pato405: Naija isn't ripe for any online transaction of any sort. whosoever decides to venture into such deals, does so at his/her own risk. kiss your money gudbye. just keep remonstrating, you might get it refunded in the end, but it's surely going to be a tough one.
Thank you my brother. I have said it before that 99% of online transactions in Nigeria are fraud. How come that you pay such money without knowing their physical address?
Look for their office and take legal action against them whether they pay you back or not, take legal action against them and also, make sure you stop risking your life by buying anything online in Nigeria. I wouldn't know what it will take you to walk to the store and get what you want. Also using your card, note that from their data base online, they can get the information of your card and clear the money in your account. For now, I did not collect any ATM on any of my account I have good money as I leave an instruction that I do not need the card.

I have an account I use an ATM card and the account is below 200k at any given time.

Sports › Re: Argentina Knows Nothing About Super Eagles - Coach Sabella by andyanders: 8:59pm On Dec 10, 2013
lanightdavido: Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella has admitted he knows nothing about the Super Eagles after the FIFA World Cup draw puts his team in Group F alongside Nigeria, Iran and Boznia-Herzegovina.

It is the fourth time the African champions would be grouped together with the South Americans at this level and each time the Albiceleste have advanced to the knock-out stage.

Sabella said he was pleased with the draw but insisted the opposition posed a threat to his team.

“I will have to start studying our rivals because I do not know much about them,” the 59-year-old told reporters after the draw in Brazil on Friday.

“We played Bosnia recently so I know a little on that team, but nothing about Iran and Nigeria and that could be dangerous.”

However, Sabella says overall his side can be satisfied with the draw.

“We are happy with the outcome. Aside from the teams, it is very good for us because of distances and temperatures.

“In Porto Alegre we will play at noon and the city is in the south so there aren’t very high temperatures.”

Sabella, however, revealed that his team’s performance at the tournament would be hugely dependent on the fitness of talismanic Lionel Messi.

“Obviously Messi has a great influence, not only on our team but opposing teams too,” he said.

“His condition is improving slowly but we’re confident he will be fine, fully fit and on form by the time the World Cup starts.”

Family › Re: I Am Scared To Leave My Fiance Behind For My Studies by andyanders: 4:20pm On Dec 10, 2013
remmyton: Please house I need ur advice.

Me and my fiance have been together for five years now. In those years, we have had a lot of obstacles and problems, but we have been able to overcome them

Now, there is a bigger problem, I got an admission to study medicine in London, my visa is ready too, I don't trust my fiance to keep faithful while I am away, cos I have always had this feeling that he is not faithful now. But, he has always sworn that since we started dating he has not seen another woman, but I wonder who is chibaby n others on his Whatsapp, I know all his cousins and relatives.

He is one who foot all the expenses of this travel, we are engaged, but all these does not keep my mind at rest, he loves me, I know, I don't understand why I don't trust him, maybe because men are d biggest liars or my emotions are deceiving me cos he is my first love.

I am just confused instead of happy I am going outside to study.

House I am asking for your opinion here, should I date another man while I am in London or should I just be faithful as I have always been. Duration of my stay in London is six to seven years, how do I cope with this feeling.

I hope this makes front page cos I need advice on it, thanks.
6 to 7 yr course will surely break up the relationship unless he has to join you. Let us call a spade a spade.
Personally, I am a case file for I dated the lady I loved so much and we planned getting married after her studies. We were together for about 7 yrs.In her first yr, I left for studies too to the US and as a matter of fact, was faced with reality of life in the US which made me to start to try to settle down in between working and schooling and in the process, the distant love started fading as I had to look for a lady to stay with.
At the end, the relationship crashed.

To me, it can never work out unless he's gonna be around there with you and even if he is there with you, I still believe that it might be hard to work out. But you can try sha but I doubt.
Christianity Etc › Re: Jehovah's Witnesses Are The Only True Follower Of Christ:::**see Proof**:: by andyanders: 4:00pm On Dec 10, 2013
kwakayekaa: 1. Jesus instructed his followers to preach the gospel--> Unlike other churches who oly broadcast on TV or have their member go in packs on the streets distributing church invites, jehovahs witnesses are the only group of christians who still patiently o from house to house teaching people

2. Celebration of pagan holidays- christs' date of birth is not recorded in the bible, and he never instructed that we help him celebrate it, amongst many other pagan holidays.. And jehovahs witnesses are he only people who dont celebrate these pagan holidays.

3. Non-request or tithe- jehovahs witnesses dont ask their members for tithe, instead they donate undisclosed amount out of freewill.

non-segregation of members- unlike most churches where the big men sit on comfy chairs while ordinary members sit on plastic chairs or where titles such as most. reverend, senior pastor, his holiness, and many others.. jehovahs witnesses either adress each other by name or add the prefix brother or sister.
The above stated were the things you know or whatever info you gathered from them

Other areas of these people you do not know. Preaching from house to house does not make one a practicing christian. Your works will show the world who you are. Are you too telling me that those Christians who preach on TVs are not Christians? Leave the matter of Jehovah's witness because I know very close ones that go to their church who are fetish and can consume a tanker of alcohol at a stretch.

Politics › Re: Mandela Was Angry With Nigeria - Dr. Hakeem Baba-ahmed by andyanders: 9:21am On Dec 10, 2013
With the present crop of politicians I have seen across all the political parties in this country, I cannot see any positive change because at the back of EVERY Nigerian politician, corruption is the first thought in their mind as they have to get involved in corruption to pay off their indebtedness to their political godfathers of their respective parties who brought them to the office.

They get involved in all fetish practices to get to power. Only when all youths with conscience come together to wrestle power from these old politicians who recycle themselves and their immediate families in the corridors of power.

You are just disturbing yourselves here. This guy no dey America.

You can read from his answers that he has a lot hidden. This guy dey here and pulling your legs to know what you want to say.
Why must he act as if he is better off. Anybody can come home depending on what you want or what you want to do.

I stayed in America for 12 and half years and I am comfortable here and travel there anytime any day within a week a=or two. Training my children here and they will get back after. Nothing like home.
If op wants an advise, then he will get, but barking on people's advise makes no sense.

Same never played for Nigeria. He is a UK citizen born and brought up in England. Only his brother Efe is a Nigeria.Let them deal with him as a UK citizen and not mention Nigeria.

If he had taken Nigerian citizenship, he wouldn't have been involved with match fixing.

The landlord carried out the eviction in the absence of his tenant hence the tenant won the case. He should have taken all necessary steps for ONLY a competent court to evict the tenant and not the landlord with some armed men to carry out the eviction by breaking into the house in the absence of the tenant.
