N4.7bn to the Diamond Bank account of Sylvan McNamara, a company allegedly owned by Obanikoro’s two sons – Gbolahan and Babajide.

Out of the N4.7bn, Obanikoro allegedly gave N3.880bn to Ayodele Fayose and Senator Iyiola Omisore in July 2014, when they were PDP governorship candidates in Ekiti and Osun states respectively. .

Obanikoro allegedly kept over N600m to himself. The EFCC subsequently seized a house in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State allegedly belonging to Obanikoro’s sons – Gbolahan and Babajide – and a property located at 44 Mamman Kotangora Crescent, Katampke Extension, Abuja, belonging to their mother.

However, Obanikoro’s wife argued that she bought the property over 7 years before the alleged arms scam took place. She urged the court to give an order setting aside the sealing of the property; an order directing the EFCC to pay her the sum of N200m as general damages for the unlawful and unconstitutional invasion of the property.” .

The EFCC, however, argued that investigation had shown that, “the property belongs to Musiliu Obanikoro and he paid for the statutory charges for the property.” .

In his ruling, the Justice Y. Halilu said he could not stop the EFCC from doing its work, adding that all Nigerians must unite in the fight against corruption. He added, “I shall refuse the application because it is most unmeritorious and specially packaged to deceive this court. God forbid.”

TV/Movies#BBN: Bisola And Bally Sneaks Into The House + All That Happened This Morning by Anderlis(op): 2:04pm On Feb 27, 2017
The Housemates didn’t wake up to the usual workout today opting instead to play cards in the kitchen (no doubt an attempt to keep their mind off the quadruple Eviction!) TTT, Uriel, Kemen and Bassey were the first ones up but it wasn’t long before people started shuffling out of their beds and into the kitchen for a morning snack.

Perhaps it’s the shock of Bisola and Bally’s mock Eviction but Uriel was quite cosy with Efe despite their explosive fight yesterday!

She pulled up from behind and wrapped her arms around him holding him close for quite a long while. For a moment Efe seemed tense but he soon relaxed and went back to his usual habit of making jokes about Uriel’s butt calling it “darker than her face!” Uriel protested saying it was actually lighter before Efe clapped back and said she was “bleaching it then!”

The Housemates then headed out to the front yard to stretch and workout. The mood the entire time was decidely somber and they went through all the motions in complete silence. Bally, Bisola, Ese and Jon’s absence in the House was clearly being felt this morning!

Funny enough, Bisola and Bally were sneaking into the bathroom to shower at that exact moment and giggling gleefully at the fact that their fellow Housemates were clueleess about Biggie’s trick.

The workout wrapped and people went to shower but Debie-Rise and Bassey decided to pair up and continue exercising leading to this adorable moment.

Can you say couple goals? Who do think will have the craziest reaction to Bally and Bisola’s return?

We wait for the Head of House task today.. Be sure we’d keep you updated.
