Erukulele:Let your lawyer get back to them and make the see the need to get the issue resolved on time so that you can get the issue sorted out.Make sure that you have a good lawyer, not the one that can go behind you and collect money and keep dragging the case until frustration sets in. If I were to be you, I will be shouting on top of my voice in the banking hall and also go to their head office and tell them that I will call in the press or go to AIT on this issue.The bank wouldn't want to hear this and they will pay you off. |

The steps your lawyer is taking is the right step in the right direction. The bank should be held responsible for any act committed by their staff. The bank wouldn't want to let this go further because it will ridicule the image of the bank to the public. If it goes to the law court, you can claim damages of which I know the bank wouldn't want to go through that. In fact it was an unprofessional attitude for the bank to tell you to go look for the customer. You have a very good case because they employed the staff and under them that the transaction was established and thank God you have documents to back up this.I knew of a case whereby a lady bought shares from a bank and the lady staff did not give her any receipt for the purchase of the shares.Later when she got to the bank, she was told that the staff had left the bank and they requested for any receipt but none.She lost her case. Anytime you are doing any transaction with any bank these days, keep track of all transactions with you.Most bank staff these days are mare fraudsters.I do not blame them but the bank itself for employing them as contract staffs and can throw them out as they want hence they find means to defraud their employers. I think The Nigerian Institute of banks and also The CBN should put a stop to this by asking banks to stop contract staffs as they have done more harm to the industry than good. |

Lovely and understanding woman. That is what gives her joy to see you and herself walk as husband and wife. She is an understanding woman and you are blessed. I have read some of your posts and I found out that you are a pastor. I feel you must have taken a decision to change the church and start your own. We are created in the image of God Almighty and if a church cannot change your life, change the church. You cannot afford to go through pain in order to take care of your home. It is good to serve or do the work of God but you must not be used , rather discover who you are and the area of your calling and move on with your life. Change church. There is no church in heaven only saints. If church cannot change you, change the church. We are all created in the image of God and therefore, we have same spirit with those at that position as a pastor.ONLY know your area of calling and let a real true man of God pray for you.There is noway you can sustain a family with what you earn. |

Why must your sister be taken away or kidnapped from the church in the first place. One, the church pastor or members of the church around must be arrested and also her husband must be arrested too because he is a suspect. Do not allow this stay overnight because anything bad could happen if a space is been given to them. Why must your sister's husband insist that she come out from the so called church and also what steps was taken by the church when their member was taken away? Someone is not straight here and arrest of the pastor, the husband and some other of the church members around must be effected immediately. |

Op is mad, undeveloped and uncultured.He is a disgrace to fatherhood,his profession and worthless man who deserve to be stoned for the comment he has made herein. I have never EVER seen a man with his right senses that would make such uncomplimentary statement about his legally married wife and kids and even went ahead to say "her children" and I ow wonder if actually this guy is normal.Only mad man refers his children as her children when a woman cannot make children unless a man is involved. This story sound stvpid to me.Someone just called you through air or whatever means and out of nothing, you started withdrawing money and sending to them. Before one is been taken advantage of, you must have been greedy on whatever discussion you heard with the caller. How can a person just call me, ask me to send 100,000K and I jump into my car, straight to my bank, and start giving them money? I cannot buy this op. Tell us here what happened and stop calling God so that people can learn and understand your post. Your post doesn't make sense to me and wouldn't know how I can join you to thank God because I cannot start calling the name of God in vein without knowing why? OP, state step by step what transpired between you and the callers so that one can learn because when you bring a topic in a forum like this, we can help you broadcast it and if possible, help you get the people involved because this forum is widely read and we learn from here. In fact, it is one of the worst things I see in Nigeria that annoys me about the duty of those empowered to check this kind of video before they are allowed to be aired to the public. It is annoying because the impression of the video is to tell children to go into crime and you can outplay your partner in crime. Having cocaine as samovita or whatever with the kind of nudity displayed has given the children a very bad mindset of getting into crime. The video should be banned. |

Op, having gone through your post and responses here, I think I will advise you as a man to watch what you are doing because you are just trying to destroy your home because of selfishness. Yes, you found her hot and wouldn't want anyone here to tell you to stop goes to show how low minded you are. God blessed you with 2 kids and also a working woman trying to help you raise your home. Let me tell you, any single lady knowing fully well that a man is married and still want to have him at all cost is equally the worst demon on earth. Don't you love those kids? As a father, would things of the flesh take over your life? If your wife is enjoying her work where she is and you are enjoying your work where you are now, why must you get lost because of another woman's hole? Remember that the devil you know is better than the angels out there. It sounds good with her now, when you finally bring her in as your second wife, NOTE, you will NEVER EVER have peace as she will destroy you, even find a way to kill your kids from your present wife. Resist this lady in your office no matter how she has been servicing you. Intimacy is NEVER the only thing that keep relationship going. Even if you bring in the best equipment to combat crime in Nigeria and train the Nigerian police on the use of those equipment, they will abandon it and take to the street looking for who to extort money from. Equip them and pay them 1 million per month, they will still prefer to extort from the poor masses on the street. |
