That is not right because it was a trust reposed on him that made them give him cash without any form of receipt.

So if he start denying that nothing of such was given to him, his reputation is at stake and also would now destroy his integrity if any still left as his boss and his boss friend would now give evidence that the said money was actually given to him.His boss would stand as a witness against your brother and that alone would send him to jail.

Op, how dear your brother would given such his so called trusted friend such amount of money and do not know his house, his relations or a way of getting him?

Your brother can only appeal to his boss, tell him the truth and ask him for time to get the guy.

Madam, you did the right thing.Banks these days are been managed by fraudsters who only take advantage of their customers. The official of the bank who is in charge of loading the ATM is response for the theft.At the end of the day's transaction, he was supposed to have seen an excess amount but he kept it to himself.

Many people has been going through same issue with most of these banks and at the point you report the case, they will even blame you that the machine actually dispensed the money.

Same way I went to one of the ATM's to draw money, only for the machine to dispense along with Fake currency.I only discovered that when I went to fuel my car.

There is a lady I got her number through 'truecaller number search' about a year ago. Incidentally, we happened to be from the same state. Based on my conversation with her I can deduced that she is religious and intelligent. She is a University student. She even happened to know one of my sisters in her class.

I made an attempt to see her when I visit home last year. She refused to see me, instead called me to thank God for journey mercy back to my state of residence. From there, I stopped calling her because me I want a serious relationship but she seems not serious. So I called off the r/ship. After about 6 months she sent me greetings on whatsapp which I accepted, and restarted the talking and the chatting.
This week she came to one neighbouring state for a wedding, and I offered to visit her which she accepted. I travelled to the state ysterday to see her. on reaching there, I called her around 5:30pm she gave the venue I can meet her but she said after sunset lets meet. After sunset, I called she said she has left the venue, I asked her to tell me where she is now, she declined. It is story upon story. She refused to pick my calls later. I decided to return to my state that night and got hone around 12:30am.

What surprise me is this is somebody I see as religious but ending up decieving me. It is a lesson.

Same Oshodi they took off a gold plated frame I bought in the US for $1,499 while I was In traffic.Cant forget that issue.
Ask her to first go to the nearest police station to make a report of the theft and get a police extract. With that report, she should take it to the NAFDAC office.

It is now that is falling sick. When she was diverting crude money, she never went to the hospital for one day. Insiders involved. The way banks these days employ staff as contract staff has destroyed the financial sector and has exposed depositors to risk as fraud has increased on daily basis.

These young bankers who earn less and work like elephants has chosen to do anything in order to get money and get out of the system because their future are not guaranteed anymore.

This guy should sue the bank and claim damages.I believe that the bank would not wanna go to court hence out of court settlement would come up.

Simple case.Get your lawyer and have the bank taken to court and they should pay the amount and damages.If the bank is reasonable, they should call you back, calculate the accrued interest till current date of the refund,the principal amount and the amount to settle this case behind closed door meeting or you sue them to court for over 10 million.

Those police officers are use,....less and should be dealt with. No matter what the woman did, seeing her pregnant should have restrained them from arresting her by force. They should have taken the particulars of her car and asked her to report to their station if they felt she aired.

How come that police men would hire a commercial bus and be going about arresting and extorting money from those they were been paid to protect of which these same individuals pay direct and indirect Tax used in paying these useless officers robbing officially with gun.
