Yes, your kid brother could be eighteen yrs and be rich as maybe that’s his destiny to be richer before you. I have seen a young boy who made a connection to a business that made him a billionaire because his school classmate is from a rich family and he connected a rich guy looking for a contract and he made his billions from the connection he brokered. It does not necessary mean he is into fraud.
I personally bought my first car at the age of 15yrs. I had friends who stayed abroad then, and they saw me as a young man with zeal to succeed and smart. In Atlanta, Georgia, I remember a day I was coming back from work around 4am in the morning and my car quit on me and it was winter on  a lonely road. I was alone on the Highway when a car pulled over and it was a Police car. They came out and saw me in the car and asked me what happend and I told them that the car quit on me while in motion. I was asked to crack the engine and I did and no response from the car, They assisted me by using their car to push my car out of the high way to a gas station. They took me with their car to my Apartment and left about 25 mins drive

Can ths happen in Nigeria, Hell No. They will look for money and if you dont have the money, they will kill you.

A friend of mine came to Nigeria and after the hell through the airport, he took a Tax and was heading to Ikeja, just after the airport, he told me that they were stopped by some policemen at a check point along a palce called Bissam or something like that, they searched him and found $4,000 with him. They asked him to divide the money and give them half. That he refused and one of them told him point blank, " do you know we can waste you' he was scared and gave them 400 out of the money and they left him to go. He said he wasnt gonna come to Nigeria again. Too bad
